The salesman, Johnny Brown, was very personable. He didn't pressure us to do anything which was refreshing. The dealership, however, added approximately $4,000 to the price for miscellaneous fees (not including tax) which if very high in my opinion. We were able to come to an agreement, but feel we maybe should have paid a little less. The care needed a small touchup in two places and an A was missing from elantra . Still waiting for the "a" to arrive as well as touch-up paint.

However, Yuri and Jake's support, kindness and understanding made a good impression on us that we made the decision of returning to the dealership on Sunday. Yuri welcomed us with the same kindness. My husband and I would like to thank Yuri Jake Smilie, and also Miguel Hernandez in finances for the great job they did in selling us our new car-Forester Hybrid. Just one thing we want tell you is Yuri didn't explain how to use the touch panel and switches on wheel and door of the same model we will buy. after going back home We found some of function hasn't installed.
