Chris gave us pictures of the minor cosmetic scratches prior to us committing to buy and confirmed vehicle was certified and in excellent condition otherwise. We flew in from out of town and were provided an Uber ride from the airport to the dealership. Service once there was 5 star. Very professional and personable staff. Only reason facilities got a 4 is because they were under construction... but temporary trailers and restrooms were well kept. Overall great experience!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Karol Powers at Mercedes-Benz South Bay in Torrance. This is the second vehicle I have purchased with Karol, and once again, she exceeded every expectation. What I appreciate most is that she is honest and straightforward. There is no endless back-and-forth, no pressure, and no feeling of being taken advantage of. She truly listens to her customers and works to make the process smooth and stress-free. Unfortunately, I recently had to purchase another vehicle after being involved in a serious car accident. It was a very stressful and traumatic experience, but Mercedes-Benz made a difficult situation much easier. Within literally seconds of the accident, after both the upper and lower airbags deployed (I didn't even know my vehicle had a lower airbag), Mercedes-Benz contacted me through the SOS feature in the vehicle. The representative immediately checked on my well-being, asking if I was hurt, bleeding, breathing okay, and ensuring I was alert and responsive. They also informed me that emergency services had been dispatched. The speed, professionalism, and genuine concern they showed during such a frightening moment meant more to me than words can express. Experiences like that remind me why I continue to choose Mercedes-Benz. Knowing that the company genuinely cares about the safety and well-being of its customers provides a level of comfort and confidence that is priceless. Karol's extraordinary customer service is the reason I will continue returning to Mercedes-Benz South Bay for future vehicle purchases. I will also gladly refer my friends and family to her because I know they will be treated with the same respect, honesty, and care that I have received. But moment I walked in Kyle and Ron made me feel welcome and we were outta there with our new car in no time. We had little clerical error but they made sure that we had the that day to drive home with the best price possible (they gave the best trade-in value as well). Thanks CarMax.
2019 Mercedes-Benz AMG GLC 43 review
Overall, I love the sporty feel and looks. Power train a bit quirky at very low speed. For instance, coasting in traffic or approaching a light about to turn green it’s a bit of a jerk when you accelerate. Oh, and don’t DARE put your left foot near the brake pedal at slow speed or while maneuvering to park. This honey does NOT like a two footed driver! It is too slow to reengage the accelerator, and when it does reengage, it surges, as in lurching it into to the back wall of the garage. Not what I expect from Mercedes. Externally, the exhaust sounds powerful and authoritative but from inside sounds a bit tinny. My advice, drive it hard with one foot and it’s a blast, turning sharply at speeds and accelerating through curves and confident braking available. Probably has more road noise and bump feel than S class Mercedes models, which is by design And budget I suppose. Overall, just plain fun to drive.

I purchased a used Mercedes-Benz E55 AMG from the Carmax in Costa Mesa, CA about a month ago. I started out by calling the Carmax and reaching a sales agent. She worked with me by setting aside the car so that I could fly down to pick it up. She picked me up from the airport about 15 miles away from their dealership. When I saw the car, I found some minor cosmetic issues with the car and Carmax assured me that they would repair them at my local Carmax in Roseville, CA. I will be writing a review about that Carmax as well. They issued me a form stating repairs to be done at my local dealership. I informed the salesperson that I would be pushing the car a bit and she was fine with it. After the test drive, the car seemed to be in great condition, so we headed in for the paperwork. The appearance inside of the dealership building did not convey a welcoming feeling though. It felt like a warehouse with desks in it. The people within the building were nice and friendly though. The paperwork was pretty quick as I already had a loan check from the credit union. It took about 30 minutes and then I was on my way. Overall, I would say the experience was positive.
2019 Mercedes-Benz AMG GLC 43 review
This car is all that I expected and much more. Awesome choice. It rides so smooth and so quite and relaxing. No outside noise. Just cruising the highway.

Went in around 6pm on a random Wednesday night for my mother in law. We inquired about a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle we found on their website and upon calling, I was told that it was indeed available and they would have it prepped for driving upon arrival. My wife and I arrive with my mother in law and were helped right away by Hanny Soliman, who was not initially my salesperson, however, was the one who eventually stayed with us and helped us throughout the whole process. Mr. Hanny was incredibly kind, thoughtful, attentive, answered all our questions with professionalism and care. I can 100% honestly say I never stepped foot in a Mercedes Dealership, and because of him, I am definitely going to be purchasing one for myself in the near future. I have never experienced such great customer service, pricing was upfront and direct, no games, and they even stayed past closing to wrap up the deal. Mr. Hanny followed up with phone calls to ask about how the vehicle was driving several days after and answered additional questions we had. What a wonderful experience here at CalStar Motors Inc (this is NOT a paid review). Like I said before, I only ever experienced Honda, Toyota, and Hyundai dealerships in the past, however, after this experience, my next purchase will definitely be coming from here and from Hanny.

Then came the gorgeous Vanessa who emailed me during the week to make sure my dream car was still available. When I went into the dealership she introduced herself and sat to talk to me even though I was working with Rami. She was very nice and also made my experience that much better. She honestly cared and I could tell by how passionately she spoke to me and could see it in her eyes. Last came Argenis who tried his hardest to get me the best deal I could handle. He was very professional and walked me through everything. He made the experience very comfortable and I am very pleased with my whole experience here. I would recommend 10/10. My best experience by far with any auto group.

2022 Mercedes-Benz AMG GLC 43 review
Excellent vehicle. Great mix of value, performance, comfort and looks. I've had 2 Audis and a Mercedes in the past and this is by far my favorite of them all. I am able to fit a baby seat in the back and it's a little smaller than I'd like but it's perfect for what I need. There are also a lot of after market performance mods for those that are interested.
