Picked up a used 2016 Mustang Convertible from these folks. Friendly, respectful, and not pushy at all. Worked out a deal with Jon and Eric that worked for my budget, and finished up the paperwork with Eddie in the business office. All good folks; would buy from them again and would also be happy send family and friends their way.
We have bought 7 cars over the last few years from Arapahoe KIA . We would not go any where else. Last week we turned in two cars and bought a 2018 KIA Sportage.
We again had an awesome salesman , Braylon Meeks. He took his time with us picking out a new car. Everything went smooth and we drove way in our new Sportage. beautiful car loving all the upgrades in the new 2018 model.

I will never buy another KIA at this dealership. $2000 worth a crap I'll never use. Any time one has to tune the radio, adjust the climate control, or check the GPS, one must take attention from the road. My KIA came with two apps which must be connected by firewire to my phone to be utilized. Apparently the designers never heard of bluetooth.
I have sent two e-mails to the overall manager and the service manager. Neither was answered.
Inasmuch as I have not disposed of my CD collection, it would be useful to have a CD player included instead of Sirius/XM. Nor do I have time to transfer my CDs to MP3.
Not only did they go above and beyond in all measures to make sure I was satisfied with the car, but you can tell they actually care about you and aren???t just trying to make the sale! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone/everyone! Great sales managers too!

We wanted to purchase a new car using the Costco Auto Program; the "authorized Chevy dealer" for Denver is John Elway Chevrolet. Our Elway sales representative - Tyler Brown - made this the most painless car-buying experience my wife and I have had (over about four decades of car purchases). We were interested in two Chevy models (Volt and Bolt); Tyler had both ready to test drive when we first arrived at the dealership and was very knowledgable about the operation and available options of both. Over the next week, he patiently answered all of our questions, and searched far and wide (even the inventory still in transit) to find exactly the configuration we were interested in. When we arrived to take delivery of our 2019 Chevy Bolt, Tyler had all of the details taken care of (battery was charged, car was detailed, paperwork was ready to sign, and our "Bolt 101 familiarization lesson" from Dylan Fiske was queued up). The whole delivery process was very organized, and my wife and I were both impressed with how smoothly and quickly things proceeded. Eric Williams made the financing side of the transaction very straightforward as well. Thanks Tyler, Dylan, and Eric -- and everyone else we interacted with at Elway Chevrolet! We'll certainly be back when it's time for another car!

In the middle of the night, I filled out an application assuming I would not be approved. The next day, Rocio gave me a call and both, my husband and I went in and we were approved and driving away on three hours. What is usually such a painful process was really fun and easy with Rocio! Josh one of the sales managers was fast and worked hard to get us a great deal. Lasly, Eric in finance helped us wrap up gap insurance and an extended warranty! Daryl helped set up my phone, and OnStar! Her customer care and attention to detail was just superb. I've already been to service to have my tires filled and they helped me with some of the other functions I was unsure of. Essentially, from start to finish I had an unsurpassed car buying experience. I've already referred my daughter in, within two weeks of my car buying and she too purchased a car. Words of advice; never ever ever go to CarMax, and be sure to see Rocio and the rest of the team at John Elway as they truly do get car buying done as it should be, and they treat their customers like royalty! I will be a forever customer!

I take my utility sports vehicle to Alpine Buick on a regular basis because of the outstanding service provided by the Quick Oil Lube Department. I also receive the same type of service from the repairs department, if my vehicle requires repair. Great job, technicians!
We had a wonderful experience with Joe. We were looking for used but bought new because of Joe. I would recommend going in to see him any time. He was professional and nice as was the rest of the staff. No pushiness and the dealership was very clean and neat. The best part is the staff picked the perfect car for me and I love it!!
Over the past week, I was casually shopping around the town for the best potential deal for a newer vehicle. I came across an offer that lead me to Medved Kia, and I am grateful that this was the first offline visit!
I'd also like to add that I was NOT expecting my visit with Medved Kia would lead to me picking up a new vehicle. I was just expecting to get some information, and possibly return in the near future. I ended up getting a lot more than I bargained for.
My sales rep Madison Baca was super helpful throughout the entire sales process. Plus, thanks to the diligent efforts of the finance team, they worked with me every step of the way — was professional and very supportive in getting me into the vehicle I wanted. They even took the initiative to offer me lunch, since they felt I had been waiting for quite some time.
