Had an overall great experience. Would have given it a 5 stars but the air conditioning was down in the office during the middle of a heat wave.

It's a shame they stopped offering the eco-diesel in the RAM 1500, or I'd go buy a new 2019 4x4 now. This has been the most fuel efficient vehicle I have ever owned, regularly getting 31-32 mpg on long trips and averaging about 24 in town. It is the best looking full-sized truck on the market and very well made with tons of utility. Dealers call me all the time wanting to buy it back because it's in such high demand!
My experience with Moore Cadillac of Chantilly was nothing less than exceptional. My Salesman, Tony Soleiman, made my car buying experience that much more enjoyable; he is such a Joy to work with! Tony was very professional and knowledgeable as well as personable throughout the entire process. He has no pressure tendencies at all and made my Uncle and I feel right at home. Buying a car from Moore Cadillac of Chantilly, with a salesman as good of a person as Tony, was the best car buying experience that I have ever experienced. I know you will feel that way too! I leased Chevy Traverse in 2017 from this dealership when it was Manassas Chevrolet and had a bad experience. This time wanted to buy a Cruze. Every step went without any issue. Sales Associate Carlos was very professional and nice. Austin in finance answered all my concerns and was very professional. It was overall very good experience.

Great truck. Lots of power and comfort and looks great. Highly recommend for everyday use, pulling a boat or camper or folks out of ditches in NC.
Spent a little longer there than expected but understandably so, they were pretty busy. Good experience nonetheless. Staff was friendly, process was painless. I would recommend the dealership and Ahmed to others.

I had a limited edition Ran Rebel (457 of 500). Best truck I've ever had. Awesome looks and HEMI powered. It had an air ride adjustable suspension which my wife loved because it made it easier for her to enter/exit.
First scheduled service: 5000 mile maintenance
Ease of scheduling.
Arrived early; immediately met advisor Abe
Listened attentively making notes of concerns
Clarity of communication of work performed
Real time text and email detailing work and status
Completed quickly; honored warranty

Great experience and will definitely come back for service work. I had an appointment and opted to wait in the customer lounge. My vehicle was repaired and returned to me in less than an hour and a half. Great service.
A few years ago we purchased a new vehicle from Cowles Parkway; but the vehicle (although not considered a 'lemon') experienced rain leakage (which they repaired) and eventually a cylinder malfunction that required installation of a refurbished engine.
What gives? Brand new vehicles shouldn't have problems.
Although each of these defects took a long time to repair, thankfully Cowles repaired everything. However, during each lengthy repair, we rarely heard from the Service Team so were not kept up to date.
We thought it's their responsibility (their responsibility!) to contact the Customer to let them know what's going on, not vice versa. We had to call a lot and felt very lucky if we were able to talk to someone and find out details.
Cowles Service and maintenance is great, but overall Customer Service and making contact with the Customer is lacking. We realize they're balancing many customers, but a simple phone call letting the Customer know how things are would be very helpful. Why do we need to call them to find out details?

I always wanted a full size pickup truck until I found a 2 yr old truck that I can afford, it offers more space for household use and recreation versatilty without breaking a piggy bank.
If your looking for a dealer to purchase from with less stress, Leckner is your "go to" dealership. They have outstanding customer service and do exactly what they say. This was my first Leckner purchase, and I would use this dealership again!!

This truck has everything from looks to power. This has awesome exterior styling along with a grit and powerful look. This rides smooth as a car.
Ms. Deibler, was our sales person when we bought a new 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe. She was an amazing, professional, courteous amazing sales person to work with. I have bought several cars brand new and have never had such an enjoyable, painless experience as I had with Ms. Deibler purchasing this vehicle. We, my wife and I were waiting to be helped as othe sales reps passed us by, Ms. Diebler politely and kindly asked if she could help us and from that introduction took care of us every step of the way, through the car buying process, which can tend to be a tedious and daunting process. Ms. Deibler made the process very pleasaurable, not only pleasurable but pretty expediant. Most car sales I have experienced take about four hours, this took only two. Kudus to Ms. Deibler for her can do attitude and above and beyond unwavering comment to customer service. This truck is amazing!! Great power, wonderful looks, fits my family well, and serves all of our towing needs. We have horses and goats and this truck provided the pulling we need to transfer our animals anywhere.
When I contacted Jeffery Blake about questions I had about what car would best fit my needs, he had great response times and was very informative. He responded back friendly and knew exactly what I wanted in my car.

Has everything I need power seat,heated seats and steering wheel, back up camera, rides great on the highway,looks good,has remote start,power mirrors,v-6,navigation, would definitely recommend it.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
