My technician Taylor also went above and beyond to fix something that has been broken on my car for years, without being asked. I actually cried. I didn't end up buying a car this time but they were very helpful with all my questions. There was no pressure. It seemed as if they wanted to make sure that I would not get the car unless it was perfect for me.
