NYE Volkswagen review
Such a great VW experience! Rich was professional, and so knowledgeable- he answered every question I had about the vehicles I was looking at and made the process go smoothly and quickly. He also patiently explained the tech and features in the VWs and even my insurance app! Robert and Anthony made me feel comfortable with the financial side of things. I did not feel pressured to buy anything I didn’t love, they worked with various lenders to help me get the best deal, and I understood everything I signed. Most importantly, my VW Is flawless and the warranties and dealership perks are incredible. This is my first VW, and I look forward to being a Nye Volkswagen customer for life.

When I went to look at the car I selected at this dealership it was on the lot ready to be seen. We immediately looked at the car and were able to take it on a test drive. We made the decision to buy the vehicle right away. It was towards the end of the dealership's day of being open, but they stayed with us to get this sale. We even got an extended warranty because the deal was 100 percent in budget. I will also choose them for services in the future for repairs or minor needs. Thank you

Ira Toyota of Danvers review
Original appointment time was 1:40 pm. I was told it would be at least 2.5 hour to begin. Due to other responsibilities I had to reschedule. Reschedule time was earlier in the morning. Part of the service was scheduled 5k maintenance but also need a recall update and a key fob issue. The work would take about 3.5 to 4 hours. They called for an Uber to transport me home and bring me back when work was finished. Since I had no other obligations that day it was fine. The fob however is not under warranty since apparently moisture got inside resulting in a failure of the trunk lid open operation. Fortunately it works with the second fob. Car is only 7 months old so I think the fob should be under warranty. Fabiana Manso Reed was very helpful.

Toyota Vallejo review
I recently visited Toyota of Vallejo to explore used vehicle options, and although I didn’t end up making a purchase this time, I had a genuinely great experience. Andrew Kahrimanian was friendly, patient, and informative. He took the time to answer all my questions and made the entire visit comfortable and pressure-free. I truly appreciated his honesty and professionalism throughout the interaction. I’ll definitely be referring friends and family who are in the market for a car, and I’ll be back myself when the time is right!

Fitzgerald Toyota Chambersburg review
Randy C. made our car buying experience enjoyable and hassle free. We were shopping for a reliable used car that would handle my long commute to/from work. While browsing the lot we met Randy. He was very professional and happy to answer our questions. We explained our price range and the type of vehicles we were interested in. My husband and I were pressed for time that day so we exchanged emails. The same day Randy sent photos for us to review. He understood that we were not in a hurry to purchase a vehicle and was willing to work with us until the right car came along. At no time did we feel pressured or hassled. Seven days after meeting Randy we were test driving vehicles. My husband and I were still undecided until he showed us one of the cars he included in an email. It was exactly what we were looking for and the car went home with us that day. My husband and I have purchased several vehicles but never walked away talking about the person who sold us the car. Randy was patient and easy to work with. Without question the best car buying experience!!! We will be trading in our family car soon and will reach out to Randy when that time comes.

2018 Toyota RAV4 review
I owned my former Toyota for 14 years and expect to to own my 2018 Rav4 XLE for at least that long. I've not had any problems in the 5 years that I've owned it. The SUVs appearance both inside and out is what makes it an attractive car. It has been reliable and maintenance free. I would buy another Rav4 when this one wears out in 10 years.

Great bunch of kids - well, to me they are young. However - GA lost my title, then Nashville lost it so I still don't have a permanent car tag. That's been a harassment but I don't think it's on Car Max. I think some state workers are using COVID as an excuse to slack off.

Toyota of MuncieReviews
Toyota of Muncie review
I was trying to buy a Toyota Hylander from this dealership and David Rhum is who contacted me after an internet inquiry. He was very upfront about everything taking his time to explain everything. Unfortunately due to a dealership rule, he could not sell this type of vehicle to me because I lived too far away. Most salespeople would then not talk to you. Not Mr. Rhum - he continued to assist by answering questions and letting me know where the make and model of the vehicle was available and at which dealership. I've already been to the parts department to buy a roof rack and they were very nice and helpful as well. If going to Toyota of Muncie ask for David Rhum, if you get 1/2 of the service and assistance that he gave us - you will already be at 100%.

Casey Toyota! Thank you for taking care of us at a moment’s notice. Our hatchback stopped working as we were unloading for our stay in Williamsburg. We drove straight to the dealership, took us rite in and fixed the problem. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I come from a Toyota nation of many years. Great job for taking pride in what you do, Toyota is very big on custom service and it was definitely shown today. THANK YOU!!!!
