Exactly How Car Buying Should Be! After a long day at work I walked into Lithia Ford around 5 PM knowing the exact truck, price, advertised discounts, and interest rate I wanted. Kris Thaxston was fantastic. I showed him a printed copy of the window sticker to comfirm that truck was on the lot and avaliable. I then told him what my down payment was and the terms and out the door price I expected. He handled everything completely exceeding my expectations. I was out the door and on my way home in an hour and a half driving my new truck with the exact terms and monthly payment I wanted. Right before I drove off in 101 degree weather, Kris offered to show me how the A/C and controls worked on the dashboard screen. Me being me, I said, "No, I've got it, I'll figure it out!" That turned into a hilarious ordeal on my 40-minute drive home up the mountain. As I was randomly button-mashing the screen while driving in 101-degree weather to get the air conditioner on, I can officially confirm the heated seats work exceptionally well! Being an older car we obviously had concerns about the vehicle for the price even though it looked beautiful on the lot & just wanted to make sure everything was okay. He went above & beyond to make us feel comfortable with purchasing the car allowing us to take it for a pre-purchase inspection & also having any concern we had checked out by their mechanics as well & we took it on multiple test drives. This was over a 2-3 week process & he waited patiently while we made our decision. We also interacted with a few people there during the process who were all very nice. Once we decided to purchase CJ set up a time to do the paper work & Tracy was also very nice & had everything ready. Easy in & easy out! Will 100% return again!
