Adams North Charlotte review
Bought a 4 runner. Agreed on a price went to pick up Luz went up $1000. After discussion with Chance he dropped it back to the price we were told. We knew front lower bumper was gone and it needed new tires before buying. I feel like Liz tried to pull a fast one but I was prepared to leave without it. It had been for sale over a year so I figured the extra $1000 would be taken off. All in all we are happy with the purchase. I did wait until I got the title today in the mail before I wrote the review.

Absolutely love the RAV4, good space and a fierce exterior. The engine can be lagging at times and sound “tiny”. Overall, a great vehicle nonetheless!

Mike Johnson's Hickory Toyota review
I have had the pleasure of working with Jake. He was amazing in assisting me in replacing a young lady's undercarriage. He listened and went out of his way to make sure that she was taken care of as she lives in Hickory and my shop was in Charlotte. He followed up each and every time he stated that he would, and I was very pleased with his customer service, listening skills, knowledge and patience. Thank you, Jake, we could definitely use more people like you in this world.

2024 Toyota RAV4 review
I went from a corolla cross le gas model to a rav 4 hybrid le and there is a major difference in the size and road noise. I love the gas mileage in the rav 4 hybrid. The cabin is very quiet in the rav 4 hybrid. I am glad to recommend the rav 4 hybrid over the corolla cross le gas model.

2021 Toyota RAV4 review
I purchased a 2021 RAV4 LE used in 2024 from Eco Park. Every time I take it to the dealership they offer to buy it from me. They stated " that this vehicle is in high demand." My personal opinion is as follows: Pros: High resale value when well maintained. Toyota's reliability. It has adequate cargo space. The exterior is attractive. Cons: The front seats are not very comfortable. It has no fog lights. It displays"maintenance required" then "take to dealership"sometimes prematurely, when an oil change is required.

2022 Toyota RAV4 review
Not outstanding in any single category other than reliability, but rock solid overall. It's a rides nice, has a functional interior, looks good, and performs well. Certainly no negatives. The gas mileage has been 30+ overall and 35+ on the highway if driven at the typical speed limits. The only annoying feature is the auto engine off that has to be manually turned off with every start.

I just had the best experience in the service department that I’ve had in ten years. Harrison was the best, kindest, most wonderful Service Manager I’ve ever had, and I’ll be requesting him from now on. My technician Taylor also went above and beyond to fix something that has been broken on my car for years, without being asked. I actually cried. Thank you both for taking such great care of me and my car. With service like that, I won’t be going anywhere else, and strongly recommend them to anyone.

Gastonia Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC review
I highly recommend this dealership to anyone considering buying a vehicle. I live in Colorado and found one of their vehicles online. When I called, William picked up the phone and gave me honest answers to every concern I had. Soon after, I was contacted by the Sales Manager, Jason, who made me feel even more confident about the process. They picked me up from the airport, and everything — absolutely everything — was exactly as promised. From start to finish, this was hands down the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. These guys are true professionals. If they give you their word, you can trust they’ll stand by it. Going forward, this will be the first dealership I check when shopping for any future vehicles — especially high-end ones — because I know I’m dealing with a team that values honesty and integrity above all. Thank you again for an outstanding experience!

We have purchased a lot of vehicles through the years. This was by far the best experience with a car dealership we have ever had. A special thank you to our salesperson, Manny, he was super friendly, honest, and very knowledgeable.
2023 Toyota RAV4 review
Great Car! I bought used only 10,000 miles. Lots of room inside, easy to keep clean, and great turning radius - barely use one hand to turn completely around. I see people turning with 2 hands and leaning! Not the Rav - you just guide it. Always starts, low idle, quiet, and everything adjustable. I had another Rav, and I won't change now.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing experience from start to finish! I absolutely LOVE my Acura MDX, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience I had purchasing it! A huge thank you to Glenda, Jarrod, and Cole for making the entire process so easy, comfortable, and enjoyable. Glenda was AMAZING! She was incredibly patient while showing me different vehicles, never made me feel rushed or pressured, and gave me plenty of time to test drive my MDX and make sure it was the right one for me. I really appreciated how relaxed and stress-free she made the experience. Jarrod was fantastic as well! I had A LOT of questions about pricing and the different maintenance packages, and he patiently walked me through everything and made sure I understood all of my options. I never felt rushed, and I really appreciated his transparency and willingness to answer every question I had. Cole was extremely professional and helped me close out the deal smoothly. He made the final part of the process quick and easy and was great to work with! Buying a car can sometimes be stressful, but this team made it such a positive experience. I left feeling confident about my purchase and excited about my new MDX! 🚙❤️ Thank you again, Glenda, Jarrod, and Cole! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience!

2025 Toyota RAV4 review
Bought my XLE premium FWD RAV4 towards the end of 2025 before non-hybrid powertrains were discontinued. I’m old school and didn’t want the hybrid driving experience or system. Couldn’t be more pleased with the vehicle after a year of ownership and look forward to many years of driving pleasure. Anyone in the market for a similar non-hybrid vehicle-do yourself a favor and pick a 2025 model year RAV4, you’ll be glad you did so.

2022 Toyota RAV4 review
Drove this '22 Rav4 throughout the US SW for over 3000 miles in 2 weeks without any problems and averaged 30+ mpg. Went through CO, UT, NV, CA, AZ, NM. Pleasant to drive and certainly comfortable enough. I have no complaints at the moment, and it doesn't have the CVT!

I purchased a new 21 Limited with the Advanced Tech package And Limited Grade All Weather package. Its very very loud under acceleration. The highway pavement noise and wind noise are barely tolerable. I have a bad back the seats are fantastic and I have a bad back they are great on long trips. Constantly Averaging 28mpg it’s dependable and I know it will hold its value.

Matt and Hunter at Carmax really made this the best experience for me. Matt worked with me through phone and email up until the day I went in. He was very informative and assisted me through the entire process. Hunter was the salesman I worked with when I went in. He was accommodating and polite. I didn't feel the "pressure" of a sales man at all. And he was very professional. I will recommend this dealer to anyone I know looking to buy a vehicle.
2017 Toyota RAV4 review
Id payed 17,500 for it in 2017 Rav4 and when I traded it in I got 18,000 for it when I brought a new 2025 rav4,Keeps its value..... I had 2 2017 rav4 and got the same deal 18,000 for it. So I payed 32,000 for 2 rav4 2025...... 34,000 price minus the 18,000 trade in made it 16,000 each one. Like I like got 2 for the price of one.

Charles Butts was excellent! My daughter bought her first car and it was a smooth and relatively quick process. We found the car in the website and purchased the next day.

Bought used in 2018. Car has been incredibly reliable. Besides one brake job, one set of tires, and one battery I have not done anything except oil changes. Not even a taillight.
