I inquired about a vehicle last Tuesday online and was quickly responded to from sales agent Todd. My questions were quickly answered as he confirmed the cars I inquired about were available. I advised Todd of my availability for Wednesday and was very accommodating. I test drove the vehicle I thought I wasn’t going to get and I was unsure. Todd then showed me the second vehicle I inquired about the next day (Thursday). The entire time Todd was very patient and professional! At no point did I ever feel rushed or being pursued to purchase a car. Ultimately I selected my vehicle a one owner extremely well taken care of 2022 Ford F-150. Dave was our salesman and he was amazing. So friendly and easy to talk to. He understood our needs and worked very hard to help us find the right fit. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles, but if he did not know something, he spent some time to figure it out and showed us the next time we returned. We wanted to use our own credit union for financing to get the best interest rate possible. We felt a little pressure by the manager to try to use the finance companies through the dealership, even to the point that the finance guy was brought out to speak to us. We politely listened to what he had to say and declined his offer. When we came back to purchase the vehicle and had to sit down with him to complete the paperwork, he seemed a little put off and would not make eye contact with us. It felt like he was pouting because we did not allow him to try to get our car financed. Seems to me that should be something that he could shrug off a little easier than he did.

2021 RAM 1500 review
I bought a 2021 classic 1500 4x2 quad cab with 5.7 Gas engine. There were 2 rear differential axle gear ratio options, mine has the “hiway gear” but the truck pulls with plenty of power, I think most had that gear for fuel economy. I don’t like the idea that if I open the drivers door while in motion , a transmission brake applies and abruptly stops the vehicle. I was parking in a very tight spot and cracked. The door open and to my surprise, , the truck jerked to a sudden stop. I personally do not care for the dash knob to select the gear, it’s another electronic component that can fail, which in fact has failed . in other trucks. The 5.7 Liter engine was designed with the oil filter to be very difficult to reach , almost as if designed ‘outside ‘ the chassis without realizing once ‘in’ the chassis, the oil filter became extremely difficult to reach to replace .

2021 RAM 1500 review
One of the best trucks I’ve ever owned. I wanted the 5.7 hemi, but wasn’t sold on the e torque. After driving it for awhile, I’m totally in love with it! 395 hp and 410 ft lbs of torque. This thing is great!!

I have had the blessing of dealing with James Kovack two times - once in connection with the sale of my leased 2021 RAV 4, the other time witnessing the sale of my sister's 2021 RAV 4. At that time ( my sister's visit) based on my experience, she requested James to work with her. My sister's experience and mine mirrored each others. James was kind, patient, respectful, efficient, knowledgeable, and possessed all of the attributes one would expect in dealing with someone in his position. My sister's experience required a little more work and James, in consultation with his supervisor, Qu'ran Gordon, got the job done. Both men were as courteous and respectful of the situation as they could be and both men should be considered ASSETS to Carmax of Langhorne. My sister and I are most pleased with the outcomes of both of our experiences and will recommend Carmax, but in particular James Kovack and Qu'ran Gordon for their fine work.

2021 RAM 1500 review
I bought the 2021 Ram with an 5.7 Hemi new and I have never experienced any issues with the Ram. 2 recalls witch were taken care of while I waited. I have owned Chevy and Ford pickups in the past 50 years and I have had issues with the Fords and will not buy another Ford truck again. I would buy a Ram again as long as it has a V8 engine.
