I’m been a Jaguar & Land Rover mechanic at the same dealership for over 20 years. I’ve had a few Range Rovers myself -all used. I’ve found if there’s a problem you’ll see it early and it’ll be on the CARFAX report clearly noting the malfunction and how many times it’s tried to of been repaired. RUN AWAY IF YOU FIND THIS TO BE THE CASE! If you find a used Range Rover with a clean CARFAX report then it’s built correctly and a worthy buy. Check the CARFAX report and then go from there. It’s the classist SUV on the road and a great car when built with the right parts worked on by quality mechanics vs parts that are defective -generic and continued to be a problem for the next owner. You can easily drive over 200k miles on a well built Range Rover. 2018 is the best year with the lowest complaint due to new electrical harnesses designed and a new computer module. It’s by far the best year this car was built.

Fully loaded supercharged Sport. We love the ride and suspension and no other luxury SUV comes close. This is my wife’s car. She’s insisted on Land Rovers since 06, and this is her third one(after two Range Rover HSE’s). All despite my objections to the (over)pricing of these nice vehicles. Great power, handling, comfort, and ooh! That sexy exhaust sound. Our adult kids and grandkids beg to drive it just for that sound!

I had a rough first experience at Mac Haik Chevrolet’s service department, but Brian Caldwell, the Service Director, completely turned things around. He personally followed up the same day I voiced my concerns, sent a mobile tech to my house to handle the software update, and later arranged for a porter to deliver a loaner and pick up my truck for a roof recall and additional service. They performed every repair as promised—on time—including the roof fix, oil change, tire rotation, and a minor interior issue. Brian kept great communication throughout, even with our busy schedules, and treated my time and situation with real respect. What started as a frustrating experience turned into one of the best service recoveries I’ve ever seen. Huge thanks to Brian, his team, and Mr. Mac Haik. This is how a dealership should be run.

Styling, detailing and comfort GREAT! I have the V-8, with more power off the line and top end than expected. I have 14,000 miles on my Rover. Suspect,and alarming when, at any speed, any time, no warning , engine loses all power. Happened 5 separate times. Engine warning lite does not alert. The only way to drive again while rolling is to select neutral and press START. Communicated to Dealer, only brought to service once, most recently when the engine STOP occurred 5 times in a row; restarted but unable to DRIVE over 20 MPH before it stopped again. Called for a tow, but before assistance arrived, 30 minutes passed, I started and drove ‘normally’ to the Dealer. Unable to affirm proper FIX as of yet.

Service was great lots of information was given, friendly overall. They worked to where my monthly payments that I had asked for and very professional and patient.

I was waitlisted with seven different Lexus dealerships, and they were by far the best to work with. I cannot recommend Slava and Lexus of Portland highly enough.

All AutoNation are not the same. I been buying high end cars all of my life including Porsche, Mercedes, BMW. I sold my Audi and needed a car so i went to AutoNation, The car I found was at AutoNation MB Orlando. It was a one owner MB S550 27K miles all service records. I called the MB Dealer to see if the car was available spoke to Brian Alburtus to ask about the condition of the car because it was not certified. I asked him if he could left me know the condition of the car {scratches dents curb rash ect}. His response was" of course it will have (scratches minor dents and curb rash we price it so we don't have to deal with it". This was so odd it insulted me. I called back felt a message for GM no return call. I called THIRD time spoke to used car Manager Herb he went to look at car said it was clean. . I then contact AutoNation Ft Myers to see if they could move the car down to FT Myers. Here the complete opposite experience I spoke to Hunter he said he Spoke to GM Tony and the decided to move the car into there inventory i put down a 1000 deposit. "come and see if you like it" I did come and see and bought the car. Talk about a complete different experience they were concerned about me and my needs. When the day came to pick up the car, I felt right at home all the nervous tension that come from talking to AutoNation MB Orlando was gone. Being a Veteran and having spent 20 plus years in the car business I found this dealership to hit ALL the marks. Staff was amazing and very accommodating. Managers were on top of their game and were not obnoxious or pushy. they had the perfect car for me and made the whole experience a joy ! I drove over an hour to go there and will do so again. I have encouraged all my friends and family to come here. I was very impressed with the GM Evan who demonstrated a skill set not seen in someone in his age group.
