I traded in my 2016 RAV4 Limited for the Highlander XLE. Primarily for the ride. We had to give up some features such as seat positioning and closeness sensors available on the Rav4. The 2019 Highlander has a V6 that is well reported on and gives us the performance we need. Our ride has definitely improved on the Highlander.

Overall very good and reliable vehicle for the money. Not the most comfortable, stylish, or best on fuel but for the price i dont think you can find better

Best reliable car around Toyota Highlander 2019. Great all road trips. Spaces and plenty of room for everyone. Bars inside seat for car seats to connect to keep baby safe. I have bought 3 Highlanders and loved everyone.

I bought a brand new Toyota Highlander platinum hybrid, 2022. I’ve owned Mercedes and a whole bunch of other cars but the noise from this literally hurts my ears. Really sucks because I wanted to keep this car forever but now I wanna get rid of it because the low bassy vibration is absolutely terrible. I have seen some people talking about a foot to radiator seal, hoping that might help. I want to fix this but its some serious xxxxxxxx. I like bass but this suckd toyota… 😢

My 2022 Highlander is a great car. It is very roomy and comfortable with a lot of safety features. The back seat is very comfortable

My wife and I had a wonderful experience buying our Toyota Corolla Cross from Toyota of Surprise. Ramon and Kim took a lot of time showing the various aspects of the hybrid. The only downside was that the limited models and colors of the car and we had to wait until the car with the style and options we wanted was shipped to the dealership. As we understand it, this was not the dealers fault but the Toyota company which only sent a limited Corolla Cross vehicles to each dealership so we had to wait until they shipped the vehicle we wanted. The dealership kept us informedas to the status and we felt they were doing all they could to get us our car as quickly as possible.

I bought my 2022 Highlander SE in November 2021 when selections were limited. It was not my first pick after researching and not my preferred color. I financed outside of Toyota and received a much better interest rate and my credit union said I was paying more than a reasonable price. But I was desperate and needed to new vehicle. I will see if the resale value keeps up with current value. So far it has performed well with a slight exception for the all wheel disk brakes. Sometimes I hear noises from the rear when backing out of my driveway when applying brake pressure. Also braking while driving seems a little soft and squirrelly. Just doesn’t feel quite right. The technology options are too numerous to mention and still learning but love the blind spot notification features. Fuel mileage is good compared to my V8 but performance is lacking even with sport drive feature selected. And in reference to one of the other reviews, the console storage is deep but too narrow. Overall I am enjoying my Highlander very much. I haven’t made a road trip in it yet so we will see. I can say it is a great family vehicle for short trips around town where a lot of start stops occur.

Everyone at the Bell Rd location is extremely friendly and respectful. Tony is great at what he does! I gave him a goal and he was able to meet it and as always he is very knowledgeable.

My mother recently rented this car for a family vacation to West Virginia and it was amazing! Excellent mileage for an SUV its size. Great performance. Tons of safety features (which is a VERY GOOD thing). Beautiful acceleration. The only problem we had was with the fact that the car will adjust the speed depending on the cars around it (or something like that), but it only happened when cruise control was on. It was overall a very nice car and we are actually planning on purchasing one soon.

We bought our 2012 highlander in 2021 with 220,000 miles on it. After taking it on a couple of trips the alternator has failed but it was the original. This suv was great in the snow this past year and the ac on trips last year made a great people hauler for the family.

All-round is a very comfortable and reliable car which is good for commute, transportation and having fun with ur family with space for cargo and people

I leased a 2021 hybrid XLE. I had no idea the mileage would be insane for a vehicle this size. 37 to 40 mpg. I didn’t believe it either. I have saved two pmts maybe 3 in one year over the 2019 standard engine. Car drives great and many safety features make a completely reliable auto for my family. I will be getting another one when this lease is up I have no doubt. If you room for all your you won’t be disappointed.

I used to own the Infiniti QX60 and loved it in every way. Had to get rid of it because of the famous transmission cvt problems so I got a Toyota. Aside from the interior which is not super sophisticated as the Infiniti, Toyota is a very reliable car. I know engine will always start and the car will always perform. Very comfortable and mileage is great for a V6! Toyota is the best! Everybody else is just an mature.

Isaac was great to work with. He made the whole process smooth, and when the car I originally emailed him about had sold, he suggested a similar vehicle that was an even better deal. I had a slight hiccup regarding my financing but he found a solution. I love my new-to-me Corolla and heartily recommend Right Toyota and Isaac in particular!

I like the Highlander XLE but every time I’m on the highway driving I can hear the wind on the driver side. Toyota has not been able to fix it or figure out how to fix it. And while waiting at the light sometimes it feels like the highlander just stopped running and when push the gas paddle it sounds like you just started the engine. I’m a little disappointed. Hate there’s no CD player. Even Lexus has a CD player.

My car was in service for an emergency repair. I was a bit frazzled wHen I showed up, but the team at Chapman and my service advisor, Emi, took great care of me and my car. Great communication throughout the process. They fixed the required repair, took care of the maintenance, a recall, and secured me a loaner car. Such a stress free experience!

The best Highlander yet. Smooth operation and the turbo is amazing a smooth and quiet ride. It has excellent speed when i need it. i would buy again if need be. Toyota would always be at the top of my list when shopping for automobiles .

Truly a positive experience. One sales person and sales @ MSRP. Without ridiculous dealer add on's. I was given the price (Maroney label) of the vehicle and that was exactly what I paid. After market products were offered but not demanded, no pressure. My sales person was professional and respectable. We have the 2022 Limited edition. Love the heated and cooled leather seats, very comfortable. Overall vehicle is very quiet, except on concrete roadway surfaces. The rain sensing wipers don't function as well as the ones we had on our 2019 Rav4. I will say, the 3rd row seats are for young kids or very small flexible adults. Also, front doors need more of an arm rest higher up on the doors. The tri zone heat and cooling is great. I like how the adaptive cruise will even slow you down some when entering curves. The 11 speaker JBL sound system is very good. Overall, the negatives listed are fairly minor issues, because we really enjoy this vehicle and the features. I am disappointed that Toyota will not be offering the v-6 in 2023. I much prefer the smoothness and power and torque curve of the 6 versus the turbo 4. The 8 speed transmission is butter smooth, although the kickdown response could be improved. This is our 4th Toyota and will keep coming back because of the higher quality standards and overall reliability. Also, Toyota seems to listen to customers better and making adjustments or corrections better than a lot of the other auto makers.

Quick response; salesperson accommodated my schedule. Test drive was average length. I knew more about the car than the sales person did but it was an exotic car so that is understandable

Purchased 2021 Limited in August and have been very pleased with the safety features, especially the front and rear sensors. I hear 2022 trim levels XLE and higher have the passenger power height adjustment, finally! This the biggest issue I have with my Highlander. I also think the front seats could be a little longer to support legs better! They used to have this in the 2nd generation. Otherwise I like my vehicle a lot. 7,800 miles so far!
