Perfect customer service 5 star great place to purchase a vehicle even after the sale
2019 Toyota Corolla review

We purchased a used Land Rover from Daniel (Cristea) a few days ago. We live 4hrs away and he and Josh the GM made the entire process painless. Daniel was very accommodating including willing to pick me up from the rental car agency when I returned the vehicle we rented to drive down one-way so we could drive our new one back home. I highly recommend him!!

Orange Coast Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Fiat review
I've purchased many many new cars and I know what I expect out of a dealership and a sales person. And I am familiar with how to achieve and what is a fair deal. I was very very satisfied dealing with Marissa and this dealership. I've got a new Grand Cherokee Limited in my driveway and I know I've gotten a good deal on it. Good job Marissa. You know your stuff.

Don McGill Toyota of HoustonReviews
Don McGill Toyota of Houston review
We recently bought our second Toyota from Don McGill. The first was a 2020Toyota Avalon and the second was a 2024 Toyota Crown. The first purchase went off without a hitch and we were very satisfied. The second car (the 2024 Crown) was purchased and delivered on 12/29/2023 with only one key FOB; I was told me I would get a second key FOB in six months. I subsequently talked to the service department; they promptly ordered one and I received it one week later. I do have an issue with the title department. My credit union is threatening to raise my loan interest rate if they don't receive the title. The only way to satisfy my credit union is to explain the process which I do not understand. The dealer should be more proactive in ensuring that the sales process does not end with delivery. My credit union still hasn't received the title. I am forced to keep calling which shouldn't be necessary.

We recently purchased a new CR-V through Sales Consultant Charley L. As we were first time Honda owners, Charley was patient, knowledgeable, and very helpful. He answered all our questions and provided additional advice in areas we didn’t initially bring up. We look forward to many years utilizing an equally professional Dover Honda Service Department.

Lakeside ToyotaReviews
Lakeside Toyota review
I had a great experience working with Mr. Carlos Toledo at Toyota Lakeside. He gave me a great deal on my 2026 Toyota RAV4 XLE Premium and made the entire process comfortable and stress-free. Carlos was very patient, calm, and professional throughout the whole experience. He took the time to answer my questions and never made me feel rushed or pressured. I truly appreciate his excellent customer service and the way he handled everything. If you’re looking for a Toyota and want someone who is patient, honest, and easy to work with, I definitely recommend Mr. Carlos Toledo at Toyota Lakeside. Thank you, Carlos, for helping me get my new RAV4!
2019 Toyota Corolla review
I’ve owned several Toyotas over the years from a 4 Runner to an Avalon onto several Camrys. Now in my later years, I needed a smaller car, easily handleable, and 35+mpg plus be reliable. The Corolla delivers. Not a speed demon or a car you drive like it’s on rails but does exactly what I was expecting. A great retirement unit for running errands and 100 mile trips.

Went in to get our truck serviced and ended up getting a great deal on a newer truck. We ended up with even more options in our new vehicle and a better deal than we expected. Everyone was very friendly and from the time we drove into the parking lot until we left, it was about 3 hours. Financing was very quick and efficient! Fastest we've ever made it out of a dealership when purchasing a vehicle. Thanks Gary and Brian for making the purchase of our new truck hassle free!

I called the dealership and asked if i could bring my truck in the next day for a LOF and tire rotation service. They were more than happy to accommodate me. Brought the truck in, they kept me aware of when my truck would be finished, and had a comfortable waiting lounge. The work was reasonably priced and they even washed my truck. Nice touch!

INFINITI of Las Vegas review
Mikey and the team were helpful in assisting the lease of a 2024 Infiniti sedan per specifications. It was pleasant interacting with the staff. The terms of the lease were discussed and the test-drive process worked fine.

Mercedes-Benz of AlbuquerqueReviews
Mercedes-Benz of Albuquerque review
We had to have our Mercedes Sprinter Motor Home towed to this dealer. From the 1st phone call to the service department they were very courteous and concerned. When we arrived with our vehicle in tow we were assisted immediately by Bryan and Jace, given a loaner car and Jace even went out of his way to call a nearby hotel to make arrangements for us and our 2 dogs for accommodations. Highly recommend this service department.
