2026 Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid review
As a longtime Subaru owner, I was already familiar with the Crosstrek. I wanted a hybrid but didn't have the infrastructure for a plugin, so the new Crosstrek's use of the "traditional" hybrid system was already a motivating factor. The controls are intuitive and well laid out, the ride is very smooth, and the cabin feels designed for shorter drivers. (I test drove a Forester and for a person under 5'4", it felt like driving on a barstool.) The Limited trim also offered nice touches such as a heated steering wheel. I would recommend this vehicle to anyone looking for a compact SUV with all-wheel drive.

2026 Mazda CX-50 review
The CX-50 is a great car. The exterior and interior are sleek and luxurious, and it drives great. The combo leather/canvas seats are awesome, because you still get the look of leather without the sticky/sweaty feel. Responsive infotainment system and variety of control options (joystick, touch screen, steering wheel buttons) is nice. AWD works great for me in the mountains.

2026 Genesis GV80 review
Test drove many cars. I had a BMW x6 nice car. Test drove Mercedes GLE 350 and Lexus GX 350h but great cars. Of course Lexus mpg is great. But the 2.5 Prestige Genesis ride is amazing. The amenities included are far more than others. Massage seats are a pleasure and very comfortable. Yes not a sports car but it’s still 300 hp. Plus 3 years free maintenance and the warranty is much better. I hope it keeps meeting my expectations.

I went in last week to check out a 2019 Honda Accord EX-L, only because it was close to another car I was scheduled to test down the road in Pasadena. May sales rep was Mark and he's awesome. He is extremely helpful and knowledgeable and even better, showed me with minimal research that the other car I was going to see had TWO previous accidents (shame on me for not seeing that) and they met me at the price I needed. So I ended up buying the Accord (very low mileage) at a great price. The best part was how easy Mark made the experience. My wife is on the loan but she didn't even have to be there. I drove the car off the lot about 2 hours after I arrived. They let me keep my old Honda in the lot until we were able to return that afternoon to pick it up. 2026 Volvo XC60 review
We just leased our third XC60 having previously leased a 2021 and a 2024. We find the 2026 similar with some improvements in the interior material and I believe a bit better performance than our 2024. Being a mild hybrid the mileage is acceptable as is acceleration. Volvo has the most comfortable seats for sure.

2026 Honda Civic review
I commute 30 miles a day, but it doesn't feel like it in my '26 Civic Sport hybrid sedan. I drive twisty roads, inclines and the freeway, and the car handles 'em all like a champ. It has the comfort, smooth ride and acceleration of my previous 2018 Accord Sport with way better gas mileage (45-50 mpg). I also like the dash/instrument layout and easy-to-use infotainment system. So if you're like me, a cheapskate who also enjoys spirited, comfortable driving, the Civic may be the right car for you! (I personally prefer the sedan over the hatchback, but that's just me.)
