Grubbs Volvo Cars GrapevineReviews
Grubbs Volvo Cars Grapevine review
We are so impressed on how we were treated and the amount of kindness that exists at Grubbs Volvo. We are usually BMW & Mercedes drivers and have been with a neighboring dealership for over 12 years. We didn't believe that we could ever make the switch, so glad we did. Its been. 6 months since our purchase and we are still in contact with our Sales Rep, we have also had a chance to visit with Service and we are still over the top impressed. Thank you Grubbs for making us part of your family. I have sent multiple messages to throughout my office about visiting your store for their next purchase. I want my staff to get the same experience we have had the privilege of receiving.

Crest Volvo CarsReviews
Crest Volvo Cars review
've had Volvo's for the past 20 years and just purchase a 2025 CPO Volvo XC 60 from Crest and I couldn't be happier. My sales person Allison was amazing. She was respectful of my time, professionally worked with me on the deal, no dealer games, no crazy add on's, just a true professional. She even had the car ready for me on my arrival, closing was less than 30 minutes. Tech team member Madeline was also amazing as well. She helped me all my tech settings, and explained all the functions. Just a great experience, best of all, we love our xc60, its smooth, fun, and just a great ride. Crest Management Team please give Allison and Madolyn a big thank you for make this one of the best car buying experience I've ever had. They are truly the best brand ambassadors you could ever have.

Volvo Cars BendReviews
Volvo Cars Bend review
After trading in the old Volvo station wagon for our XC60 nearly 12 years ago (a very positive experience), my primary contact has been with the service department (BTW, the first 5 years of service were free). 90K service today. Mitch was my primary contact, and Skylar set me up with a great 2026 XC60 loaner. Scheduling and drop-off went smoothly. Mitch explained what to expect with the 90K check. He then communicated mid-morning by text message with links to the overall service report along with narrated videos taken by the technicians (first time I've seen this - amazing!) explaining additional recommended repairs and things that were less urgent but need watching. I was then able to approve or defer these items online. The loaner was nice while it lasted, but it was reassuring to hear that the car is in great shape and will last a little longer for now. Pick-up was easy, aside from paying the bill (nothing new - it's always $1000 give or take). The 15% off coupon from Volvo took the edge off. RJM

I recently had a back tire blowout on the 605, as I was passing the dealership. Lucky for me, I was able to get to the dealership and Tyler had his guys put the spare on for me, with no charge. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes! I purchased my car here and have been getting my car serviced here for the past 5 years. Tyler and Aisleen (service reps) have always been extremely helpful, professional, and knowledgeable about my car. They have also spent extra time working with the warranty company to make sure everything is getting covered appropriately. I know my car is in good hands when I bring it here. I can't say enough good things about this location!

Modern and pretty showroom, everyone we met (manager, salesperson, finance person) were super nice. You do not get the traditional bad vibe from dealerships there... Wish I was into Volvos as I'd make the effort to go there (bought a trade). In and out with a car in jus tover an hour (after a few emails prior), so that's a big win.

I have always been pleased with the service advice CHRIS SINCLAIR has provided me for my xc-90 and s-60 volvos. He is detailed and explains any potential service problems that may arise. I value his advice and the personal care/details he provides. The new appointment system allows me to wait for my car, as opposed to drop off and pickups. The waiting area is first class with coffee. Keep up the good work Chris and keep the appointment system in tact.

Culver City Volvo Cars review
I had a great experience getting my xc90 from Bryant and Tony! They made the process really seamless and easy. They went above and beyond! Highly recommend! I searched for the best dealership in a 150+ mile radius and Culver City Volvo is definitely the best. Best selection and best value. I’m very happy!

Volvo Cars of AustinReviews
Volvo Cars of Austin review
I had a fantastic car buying experience at Volvo Austin thanks to Andrew Holzgrove and Chris! From start to finish, the process was seamless and stress free. Neither Andrew nor Chris was pushy at all—they were completely helpful, patient, and focused on making sure I got exactly what I needed. Before I even hit the road, Andrew took the time to walk me through all the car’s features in detail so I felt comfortable driving off the lot. Truly a 10/10 experience. I highly recommend working with Andrew if you're visiting Volvo Austin!

Johnson Volvo Cars DurhamReviews
Johnson Volvo Cars Durham review
We purchased a preowned Volvo XC40 Recharge from Johnson Volvo and were very pleased by the overall experience. Forrest was attentive and efficient and helped us complete the buying experience with none of the "ick" you get at some dealerships. We are glad to have done business with Johnson Volvo and look forward to a long relationship as we enjoy our vehicle.

Lovering Volvo Cars NashuaReviews
Lovering Volvo Cars Nashua review
My Experience at Lovering Volvo was a breath of fresh air, from the swift trade and vehicle negotiation, setting up logistics to pick up new vehicle (I live 2 hours away), to financing. I even had a minor repair needed with the vehicle TPMS which was not able to be addressed at the dealership so Lovering made it right when I set up a local dealer and Lovering paid for the service remotely. This is how vehicle purchasing should be! Thank you again very much to Franchesca Hamilton and the folks in the finance office for such swift and stress-free experience

Volvo Cars West County review
Bought a Volvo XC90 today. Our sales person Brandon Spraul was excellent. He was patient, knowledgeable and thorough. Mat Iglehart business director was great too. The service crew who prepped our car to the nice sales person who though very busy got Brandon to help us. Great experience-you can feel the great culture there.
