When I picked up the truck, Sarah provided the requested documentation and advised that I had to check out with Johnny in the Service Department. It was a collaborative effort between Sarah and Johnny. It was well done. When I visited Johnny, he not only reviewed the alignment documentation but also asked if I wanted to use my Ford points to pay. This was a positive customer service interaction. The finance manager, however, did not have the paperwork ready when I walked out and promised me that they would be delivered with the car. The car was delivered two days later and no paperwork in the car. I don?t think anybody needs to beg for paperwork and it should be ready within a few days. Thanks to a wonderful woman who works in sales at the dealership , she FedEx me the papers. That was the only problem that I had and it was very frustrating. I applause the salesman that I worked with and the sales woman.

2019 RAM 1500 review
Oil cooler leaks bad when tempatures drop below 32 degrees. This happens on yhe 3.6 l engines. Lots of rams leak due to oil cooler being plastic having to replace it with s metal oil cooler..$1300 to repair at shop

And when we met in person he was extremely polite and not pushy. He had the vehicle I wanted to see already pulled up in the shade it was summer at the time here. I didn't purchase anything but we're in communication. And we'll see what happens. The dealership environment was very classy. With a adult generation of sales people. Some dealerships feel like a frat house and this was the complete opposite.

2019 RAM 1500 review
Super dependable. I paid 26.4k cash 2 years ago for mine is as good as my old 1979 custom100 Ranger. Power is excellent too 5.7 495hp 8 speed automatic with selectable gears on the steering wheel. 190k miles still drives like new.
