This dealership was a breath of fresh air for someone like me, seeking a fair, friendly, and honest place to buy a new car. Integrity goes a long way when it comes to someone helping me with a purchase I'll be committed to for six years of financing--and they've got it in spades. I had the pleasure of working with Michael Jorgensen, Javier Vega, and Mikel Najar, who, at every step of the process, not only made sure I never felt pressured but also left me feeling fully prepared and well-advised. The deal I received was so competitive that I flew all the way from California to get it. They even picked me up from the airport--something not even some of my closest friends would volunteer for. If you put them in a position to compete with another dealership's offer, more often than not, they'll match it (or probably beat it). When I arrived, the hospitality was second to none. Everything we agreed upon was upheld, and topics like extended warranties were communicated in a way that felt more like sincere guidance than a sales pitch, tailored to my specific needs. After a long flight their pop-up coffee shop was a very welcome addition to my visit. Every single person I interacted with was a pleasure to speak to, and I genuinely mean that. They clearly take care when hiring good people, and reviews like this are the result of that effort. 10 Stars to Sales Joyce Bitaraes! She was amazing. Detail oriented and very attentive-despite being there on a busy holiday weekend she was always checking in with me! The negotiation process is never pleasant when buying a car but despite that, Joyce was on our side and made sure I was listened to and taken care of. She was an excellent customer advocate! Joyce has been awesome at follow through with things promised to be done on the vehicle and made sure my vehicle was delivered safe and complete! Her continued communication has been comforting. I also want to give a shout-out to Todd Parks in finance. Not only professional but personable. He made sure I understood everything and my questions were answered, even clarified items his upline Frank tried to explain. A thank you to Nic who delivered my vehicle 3hrs from the dealership safe and took the time to go over the vehicle and answer my questions! I gave overall 4 stars because of the dealership's process of negotiating and some impersonal interaction with the leadership team. The first sales manager Erick came across as detached, did not come across as caring and I did not feel heard. I felt uncomfortable talking with him and it felt as if I was an inconvenience to him. After further negotiations a second sales manager Kagan sat with us. I did appreciate Kagan 's attention, and he did a good job keeping the deal to benefit the dealer. I felt the actual price of the used vehicle was over-priced, however he did remove other line items to help make the bottom line better. Despite the hard line in the sand, he sat patiently with me. Finance Frank was all about business, in and out and selling that "extended" warranty. He made some demeaning remarks while reviewing my loan terms. After 7 hours, I have a new to me vehicle. Thank you to those who were patient with me! Especially to Joyce!

2023 Toyota Sequoia review
We bought this with 21k on it. It's a really stylish looking ride. We understood the rear cargo issues folks are having when we bought the vehicle. It works fine for us. The car came with a tow hitch and we have a carrier for that area to hall extra luggage. The fuel economy doesn't compare to the ratings given by the manufacturer, but for the size and power of the car it's quite good. We average 18 to 19 all the way around.. The car rides great for it's size and is very comfortable and the seats are very spacious. So far we are very pleased with this car. One note. Every person in the reviews talks of wind noise at 55MPH. It surely is a problem Toyota needs to look into. We like the car so much that we are willing to overlook this one issue. BUT it is a real issue. This is where the luxury of the car disappears.

2021 Toyota Sequoia review
We recently sold our 100 series land Cruiser and while we absolutely loved it while we owned it. I have to say that our 2021 limited Sequoia is everything that our 100 series LC should have been. Sure I miss how amazingly over built and reliable our LC was and not to mention the status quo of owning a LC. But the pleasure of having room to fit the entire family, 2 dogs and all of the gear we need for family outings, we simply could not get with our 100 series. The Sequoia even has features our LC didn't. Its cavernous inside, ridiculously comfortable and more cost effective to maintain than the LC. The Sequoia has the same Toyota reliability and V8 power as a LC and towing capacity is more than adequate for our needs. The Sequoia has just enough electronics to meet our needs without all the doodads we don't care for. The Sequoia interior for us, is the perfect combination of luxury, functionality and simplicity. We yearn for the days when 4wd's were 4wd's and didn't cost as much as a down payment on a house. The LC believe it or not got the same MPG roughly than our Sequoia does now and its lifted on 35's. The Sequoia has the almost the same 4wd system as the LC and trust me when I say the Sequoia has gone everywhere our LC has taken us. We are Toyota fanatics who presently own a 4runner and a Tacoma and have owned previous generations of both platforms. The Sequoia simply checked all the boxes for our family needs and at $30,000 or $40,000 less than a 200 series LC (USED). Our 2021 Sequoia is the best Toyota product we have ever purchased for our family and hands down the best bang for our buck, especially with inflated car prices.

2024 Toyota Sequoia review
I am a fan of Toyotas and this new Sequoia hits all the buttons for style performance & technology yeah it’s a little pricey but compared to the other big SUVs in the market, I think it’s reasonable.

I would have liked to give this place 5 stars. However, there were just a few too many issues that compiled to make an honest perfect score. I can say with confidence that Sage on the sales floor is the guy to ask for, and he certainly gets 5 stars from me. He was able to help me through out the processes, and went above and beyond to fix issues that should not have been his fault. A big one was that he personally took the truck to the car wash after the people responsible for doing the cleaning did not do their jobs at all (nails in truck bed, hair ties and lots sort in center console, spilt materials between seats, greasy oil prints from where a mechanic closed the door). That issue, the fact that I'm a month from purchase and still don't have my tag, and I had to wait several hours in the lobby to retrieve a truck I paid for a weeks prior (I made the trip from Homer) is why I can not give a 5 star. Sage honestly is the one that brought it up to 4, and not lower.

2014 Toyota Sequoia review
Specifically looked at cars that would last my family for 10+ years. Kept going back to the sequoia because it would comfortably hold my family of 5 for our day to day activities, sports and family travel. I love my sequoia and know it was the perfect addition to our family! You can?t go wrong with a Toyota, built to last!

2014 Toyota Sequoia review
My 2014 is the 2nd sequoia owned, actually loved the 2002 I had better (slightly smaller). It would be great to have a removable 2nd row center console w optional purchase bench seat. I?d buy it to make it a 8 seater.

2023 Toyota Sequoia review
It’s been an amazing SUV to own. It makes great power while still driving like a luxury vehicle! The seats are incredibly stylish and comfortable. The safety features also make me feel very safe behind the wheel of such a large vehicle. But it’s not hard to drive and the lane keeping assist works very well. Overall I’m very happy with my Sequoia!

2014 Toyota Sequoia review
This is a great SUV! It?s reliable in the snow and sand and in between. This is very roomy for 8 passengers and all your gear. For a V8 the gas mileage is decent. This is our 2nd Sequoia and expect to own it for 10 years!

The soonest I could have a brake noise looked at which was discovered after driving off the lot was 4 weeks. Fortunately the brake issue isn't a safety issue.

2014 Toyota Sequoia review
Traded up from a Highlander because we needed more power to tow a camper. Took a trip to southern Utah and it did everything I asked of it. Awesome car so far!
