2025 Toyota Highlander Hybrid review
Highlander Hybrid is what I went to buy in May 2025. I now have 7,000 miles on it, both a 1800 mile highway trip plus lots of driving in my area. I am pleased with my purchase and with Toyota of Plano.

She lives in Spring Hill, FL, and doesn?t drive far, and there was no way for her to get to Tampa. I live in California, so coordinating everything was challenging. Jared went above and beyond by arranging for the car to be delivered directly to my mom. I honestly don?t know what I would have done without him. Trying to get a flight to Florida at that time was crazy flights were over $1,000 with terrible time slots. Jared made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He patiently answered the multitude of questions I had regarding the vehicle and overall created a very pleasant buying experience. I wanted to purchase some accessories for the vehicle and have them installed. There were a few hiccups concerning part availability when I arrived for the installation, but my Service Advisor Alura C. made it right. I appreciated the actions she undertook to have correct parts shipped to the dealership and for them to be promptly installed. I had purchased an older 4Runner from Modern of Boone in 2011 and I can honestly say that the high level of service provided then is still the standard they operate under today.
