I have been driving a 2010 Toyota Corolla since high school which was a hand me down. When it finally gave out after more than a decade, I knew I would be in the market for a car. I wanted a car with the best gas mileage and the latest technology. This was my first time buying a car and I want to several dealerships, all with mixed results. At one, a salesperson kept changing the prices of vehicles and was not transparent about pricing at all. At another, the rep couldn't explain the difference between the features between trims. Several others spent more time pushing add-ons than listening to what I actually wanted and needed. Each visit left me more frustrated and more skeptical. Debbie Leung at AutoNation made a huge difference in my experience as a buyer. From the start she asked the right questions that narrowed my complex search down to the Corolla and the Camry. 2021 Toyota Corolla review
I have a stock Corolla 2021 LE with 85000 miles on it. As ridiculous as it may sound, I thought it was a good idea to put it through its paces at Road Atlanta (in the rain as well). For an economic 4-door sedan the car is very fun to drive. It dances a little but it’s still forgiving when it’s warmed up. This car is perfect for safety and fun all in one. You’d have to really try to spin out or crash in this thing…..I have tried (not joking) and I’m not sure if it’s possible unless it’s icy and you’re going 80 miles an hour. As for normal driving, gas is great and reliability is what you expect for a Corolla, no maintenance cost except for a new battery after 4 years in a hot environment.
