Jason Robinson was honest and professional and made it easy to get our vehicle and get it delivered. He gave us a great deal, all without a bunch of hassle, and most importantly, we didn’t have to spend a day at the dealership. Would recommend this dealership.

This Review all about Sharr Garza! She is the only person you want to deal with at this location. The patience and time she took explaining things to me was above and beyond appreciated. She communicated and even double checked my car and found things the collision shop missed and I wasn’t even upset about it because she was honest, upfront, and got everything ordered and fixed right away! She really makes it a point to make sure the customer is fully taken care of and satisfied with their service! As far as I’m concerned she should be the Manager of this location! Employees there could really learn a lot from the way she does things.

Cherif is amazing he's still helping me find an affordable vehicle. The vehicle I was to test drive was in an accident prior to my appointment. I'm a 63 yr old woman on a tight budget Cherif understands my needs and has been trying to find something for me, He is in touch with me daily, He has proven loyalty by his continued research of a car that is $4000 All my budget allows. For a salesman to work hard for me knowing I can only afford a $4000 car Is A Great Person .

Mazda of Fort Myers review
Hi guys, my name is Edmund. A. I’ve been dealing with Sofia Jones from Fort Myers Mazda very early this morning and she’s been absolutely awesome. Besides being friendly, professional and knowledgeable, she was able to give me all the information I was searching on the Vehicle that I’m about to purchase. I have to tell you without Sofia being in there. I don’t think I would’ve made the purchase She’s a great asset to Fort Myers Mazda dealership. If I could I would take her to my company … Her personality is just perfect for this line of work thank you Sofia for all your help
2023 Land Rover Defender review
I just bought the 2024 Defender 110. This is my second one as I drove the first one for four years with zero issues. I love the look, power (P400), comfort, and capabilities of the Defender. I tow a boat in the summers and I am amazed how well this thing pulls. The Defender is very capable and sure footed off road when going hunting etc…but it’s also a smooth comfortable daily driver. Overall I couldn’t be happier with this SUV.

Auto CityReviews
Auto City review
"Me and my family purchased four vehicles from Auto City...." - brianwoodward57 Me and my family purchased four vehicles from Auto City. Each time, there is no nonsense, no pressure and no games. They are very helpful when choosing a car and getting financing. There is no price haggling because the prices are extremely fair...and I know how to verify the value of a vehicle. I recently purchased a 2019 Nissan Sentra with all the fixins'. I purchased the car for about $900 less than any other dealership I shopped. Plus, it was in great condition, except for some minor things one would expect a used car to have...but their service department fixed them very quickly and perfectly. My last car I purchased at Auto City was a 2011 Chrysler 200 which had 54000 miles. I am still driving that car in the family and it currently has 218,000 miles. My son bought a Toyota Matrix and drove Uber for 3 years, trading it in with 230,000 miles. Another car bought was a Chevrolet Malibu that was purchased and is driving great with no problems and well over 100,000 miles. All of the cars we purchased had no problem other than an alternator, battery and minor things like that when cars reached over 160,000 miles, and this is to be expected. We never had any major issues with any car, and no problem until many miles later after purchase. My most recent purchase at Auto City took in to consideration that I was self-employed this time. Isaac Duran, the finance manager, did everything in his power to get financing with a lower interest rate, and he did it. All I can say is that if you go anywhere else, you will pay more, put up with weird sales games and miss out on an easy, positive experience in buying a car. And, to boot, they will stand by your car for 6 months, 6,000 miles along side the dealer warranty (they have a huge auto service department to ensure the cars they sell are good). They have always backed us up and made buying a car a positive, easy, confident and a no-risk transaction. Anywhere else I went to check, I always got the "weird-ar" pegging out. Very good, honest people and great cars, with no worries! This is a very positive review, but there is truly nothing I can complain about after buying all of our family cars there for years. Talk to salesperson Mike or Alex...they are both very helpful, friendly and know what they are doing. The sales manager is great and ensures everything goes quick, smooth and I get a good deal.

"¡Excelente experiencia comprando nuestra nueva Hyundai Palisade! Queremos agradecer especialmente a Toni por toda su ayuda durante el proceso; su atención fue impecable y nos hizo sentir muy cómodos con la decisión. También queremos reconocer al manager, Giovanni, quien hizo un trabajo extraordinario buscándonos la financiera más competente y asegurándonos la mejor tasa de interés posible. Si buscan un equipo profesional y que realmente se preocupe por el cliente, pregunten por ellos. ¡Totalmente recomendados!"
2023 Land Rover Defender review
I drive my Defender when I want the capability of my Jeep Rubicon but when I want luxury and comfort. The P400 engine packs a punch. I own the LWB model 130 and even with its size, it maneuvers about with ease. The ride is quiet and smooth but shifts into a rugged off-roader. The simplistic interior and lack of carpet is a WIN and must have for an off road vehicle. Love the larger 11” responsive screen. I also love the option to delete the 3rd row seat.

Start to finish the whole process was stress free. Viti worked with me without pressure and got me better financing than what I was shopping at. Got my dream car without stress, pressure and feeling like I didn’t get what I was looking for. Hands down, they made it easy and enjoyable.

Mercedes-Benz of AlbuquerqueReviews
Mercedes-Benz of Albuquerque review
I purchased a 2019 RS3 from Audi Albuquerque from CJ. I worked with several other Audi dealerships. About 6. Only one other dealership (Ft Worth) was as professional and flexible. With that being said, since I bought the car from ABQ, I can only speak on what happened during the sale from them. My trade in was VERY fair. They didnt even TRY to screw me over. It was reasonable and fair. Would I have liked a tad more on my trade? Of course, but the price flexibility they gave me on the new car more than made up for it. They were within approx $500 of everyone else on my trade anyway. Can't complain there! There were zero games. No tricks. No frills. No surprises, and I had to drive 4 hours from El Paso to get there. How many dealerships would have pulled the okie doke on you after driving all that way, knowing that you dont wanna turn around over $1000 or something? Happens all the time. They weren't pushy either. I didnt buy any upgraded warranty, audi care, gap, anything from them (or get my loan through them, which is another area they really try to push for obvious reasons) and do you think they pushed me? No. Do you think they treated me any less? No. They treated me all the same, despite making less money. Which is obviously important to them. They earned a customer for life. Is not taking care of your customers more important than making a few extra dollars? Not to everyone. But with them, it was obvious and apparent that customer satisfaction, fairness, and straightforwardness is important. Would give 10 stars if I could.

Land Rover Wilmington review
This is my fourth Range Rover from Land Rover Wilmington and I would never shop anywhere else. I live in Southern New Jersey and drive here for sales and service. Lee Benedette was amazing! This vehicle is finally my dream car built with every feature I wanted in an amazing new color. Lee went above and beyond to make sure I was fully informed and satisfied before ordering, while the vehicle was manufactured, when it arrived and when I came back to pick up my perfect Velar. Lee made sure everything was perfect before I left. Again, I would never shop anywhere else. Thank you Lee and the entire team at Land Rover Wilmington!!! Brian

Dakota at Owasso Jim Glover was so patient with me and kept me up to date on the long process of getting my A/C fixed. He made sure everyone was very thorough, a/c was blowing very cold, and even made sure my car was clean and filled up with gas! Nothing but kudos to this service department!! 👏

Kia Autosport Pensacola review
Romanio at Kia in Pensacola gave me five star service. He was honest, personable, and took the time to give me great information without ever making me feel pressured. I truly appreciated how transparent and knowledgeable he was throughout the entire process. I left the dealership extremely happy with my experience and feeling like I was treated more like a friend than a customer. I went in looking for a vehicle and left feeling like I made a friend for life. I highly recommend Romanio to anyone looking for a vehicle!
