2018 Nissan Titan review
The truck is really good, Great off-road vehicle and very safe. Love all the technology in the truck for the price tag. The heated seat and cooling seat along the steering wheel being heated makes all season driving very comfortable.

Brian kept great communication throughout, even with our busy schedules, and treated my time and situation with real respect. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I had them check the AC also. The first issue I had was the wait to get checked in. I advised the staff and they said they will look into it. The service was done in a reasonable time, cost was a bit high but was manageable. They found an AC problem and that's where the second issue came in. I brought it back the next week to have it repaired, and picked it on the same day, the problem was we picked it up and did not realize the problem was not fixed. They did not check the work after repairing it and we did not check it before we left, so there was a failure on two fronts. I notified the service adviser and he said bring it back in and they will make it right. I took it back and it took the day to fix it, but it came back repaired with no extra charge.

2018 Nissan Titan review
Bought 2018 Titan used a year ago. It gets used about two days a week on average. So far its been great. Biggest issue is very stiff suspension.

2018 Nissan Titan review
This truck has plenty of room in the crew cab cabin. The safety features in the SV model are good. The interior design is a little dated but functional. With the standard 5 yr 100,000 mile drive train warranty from the manufacturer (Chevy, Ford & Dodge only offer a 3 year 36,000 mile factory drive train warranty) and competitive pricing it's a great deal.

Had synthetic oil change, tire rotation , and multi point inspection completed on 2015 Camry . TJ was the service advisor and was extremely friendly and helpful. The tech was Matt Nunamaker and got everything done in record amount of time . I had dropped vehicle off at about 1040 and everything was complete by 1117. Only 37 minutes to complete all that , usually it takes at least 1 hr - 1 1/2 hours at other Toyota dealers. Thanks for everyone being professional and servicing my daughter’s vehicle that she uses to get from college in Knoxville back home to Virgina . Appreciate it very much !!!
