We were not in the state where we reside and so insurance and registration took a little more time. Through it all, we were comfortable. The dealership is very clean. Style, performance and reliability are great, but the tinny sound on the left front door when closing and outdated dash diminishes the car . This is my 3 rd Lexus. I bought this my current ES 350 F used from a dealer during its current model year.

Jason was great. He kept me informed about my car. BUT, it is still wield to me that for an inspection and oil change my car was there for 2 1/2 days. I already knew I would not get it back the same day. But then did not get it back the next day either. And then the next day it was Promised to be ready in the AM, but was not actually ready until 1:30. THe. They had my car for 2 1/2 days and I had asked for new batteries for my keys and that had NOT been done. So I had to wait even longer. Jason was very nice and apologetic. Not sure if I will see Jason again though. HIGH TURNOVER in service. It is a very high stress job to keep telling people over and over their car is not ready. I hope you pay them well. A luxury car but not luxury service.

Nick so kindly offered to stay late so I could come at a time convenient to me. He did everything he could to make my experience as great as it could be, and he truly did an awesome job! He even ended up staying 3 hours after his shift was supposed to end, but he was so cheerful, you never would have known! Anyone looking for a car, definitely see Nick @ Car Max! He's not "just another car salesman" .. he's honest and helpful and gives great customer service!

The manager Phil was extremely patient, friendly and accommodating to the point of matching me to my next ride. Soooo unlike the dealership I went to that was the diametric opposite... Bev. The finance officer Lauren was a delight to work with in closing out the paperwork which is always such a dreadful part of the process.
