The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

Definitely very comfortable driving this car. Good on gas. Has a lot of great options and a lot more room inside than I thought it would have 4 adults can sit very comfortably and this car.

I purchased my 2019 Kia Soul with 52,000 miles on it in April last year. I now have 62,000 on it now. It looks good and drives great. No problems so far. Nice car.

Went in on Saturday and sat across from Mike in sales. I knew what I wanted. They had it. And offered it at a fair price. After the test drive he ran some high level financing numbers and we agreed on an overall purchase price and my trade in price. But before we agreed I told him I want to be OUT THE DOOR ASAP. No extra conversations. No additional warranty sales pitches from finance. Let’s get this done. Scott the manager came over and told me he’d do everything he could to expedite the process from this point forward but they were pretty busy (being Saturday). All said and done they’d washed the car, put in some more gas, sync’d my phone to the car, and ordered a vial of touch up paint while I did the paperwork with the finance guy. Like promised -in and out in about 90 minutes total. Very happy and would recommend the whole team!

Love my KIA SOUL; wish it was Brand New. At my age It would be my best performance car in life.. I will never drive nothin else.. It is perfect in most all ways as for the performance concern.. I am 73.. " GO Granny GO. That is how I feel while driving my KIA.." Only wish it was a Brand New one Black , beigh interia..

In 4 years only one problem, horn failed 3 times. Last time I had it mounted differently and never failed again. This was covered by warranty

First time i actually had a good experience at a dealership. I bought our last cars at two different kia dealers before and about blew my top and probably should have walked out. We got my wife a new elantra at Darcy and we got a reasonable trade in offer and the new car at a reasonable price and got a good loan. Jimmy was cool kept things relaxed. If i replace my car at some point I’ll probably come here. Only complaint was the detail the must have used a dirty or rough cloth hood may need a little buff.

This is the second Soul I've owned. The first one was a 2022 LX model and had some problems with the idle stop/start feature. It took 5 trips to the dealer before the issue was resolved. The 2024 LX model I recently purchased is roomy and has a number of standard features that are extra-cost on most other vehicles. The engine provides a lot of pep considering it's only 2.0 liter and non-turbo. The ride is a bit rough--not sure if that's inherent with the car or due to the lousy roads where I live. At any rate, I'm a very satisfied customer!

The waiting room amenities were new and modern. Oil change service and tire rotation service was performed fast and my service advisor Bobby showed exceptional professionalism.

This is the second sol I have owned and I couldn't be happier. Although both were bought in Tucson Arizona the dealership in Lawrence Kansas has been great. I haven't been notified of a recall on my car I am concerned about the anti theft device I have been hearing about and the oil ring problem in some of the 2020 sols. Just a little worried my car may have this problem. Any info would be great.

I was very pleased with my experience. I started at CarMax to "try on" several cars from several manufacturers. The salesman (Jack) was happy to oblige, despite it being cold and rainy. We walked the lot and I sat in ~20 cars. I went home and researched them some more, scheduled a few to test drive and came back on Jack's day off. This time, I worked with Brandon for a few test drives and discussed other vehicles at nearby CarMax locations. They found a vehicle that fit my requirements and transported it in for me to test drive. A few days later, I was back for the final test drive, loved the car and purchased it. Jack and Brandon kept good communication, weren't pushy and were a pleasure to work with. The business office was quick and explained the paperwork and processes effectively. Service Advisor, Nicholas Moore went above and beyond. He asked probing questions about the issues I was having and he did a deep dive into my car history and found it was a known software issue. Bing, bang, boom! I was out in no time with my troubles behind me. I will recommend Nicholas anytime.

Very reliable car. Drives good, corners in back a little blinding to see cars or persons behind you or on sides. Also persons trying to break in car get the device from a kia service.
