Best car-purchase experience ever

Everyone was pleasant, congenial, easy-going, and professional. No one applied any pressure to buy immediately or at their price. We just discussed what I was looking for and what they had to offer. When it came time for the Sales Manager to come out and close the deal, he was low-key and conversational. We did some friendly negotiating and quickly came to a mutually acceptable price. It helped that I had done a lot of research on the vehicle I wanted and that I had consulted Kelley Blue Book online (kbb.com) to find out their invoice price and the value of my trade-in. They treated me with respect and I left feeling that this was the best car-purchase experience I've ever had (in 50+ years of buying cars). Some other things to note: This location has been open only about 6 months, so it is large, clean, and well-appointed. The service area is bigger than any other I've ever seen, and it has a large waiting room with comfortable chairs, a large table for eight people at a time to use laptops and charge devices, and a large array of beverages and snacks (including healthy items such as fruit). Although it doesn't have a lot of inventory on site yet, it is a branch of the Subaru Superstore of Chandler. So, they can bring out vehicles from Chandler in just a couple hours. They also have a training specialist on-site, who spent over an hour helping me to customize this vehicle and teaching me how to use all the technology.
