We worked with Michael, Breez and Ryan throughout our vehicle purchase. All were helpful and personable, easy to approach and quick to respond to questions and concerns. They made the purchasing process as easy as possible. In the past I have dreaded going to a dealership for a car purchase, but these guys made it easy. Thank you!

CarMax RaleighReviews
CarMax Raleigh review
Having purchased only new vehicles my entire life, I found myself in need of buying my girlfriend a certified used vehicle from a local Honda dealership. After the salesman ignored our desires and instead try to upsell us, however, we decided to try Carmax instead. From the start, Carmax offered a helpful hand online and friendly service over the phone: they were quickly able to find what we needed and provide attractive financing in a flash. (Thanks to you, Lesly.) Moreover, I found scheduling of a meeting to finish the deal at the dealership efficient. Once at the dealership, Haseam did well in helping us -- his knowledge and friendliness were impressive, especially since I havevworked in the service industry for many years . Because he did not try to upsell us, but rather did his best to educate us on what would work well, (coming in on his day-off to finalize the deal), I must commend Carmax and its associates for providing a memorable experience. Also, I was thankful that Dashau helped expedite the process when we completed the paperwork; what a breeze! Finally, I know I will come in buy my own used car in the future when my Honda Fit finally gives out. Thanks again, Carmax!

Randall Ford review
Perfect buying experience! We got a new Ranger Raptor. Highly sought after truck. I called and the receptionist was great! Immediately hooked me up with Jimmy Haas. He listened closely to what we wanted and said that they just unloaded one and it was in prep right now. Lucky for me!!! We actually closed the deal over the phone and I signed e documents that afternoon! Was contacted by Jordan Gregory and made arrangements to pay. Very easy to work with!!! Paid via wire transfer the next day. Jimmy locked up my truck in one of the private buildings out back until we could pick it up the next Saturday morning!!! We drove in from Tulsa in the morning and Jimmy came out to greet us before we were out of my old truck! Signed a Bill of Sale and drove home!!!!! Best truck buying experience ever!!!!!!!!!! Couple days later we got a call from Noel Harvey, General Sales Manager checking to make sure everything went well and we were happy! Excellent overall experience!!!! Thank you Jimmy
2023 RAM 1500 review
Bought a 2020 Ram 1500 Limited new and owned for 4 years. The starter went out twice under !00,000 miles so replaced 2 starters, had spark plug miss fire that had to get fixed, had exhaust manifold crack making the clicking sound upon startup, gas mileage got bad around 80,000 miles. I loved my truck but was stuck 2 where truck wouldn't start because the starter Ram uses is too small and not enough power for the start/stop and this size of engine. Also, heated seats are not hot at all. Coming from a F150 where the heated seats were incredibly hot which felt great, Ram not so much.

Great experience!! Mr. Gamaliel Aguilar and the rest of the staff did an amazing job on selling me my brand new 2021 Dodge Charger Scat Pack Widebody. This car is amazing!! We sat down and ordered it to be built back in August of 2021, 2 months later it was delivered and ready to take home! When I walked into the dealership to pick up the car, the staff greeted me saying, "congratulations" they truly made this experience one to remember.

We had an outstanding experience from the moment we walked into the dealership to the moment we drove away in our Bronco. The entire process was smooth, professional, and enjoyable from start to finish.

My first truck after doing lots of research. Love the ride and room in it. My wife likes the ride and how high you ride to see ahead. More affordable then the other brands out there. Palmer Dodge was great to deal with.

Morrie's Onalaska Chevrolet review
After researching automobles and prices for about 6 months, Morrie's offered a wonderful price on their website. Kyler helped us through the buying process and was awesome in explaining the features and options for the vehicle. He was very helpful and professional. Steve helped us through the numbers and forms to sign and was a joy to work with as well. I give them both a big thumbs up! They make buying a car fun again!

Had such an amazing experience! Was a bit nervous to purchase a new vehicle especially in this market but the staff & service were outstanding & comforting. They educated me on every step & were so helpful with any questions/concerns I had. I've been car shopping for some time now but I'm beyond thankful I was able to find DNT. Would recommend to anyone in the market looking for a trustworthy dealership in the DMV. Finally got the Lexus I've been wanting & with the beautiful inventory they have, I will definitely be back when it's time to upgrade!

Bob Wade Subaru review
Sales staff displayed great presentation & communication skills; pricing was reasonable; tough but fair buying & negotiation process - communication was respectful, transparent and clear throughout. I was very pleased with a fair & final off-the-lot price agreement. This is a family oriented business which cares about its people and values its customers. Would highly recommend a visit. It’s worth the trip from Northern Virginia to talk to the good people at Bob Wade.

CarMax Austin South review
The overall experience was fine but I was just not used to this business model. I bought a $70,000 used vehicle and after having dealt with the Land Rover and Mercedes dealerships for years, the customer service at CarMax is just not up to their level. But I guess that was how I paid $2500 - $5,000 less than what other dealers were charging for the same car.

Porsche Hartford review
Joe Delacruz at Hoffman Porsche Service went above and beyond to make my service experience fast and easy. Joe and his teammate Josh are top shelf service technicians. They took care of me and my car. I can’t say enough great things about them! They both deserve a raise and a promotion… I hope you’re reading this Mr. Hoffman! I have been a Hoffman customer for 50 years. They are fabulous!

2023 RAM 1500 review
Bought the RAM 1500 Laramie 4x4 about a month ago. Very pleased overall. While I knew going in it would be a gas guzzler, buyers should take gas mileage into consideration when buying. That said, the truck handles very well, is great on long drives, and interior is exceptional. Beautiful design overall
