after tons of research, started looking at the Kia suvs/sportage..I had driven Lexus RX, few other different luxury brands..I loved Kia’s warranty, 7r/10yr wow….even though owned cars and they NEVER required repair, but I do maintain and take care of my vehicles, first foremost regular oil/filter changes and sometimes even skipped a service check…so decided to test drive, I was pleasantly surprised it handled well, cabin quiet, hugs the ride, awesome sound system by H Kardon, suspension felt good( unlike last Lexus) it has all the bells and whistles, safety features. pep when needed, and gas mileage 27-up as high as 36 mph with sensible driving…oh yes 2 rear passenger has plenty of leg and head room, reclining rear seats even for 6ft + passenger was amazing surprise.. cargo area good size.. just could not find anything that turned me off the vehicle…so I bought one, and no regrets..

I highly recommend Four Stars Nissan! They have very friendly staff, transparent pricing, good environment! You won't regret it!

I've had this car for nearly 2 years but have less than 7.000 miles on it, so maybe this isn't a fair judgement, but so far, it's been great. I got the basic gas model. No problems. Had one weird thing where i didn't realize that I couldn't move the car AT ALL with the door ajar, and the car freaked out & seized up! But once I figured that out, and learned how to use all the tech, it's been great. It actually turns out to be a bit small for my needs, but other than that, great . . .

I've had my SX Prestige gas model for a year and a half. I have been very satisfied with this car. The interior design is very user friendly as are the tech features. I have had a few minor issues. When the car was new the active air flap system wasn't working properly as the flaps were stuck. I kept getting strange powertrain errors when the issue was the air flaps. It took two visits to the dealer to fix the problem. The other issue I have is the lights on the A/C Radio combination panel are too dim to see when it is sunny out even though I have it set to 100% illumination. Dealer doesn't have a clue how to fix it so I live with it. Other than that the car has been great. The engine is underpowered, but I learned to use the sport mode when I need power and it works acceptably. The ride is comfortable and with the rear seats down I have plenty of room to carry my things even though they say it's small for its class. I like the size. Not to small and not to big. The interior is roomy for a car this size. The MPG's average around 27 for me. I get over 30 on the highway. For the features you get at this price, it can't be beat. All of the safety features have worked flawlessly. The car has been working out well for me and I would recommend it.

I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!

My husband and I put off looking for a new car for a very long time. We finally decided we would replace the car that we currently had with a newer model. We ended up with a 2024 Chrysler Town & Country that looks and drives brand new. Our salesman was Guillermo Villanueva and the manager was Juan Tapia. They didn’t pressure us. My wife's 2017 Edge Titanium needed service because the "wrench" light came on. Dropped it off and met with Odie Terry, our Service Advisor. Odie informed us that it will be a day or 2 before a tech could get to it because they are always so busy. Odie called me a couple of days later and said the battery wasn't getting enough volts to the sensors, creating numerous error codes. Replaced the battery and one code came back as a torque converter issue. Once we found out they would be keeping it awhile Odie arranged a rental car for us. Turns out the transmission needed a complete overhaul. Thank God for the 5 year/60k mile power train warranty, which covered everything! Took about a week but once we got it back it drove like a dream! Odie called me every 2 days to give me a progress report. He made what was a major inconvenience much more bearable. It's nice to know there's a dealership close to us we can totally trust to service our Edge and do everything right. Hats off to you Odie Terry, you are a true professional and an outstanding ambassador to the Ford Motor Company!
