King KiaReviews
King Kia review
Last week, I purchased a new 2023 Kia Forte from King Kia in Gaithersburg, and it was a great experience. Felipe was very patient, honest, and very helpful. The dealer didn't have the car I wanted in stock, but he was able to get it from a different dealer. The process was quick and easy!!! Felipe also called me the day after to make sure I was happy with the car. Everyone I met was very courteous and friendly. r Felipe is definitely the best person for your next car purchase!

Love the car that I purchased. Came with low miles. It was a lease before. And well taken care of. The price was right !

2013 Lexus LS 460 review
I purchased the car new in 2013 and it was the best choice i could have made. I have had no problems, just new tires and and a battery. I did all of my service checks when needed and had no problems. I’m sorry that they no longer make this car.

Cars2Us FairfaxReviews
Cars2Us Fairfax review
I can't say enough great things about this dealership and the entire team. I recently purchased a BMW X3 M Competition from out of state, traveling from Massachusetts to Virginia, and the entire experience was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. First off, this wasn't just any vehicle. It was a highly desirable X3 M Competition in an incredible color combination a hot car that was getting plenty of attention. Buying a vehicle like this from hundreds of miles away requires a certain level of trust, and this team earned mine from day one. They were extremely responsive, provided every photo, video, detail, and piece of information I requested, and never made me feel like I was asking too much. They accepted my deposit and agreed to hold the vehicle for approximately a week until I could make the trip down. What impressed me most was that they honored that commitment despite receiving multiple other offers on the car. As a Special Forces veteran, integrity, honor, and keeping your word are principles I take seriously. When someone gives me their word, I expect them to stand behind it. This dealership did exactly that. They could have easily entertained other offers, but instead, they stood by their commitment. That tells me everything I need to know about the character of the people I was doing business with. Their customer service went above and beyond the actual sale. They even offered to arrange an Uber to pick me up from the airport when I landed. They also offered to have the vehicle shipped directly to me in Massachusetts, which is a fantastic option for anyone purchasing from out of state who can't make the trip. And speaking of being a car guy, I know exactly what I want when I'm buying a vehicle, and I absolutely hate wasting time. I don't want to spend half a day sitting in a dealership, dealing with unnecessary back-and-forth, surprises, or games. I came with my own financing already arranged, and these guys respected my time. From the moment I walked through the door to the moment I drove away, I was there for maybe one hour total. That's how buying a car should be. Most importantly, the vehicle was exactly as described. No surprises, no disappointments, no excuses. Everything they told me about the car was accurate, and everything they promised was delivered. I've dealt with plenty of dealerships over the years, and I can tell you that this level of honesty, efficiency, professionalism, and attention to detail is not something you find everywhere. They didn't just sell me an incredible vehicle. They demonstrated integrity, respected my time, and earned my trust. To me, that means more than any sales pitch ever could. Whether you're local or buying from halfway across the country, don't hesitate to do business with this team. They'll provide the information you need, help coordinate transportation, arrange shipping if necessary, and make the entire experience as seamless as possible.
2013 Lexus LS 460 review
The highest Luxury and comfort combined with the highest reliability and peace of mind, it keeps giving year after year! This car has checked all the boxes for me and keeps me satisfied in every respect, i dont feel the need for anything else or anything different! Prior to this i have driven all the flagships mercedes S , BMW 7 , and various others, nothing has provided the overall satisfaction or long term trouble free experience! Owned it for 6 years and i have put on 86k miles, i have total of 146k miles on it still drives like brand new!

All aspects of my experience at Koons Toyota of Annapolis were very good. I have no complaints even after weeks, and the times I've contacted the dealership after our purchase.
2016 Lexus NX 200t review
I bought this gorgeous new design and plan to keep it for at least 10 years more. The seat belt is designed to touch the body without feeling it and strong enough to support your entire body. It feels like I'm driving on cloud. Last month I left it at the shop, and the company lent us a similar one from 2025. With the difference in updates, it drives no differently than the 2016. Before buying this car, I tested four brands comparable to the Lexus, and it was far superior in comfort and design.

Land Rover Bethesda review
Typically, I hate buying a new car. My experience with Land Rover Bethesda changed my mind. My saleswoman, Sammy, was extraordinary- she was sharp, listened well, offered insight and made the sales process run flawlessly. It's rare to find capable salespeople. Sammy wasn't just trying to make a sale, she was trying to help me find my perfect car. Sammy is certainly a gem. I will most certainly recommend her to my friends!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Experience at Easterns Automotive (Laurel) – A Shoutout to Mr. Lorenzo Joseph! From the moment I walked into the Easterns Automotive Laurel location, I knew I was in good hands. The dealership itself was clean, organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere—but what truly made my experience exceptional was the customer service provided by Mr. Lorenzo Joseph. Mr. Joseph went above and beyond to ensure my car-buying experience was seamless and stress-free. From the initial greeting to handing me the keys, he was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right vehicle. He took the time to understand my needs and budget, provided expert recommendations without any pressure, and answered every question I had with honesty and professionalism. Koons Annapolis ToyotaReviews
Koons Annapolis Toyota review
Compared to other dealers I. The DMV area, this has been one of my better experiences. I?ve (sadly) purchased over 100 cars and where as most dealers nickel and dime you at ever turn, Koons gets it. Koons Toyota and what used to be Koons Annapolis share a similar philosophy. Your happiness doesn?t have to come at an inflated price. For example, those fees that some dealers beat you over the head with are crazy and inflate the price. Koons doesn?t even beat you up over the 3% credit card fee. (They probably would rather I not mention that) and the cost of the cars is usually the lowest in the area.
2016 Lexus RX 350 review
Definitely, after the Lexus RX 350, you can only buy the new Lexus RX 350! There is no doubt about the choice. The car doesn't break down at all. It seems to me that it can serve forever, be inherited from grandfather to grandson, and will become a family legend if you love it like I do. Safe, comfortable, and passable everywhere, the Lexus RX 350 knows no problems on the roads, either in winter, or in the rain, or in swamps. At the same time, its elegant design will allow everyone around to admire it and want to buy this car. I’m in love with this set of comfort in the car interior - it’s never hot or cold, it’s warm and cozy, like home, regardless of the weather outside, long roads or difficulties in traveling. This is my number 1 choice. Only Lexus RX 350. It will never let you down! Verified.

2017 Lexus RX 350 review
Bigger than it looks, but, smaller cargo area than you’d expect. Seat bottoms are a little lumpy on the cushioning. The controls for the info screen are maddening and shift off whatever you want to do with the slightest jiggle. Advertised MPG is 10% optimistic. Having said all the above, I love the SUV, it’s my second RX 350, fit and finish terrific, comfortable ride, really deadens exterior noise. Dealer service department is outstanding, what you’d expect in a luxury vehicle. I’ve owned over 60 vehicles, 5 of them other mfr SUVs, this is the best.

I Have owned five Rx350’s. I live in a rural town in South Carolina and drive a lot. I have a 15 that has 207000 trouble free miles. I’ve only done normal maintenance. I bought a 14 about a year ago that was one owner with 54000. It now has 76000 on it. The 15 was built in Canada and the 14 was build in Japan. We Love the Rx350 although We don’t like the body style on the 16 up.

I recently had an absolutely flawless experience at Zarvo Motors, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From the moment I walked onto the lot, the atmosphere was welcoming, professional, and entirely pressure-free. The dealership boasts a fantastic selection of high-quality vehicles, and it is clear that they take immense pride in the inventory they curate and the environment they provide for their guests. A huge shoutout goes to Zee, who was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the initial stages of my visit. Zee took the time to truly listen to what I was looking for, answering all of my questions with incredible patience and deep product knowledge. Their friendly demeanor and genuine honesty immediately put me at ease, making what is usually a stressful process feel exciting and smooth. The seamless experience continued thanks to Ali, who went above and beyond to ensure all the details of the deal came together perfectly. Ali was exceptionally professional, transparent about every step, and worked tirelessly to accommodate my needs. It is rare to find someone in automotive sales who balances efficiency with such a high level of personal care and dedication to customer satisfaction. Finally, Jason wrapped up the entire process flawlessly, handling the final steps with total expertise and clarity. He explained everything thoroughly, making sure I felt completely comfortable and confident before signing a single thing. Thank you to Zee, Ali, Jason, and the whole team at Zarvo Motors for delivering a truly great car-buying experience—I will definitely be back for my next vehicle!

DriveTime of Glen Burnie review
Terri Anistead was a warm, professional and wonderful salesman. I was impressed with the no mess no fuss flow of the overall process. I was able to say what I want to put down, what price range I want to stay in. Terri followed my ques and not the other way around. What a pleasure. I had a family member go through drive time and I was not sure if it was a good choice. I can see why they picked Drive Time. Thumbs up!
2015 Lexus RX 350 review
AT AGE 92, I NEEDED ANOTHER CAR EASY TO GET IN AND OUT, RELIABLE, SAFE, WITH MANY BELLS AND WHISTLES, AND AFFORDABLE. I FOUND A 2015 LEXUS RX350 WITH JUST OVER 70K MILES IN SUPURB CONDITION FOR 18,600K, IN FLORIDA. HAVE HAD IT FOR 9 WEEKS, AND IT IS THE BEST VALUE CAR I HAVE EVER OWNED, INCLUDING A BMW AND MB SUV.

The issue was handled quickly and efficiently. Joe was outstanding and communicative throughout. I highly recommend Bill Page Toyota for purchases and service.
2017 Lexus RX 350 review
Bought this 2017 Lexus RX 350 used. I always wanted one of these vehicles. I am not disappointed. Love how it drives and handles. Love the look. Plenty of room on the interior. My only complaint would be the front seat comfort. My Wife had a Acura MDX and it’s way more comfy. The seats in the MDX have more cushion and just all around more comfortable. One other thing is I wish it had the auto lock feature when you walk away with the key fob. Other than that it’s a sweet ride. Love the V6 and the transmission. Smooth shifting. Ride is soft. Cabin is very quiet. All in all I would rate it 9 out of 10 stars. I would buy it again!!

CarGet MotorsReviews
CarGet Motors review
I recently had an outstanding experience working with Carget Motors to purchase my vehicle. From the moment I first contacted the dealership, the team demonstrated a high level of professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction. The entire facility maintained a welcoming environment that made the car-buying process feel incredibly smooth and stress-free. My primary point of contact was Bola, who provided exceptional service from start to finish. He took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and guided me through the logistics of securing a vehicle. Bola's communication was prompt, transparent, and highly knowledgeable, ensuring I felt confident and informed during every step of the transaction. The highlight of my experience was having Bola handle a custom order on a Lexus GS for me. He paid meticulous attention to every specific detail and option I requested for the vehicle. Thanks to his expertise and diligence, the custom ordering process was completely seamless, and the car arrived exactly as envisioned. I highly recommend Carget Motors and specifically suggest asking for Bola if you are in the market for a new vehicle. Their commitment to delivering personalized service and high-quality cars is truly unmatched. I am absolutely thrilled with my Lexus GS and will certainly return to them for my future automotive needs.
2019 Lexus RX 350 review
This is my second RX and I’m so happy with the first, I need to get one again. The size is right for a woman, not to high nor low. Perfect for young and the old. I would have opted for the 2021 model if I’m not retired. The salesperson gave us a great deal we can’t refuse. This car will definitely take me to many places in style, comfort and value.

2016 Lexus RX 350 review
This is my 3rd Lexus, and second RX. Most reliable was my GX470. My RX350, 2016, F Sport is a very nice vehicle. I am disappointed in several common issues: Door lock fail (replaced twice on driver door), water pump fails (common problem), my panoramic sun roof black cover has also failed. I see other owners with the same issues. What is happening to Lexus quality? Maybe still better than most, but I assumed a car manufacturer would improve with time in quality? The issues noted above are common if you search.

Fast Turn - Sterling review
We love our Toyota and Carlos our sales person was so accommodating. He let us take the Camry to our mechanic and everything checked out. Thank you!
2017 Lexus RX 350 review
Unfortunately I became the owner of a used 2017 RX 350 F Sport. I say unfortunately just because my mint 2013 GS 350 Lux got totaled by a wild boar a few weeks ago, loved that car, drove it for close to 9 yrs. So, the RX is 7 years old with 120k miles, paid $21.9k Sept 2024. Overall the car is awesome, its used and required some extensive cleaning on the outside, clay barred twice then applied a black ceramic wax, the dark blue paint now just pops. The sunroof rattles (same as the GS) but the seal is not available, awaiting a potential part which is used in multiple Toyota products. The anti glare coating on the non Nav screen is bad but I think I can repair with polish, not a $300+ replacement screen cover. The car runs and drives awesome, not as fast as the GS but much easier to get in and out of (I am 64). Handling surprised me, especially after having the GS, very codependent if not pushed like a true sports car (which it is not). Miss many of the options I had on the GS but absolutly love my red interior, the ride/drive, and would definitely buy another one in a heartbeat, 2023 RX-500h, love it.

2020 Lexus ES 350 review
I researched the 2020 to 2022 Lexus ES 350 for almost a year specifically targeting a low mileage model or a lease return. I found the lease return and bought it from Lexus of Fort Myers. The car had both the exterior color and interior color I wanted. It is a luxury car with outstanding driving feel, more electronics that you could ever use and proven historic reliability.

BMW MINI of Annapolis review
I visited this past weekend to have my vehicle serviced for a recall issue that needed to be addressed. I had a scheduled appt. I was welcomed and tended to upon my arrival. The facility was clean and welcoming. The staff was friendly. The service took a little longer than expected. While I waited I was updated about other things that needed to be addressed with my vehicle and given the option to have those things completed or deferred.
2015 Lexus NX 200t review
Love this SUV! It's futuristic exterior design caught my attention! Purchased brand new currently has 78,000. PROS: Extremely reliable and comfortable, quick, well-built, faux leather seats (much easier to take care of than leather), Sleek and sporty design, modern - NO wood interior! In 2015 Lexus accomplished what no other car maker ever did - All of their cars received the highest reliability rating! Had many cars and the NX is by far is the best! CONS: Touchy & frustrating mouse pad - jumps all over the place, display screen too small, requires premium gas, old and out of place analog clock.

2020 Lexus NX 300h review
This is the third Lexus since 2007 and meets all expectations. The last one was a rx450 h.my wife was very hesitant to trade it in.It was a phenomenal car for 9 years .It had 95000 miles which is low miles for its age but was driven mainly city traffic. We only changed the starter battery after 8 years for preventative reasons. The best car we have ever owned. I expect this car to meet or exceed the 450.The dealership is by far the best I have dealt with and after the three experiences I say this with confidence.North star lexus you are the standard dealerships should strive to be.
