South Bay MINIReviews
South Bay MINI review
I bought my mini there a few years back and got a great price from them on the purchase of my Countryman... no pressure, just honest dealing I continue to rave about the after sales service that South Bay continues to provie me. There is a new Mini Dealer closer to me in Santa Monica but I continue to drive 45 mins each way to SB, it is well worht the extra effort to me. I have never been disappointed with the care that has been extended to me. I need to give recognition to the service manager "Lino"... Even though my car is out warranty he is the main reason that I continue to bring my car to Southbay . He is very professional and always willing to go the extra mile to be certain that things are right for all of his customers...in fact, Lino and the service department will be the reason that when I am ready to purchase another Mini it will be because of the after sales servie etc. If you want a great price on a Mini as well as great service, South Bay in my opinion is the Only Way Best, Ben

2021 MINI Hardtop review
It be of no secret that the Germans are behind the production of the MINI Brand. The fit and finish, drive, engineering and even smell are all very much in tune with the Brand's Ownership. The drive and sheer joy one feels from driving one of these products makes you feel like a kid again, playing with their favorite toy after a day of school. There are bigger and more expensive offerings to choose but none have the character or joy of ownership of a MINI.

The service is outstanding. The facilities are the best I have ever seen. The snacks provided are fantastic. But what sold us was the salesman , Joe Salgan. We had intended to buy a Suburu but liked the look of the Mini Cooper. So we stopped in the Dealer for a look. Joe was exceptional, Polite and knowlegable. He is the reason we ended up buying a Mini instead of a Suburu. Everything else was a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend this dealer and we love the car.

2013 MINI Hardtop review
My MINI has been a life saver while living in LA county. I can find parking for it pretty much everywhere and it is really good on gas. Drives well, the stock audio system is loud and has a good bass to it. I can't complain! Also, I really loved owning one with a checkered hood. I don't see them on the road in that style all that often so it felt like a score to find one like this :)

Had an excellent experience of Fields Mini. My Salesman, Joe Salgan, was extremely helpful in helping get the right vehicle at a fair price, working through the logistics of delivery and trade-in, and setting up and explaining the features of the car. Also, the financing people were very professional, fast, and accommodating in getting the docs signed. s

Great experience overall. I was offered a fair deal without any pressure or unnecessary upselling. Chuck Fioravanti was straightforward, answered all my questions clearly, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. I?d definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an honest and smooth car-buying experience.

Thank you Ric Tryce and Blanca for helping make me the proud new owner of a Telsa Model 3! The dealership is chic and clean with two amazing Macaws, Zephyr and Blue. They worked patiently yet quickly with us, while our 1yrold son was having a melt down (should have left him with a sitter). Highly recommend checking out this dealership if they have a vehicle you are interested in. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Ric, Blanca and the rest of the crew. We'll definitely come back to visit. From: Erika, Ryan & Camryn, much love to you all!!

Do your self a favor and ask for Mike (Michael E Loiselle) I highly recommend this salesman and dealership to all my friends and family! It’s hard to car Mike a salesman when he wasn’t never trying to sell me anything, he wanted me to get the exactly what I was looking for. My experience was outstanding, thanks to my salesman, Mike. From start to finish, he was incredibly professional and patient. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and never pressured me into making a decision. Instead, he genuinely cared about helping me find the right vehicle that would make me happy. It’s rare to find a salesman who prioritizes customer satisfaction over a quick sale, but Mike truly did. If you’re looking for an stress-free, enjoyable car-buying experience, this is the place to go!

MINI of The WoodlandsReviews
MINI of The Woodlands review
I had an exceptional experience purchasing my 2024 MINI Countryman from MINI of the Woodlands, and Dina Kansowah deserves special recognition. Buying a vehicle sight unseen from 1,500 miles away requires a tremendous amount of trust. Dina earned that trust through clear and consistent communication, detailed videos, prompt answers and careful attention to the things that truly matter when making a significant purchase remotely. She made sure I could see and understand the vehicle’s condition, guided me through each step and never left me wondering what was happening next. Dina’s professionalism, transparency and personal attention gave me the confidence to move forward with the purchase. She turned what could have been a stressful long-distance transaction into a smooth and reassuring experience. I highly recommend MINI of the Woodlands—and especially Dina—to anyone considering a MINI, whether purchasing locally or from across the country. She is an outstanding representative of the dealership and the MINI brand.
