After sending the email, via cars.com, I got a text back within a few minutes saying the SUV was available and a salesperson would check with me to set up an appointment. I spoke with Jamie shortly thereafter and met with her at the dealership. The SUV was washed and ready for me to see and test drive. The rest of the purchase experience was fantastic!! From my first to last interaction with the dealership they did a excellent job. I sent my VIN and photo's over my phone. They offered me far more then the dealership I usually do all of my business with. I really thought there would be a catch but to my surprise everything was as stated. They offered me for my trade what they said they would. I got the 0% finance deal Chrysler was offering. The F&I guy put forth the different packages at the end and it was no hassle or dealing. He let me pick what I wanted and left me alone about it. I was in and out in a timely manner. I thought my salesman Matthew Finn did a excellent job and I highly recommend anyone looking for car to give them a try. Despite the over hour drive it will be the first place I check the next time I'm in the market for a Dodge product.

Fuel injector repair with a few hiccups. First one O-ring blew and it had to be towed from my job, but they fixed and had back to me sane day. Then next O-ring blew and had to go back. Jordan and his team took all steps to make things right and make the overwhelming gas smell go away. They were apologetic to the minor inconvenience to me and kept me updated on everything and followed up after to make sure no further issues. Their service is why I will continue to go there in the future.
