My sales associate was Jordan Bates. Upon meeting Jordan, he greeted us and apologized about being a little late. He had a customer he was assisting before us and their appointment went a little longer than expected. Jordan made us very comfortable immediately; he asked if we needed anything such as beverages or anything else to ease this process. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I inquired about and soon asked me if I wanted to test drive the vehicle. While driving, he told me more about the features of the vehicle, and had great general conversations. Normal car salesmen try to force me to buy a vehicle I inquire about; but Jordan did not do that at all. I did not feel pressured to buy the car. He was also able to get me the rate I wanted regarding this car. I would definitely refer him to family and friends who are looking for a new vehicle.
I worked with John Massaqoui who was the best salesman I ever had. He was straight to the point and did not play the old sneaky car salesman. He researched the absolute best deal for my unfortunate situation and for that i am more than thankful.

I left a longer review on Yelp but in general I want to point out that Rick Cypress has an amazing team in James White and Tess McGee. The Suitland location has a massive selection of vehicles, very clean, free Wi-Fi, charging stations, water, coffee and friendly professionals. So far the car is perfect and the finance deal feels good (not like I was taken advantage of). Rick was fast, friendly and very knowledgeable.
