my only issue was the car was not properly cleaned/detailed. We found potato chips and trash under the seats and the seats were not cleaned of spots.

And they were! HANDS DOWN, the most honest, easy car dealership experience I have ever had. From start to finish, they were honest, transparent and made the process of buying a new car smooth and actually fun! They do not add any extra frills or packages on like "the green package" etc to mark up the car to make money. They sold me the car at MSRP. They communicated very well and helped to facilitate me buying the car out of state. They get all the details right. There are ZERO surprises! This is a family owned dealership and it feels like it. If they are going to continue to sell used Teslas, Corwin Toyota needs to better train its employees how to transfer these vehicles through the Tesla process. The previous owner on my purchase was still listed as the owner (an elderly woman). Her credit card was apparently still being used to pay for vehicle electric charging expenses on my vehicle because I couldn't put my credit card on account until prior owner was removed from Tesla account. Simple process, but Corwin needs to commit to address this Tesla qwirk to avoid unfair charges to previous owners. I hope they will reimburse that poor prior owner. Other than this problem, the sales staff were great.

I have a 2011 Prius that has only been serviced at West Kendall Toyota. I have had many service advisors over the past 10 years that were just OK or not good at all. Kelly Monroy is by far the best! She is very professional, respectful and polite. She goes above and beyond the basic service level. Kelly actually walked through the dealership to find me and give me an in person update on my car instead of a phone call or text. I'll ask for Kelly every time I come to West Kendall Toyota, She gets an A from me.
