I travelled over 700 miles from Oregon to Bishop, California to buy my Toyota Prius Prime from Perry Motors because I could tell from my very first phone call that they were an old school HONEST, dealership. And they were! HANDS DOWN, the most honest, easy car dealership experience I have ever had. They do not add any extra frills or packages on like "the green package" etc to mark up the car to make money. They sold me the car at MSRP. If they are going to continue to sell used Teslas, Corwin Toyota needs to better train its employees how to transfer these vehicles through the Tesla process. The previous owner on my purchase was still listed as the owner (an elderly woman). Her credit card was apparently still being used to pay for vehicle electric charging expenses on my vehicle because I couldn't put my credit card on account until prior owner was removed from Tesla account. Simple process, but Corwin needs to commit to address this Tesla qwirk to avoid unfair charges to previous owners. I hope they will reimburse that poor prior owner. Other than this problem, the sales staff were great.
