Bought a new car from this dealer recently and I had a great experience. I knew what I was looking for so they were able to get it ready for test drive and let me know that there was a difference in the car itself and the listing. And they were! HANDS DOWN, the most honest, easy car dealership experience I have ever had. From start to finish, they were honest, transparent and made the process of buying a new car smooth and actually fun! They do not add any extra frills or packages on like "the green package" etc to mark up the car to make money. They sold me the car at MSRP. They communicated very well and helped to facilitate me buying the car out of state. They get all the details right. There are ZERO surprises! This is a family owned dealership and it feels like it. I am always impressed by Colonial Toyota's Service people. Had state inspection/emissions done along with 10,000 mile service. They also addressed a recall. They found a small, separate issue. Their professionalism, while being very friendly and courteous, are beyond measure.

If they are going to continue to sell used Teslas, Corwin Toyota needs to better train its employees how to transfer these vehicles through the Tesla process. The previous owner on my purchase was still listed as the owner (an elderly woman). Her credit card was apparently still being used to pay for vehicle electric charging expenses on my vehicle because I couldn't put my credit card on account until prior owner was removed from Tesla account. Simple process, but Corwin needs to commit to address this Tesla qwirk to avoid unfair charges to previous owners. I hope they will reimburse that poor prior owner. Other than this problem, the sales staff were great.
