This review is for their ToyotaCare Service for my new car. I’ve had my service done twice at this dealership. Friendly and courteous staff. Nice waiting area. The repair shop is really busy so if waiting for your car expect 2 hr wait time. No problems with services done by the mechanics there. They always do a good job.

Amazing service, have never had a smoother car buying experience. Larry was super friendly and helpful. He helped me get into a car that worked for me and I was definitely lucky to have him. Walked me through the entire process and explained in depth everything I needed to know and be completely aware of before making this big purchase. 100% recommend !

South Bay MazdaReviews
South Bay Mazda review
Cars.com staff and South Bay Mazda Team: Your site helped me find the vehicle I wanted yesterday and I was able to buy it at a fair price. Excellent service from the South Bay Mazda (Torrance, CA) dealership. Visited Galpin first, but the salesman lost my phone number after a visit and call back. The South Bay Mazda online manager answered right away after I looked at your sites referrals. I headed from the Valley (23 miles-48 mins.) to the store. Great salesman, Sam (Osama) Hussein, who even had a newly hired Max help me while he finished up a prior sale. The assist. sales manager helped me go through paperwork since I was paying cash. No lengthy F&I experience. I'm writing this as an old car writer and enthusiast. I worked for J.D. Power and also Automotive News and the customer service online and dealership experience were much better than in bygone days. Thanks much. Best, Philly M

Porsche Downtown LAReviews
Porsche Downtown LA review
In 2016, I bought my 2017 Porsche Macan fully-loaded at Downtown L.A. Porsche. The sales experience – from test driving four different Porsche SUV and sports-car models, to the calm negotiations – was the most professional in 31 years of car-purchases. Yet, my 2019 customer service and car repair EXCEEDED this positive sales experience. The one throughline in these experiences is DTLA GM Victor Ghassemi. In short, my tires were defective and there was a battery issue. After I talked with a closer dealer who tried to upsell me roughly $3000 in repairs, I reached back to Downtown L.A. Porsche. Within 48 hours, Victor’s professional driver picked-up (and later delivered) my Macan for free. Victor took care of every issue with astonishing generosity. DTLA Porsche service representative Irwin delivered Victor’s directives with organization and timeliness. The whole experience once again made other car brands and service pale in comparison. Thank you, Victor and DTLA Porsche. Like the car, you put the driver and customer first.

In 2008, my folks bought a new Chrysler Pacifica Limited. The car sales man was great. He knew all about the car and showed us everything about it. The dealership it's self is beautiful and super clean. They also have AWESOME cars inside in which you can sit and mess around in. The overall rating is a 4 BECAUSE, it is so hard to get a hold of these guys to take the car in. We've called 4 or 5 times to only leave messages that have never been responded to, so we are planning on just going there whether they want us to or not!

I worked with Brandon Takeuchi and he was very helpful and professional. He got us through the process quickly and we finished finance on the same day. I bought a new ES350h and he explained all the details very well. This is the second car I’ve bought at this Southbay dealership and purchased my first ES350 2024 model with Sachi and that was a good experience also.

2024 Toyota Camry review
I purchased mine used with 15,000 miles. She runs great and I get compliments on her often. Supersonic red with black top. The only reason I purchased this car is because my 2000 Camry is getting hard to find parts for. He still runs great. But, since I do not know when I will need to repair anything expensive on him, I had to get another Camry. For fear of not being able to repair my 2000 Camry (which still looks amazing new). I can vouch that gas powered Toyota's will last forever. Look at all of them on the road. So, I know this one will last forever.

Victor Ramirez was the person who assisted me in the purchase of my new camry. I cannot say enough how pleased I am with my purchase or with his helpfulness and professionalism in the process of my buying my new car. Victor was very informative and provided me with all the details of the car, the costs involved. He was very patient and understanding, answering all my questions and I would not hesitate to return to him for my next purchase or refer others to him for business.

I had the car I wanted transferred in and from start to end they kept me informed. The waiting period was a bit of a bummer, but knowing that my car was arriving made it worth the wait. Ryan was super he completed the transaction and put us in good hands. We had a minor defect with the windows but Ryan made sure it was taken care of . Overall we were quite pleased. We're definitely getting a second car with them . Lidia
