I just helped a very dear senior friend of mine buy a car here, Subaru Outback Limited and explained to the salesman (Dan) that this transaction had to go very smooth without stress as I was out of state so my help was coming both to my friend and the dealership via phone and e-mail. I have to say that not only did they have the perfect car for my friend Cathy, but we were able to do 90% of the transaction prior to Cathy ever getting to the dealership. When Cathy arrived, her new car was all ready, they took in her trade, she signed docks and she was out the door and on her way back home in only about an hour! Cathy said she was treated extremely well by everyone involved at White Bear Lake Subaru and just loves her new car! My only concern is that I cannot figure out why my car keeps turning off when I’m driving it. I’ve been close to having an accident several times because I’m driving and all of a sudden the steering wheel locks and the engine shuts down. Very dangerous

We had a great experience buying our 2025 Ford Escape at Apple Ford Shakopee. The Senior Sales Rep, Tim Baird, was so professional and helpful and treated us like family. He went out of his way to explain many features of the vehicle that are new to us. We are senior citizens and were blessed to have Tim take care of us.

This van is great! Very easy to drive with minimal blind spots that are common in a van. It travels up and down the Pa. Turnpike with a breeze and little crosswind problems.

We just purchased a Toyota Sienna and had an excellent experience at Rudy Luther! We found the Sienna on cars.com and connected with Kris Fox who promised to follow up as soon as the car was available for viewing. True to his word, he called us as soon as it was available, which was a good thing since someone else was interested and arrived just before us to test drive the car. Apparently as soon as the car became available several sales people, including Kris, were driving up to the warehouse to pick it up for viewing. We’re grateful for his quick action and communication so we were the second to view the car and decided to purchase it. It was easy to work with Luther to arrange financing we were satisfied with and they went the extra mile to make sure the car was clean and prepped when we picked it up. The Kia Carnival is very impressive. First is the exterior with its classy design. The lines are clean and the finish is beautiful and seems to be durable. The fit of the exterior is again clean and precise. Although this is in the MiniVan segment it does not have boring minivan looks. The interior is quite luxurious for a vehicle in this class. It is comfortable and seems like it will kast a long time. The 8 seater models are quite versatile as the rear row folds into the floor and the middle row is fairly easy to remove. This gives you massive cargo space that rivals a work van. Even with the seats in there is a ton of storage space. There is a 7 seat model that features captains chairs in the middle row. These cannot be easily removed. I think most people would prefer the 8 seat models for versatility. The dash is amazing with its modern design and features. The controls are well laid out and easy to operate. The SX level trim features 360 cameras with a top view. There are just so many incredible features this car has that really just need to be seen. I suggest looking at some FB groups for the Carnival as there is just too much to put in writing. The Carnival has a strong v6 that is smooth and also economical. I would say most folks will get slightly above EPA ratings. I was able to get 34.9 mpg of a recent trip but I did have to work at driving conservatively. Most folks should expect 26-29mpg. Slightly less in city or a lot of stop and go. Acceleration is strong and you can set the mode of driving from Sport, Normal, Smart and Eco. These adjust the handling and transmission. Obviously driving aggressively will cost you on gas consumption. I love my Carnival. I has a Ford F-150 Platinum and wanted something better on gas easier to transport goods. This gives me the comfort and space I wanted and was used to. It is easier to park as well. I looked at Toyota, Honda, and Chrysler. All of the competitors were significantly more expensive. The Toyota is a 4cyl Hybrid and I did not like its performance. The Honda seemed a bit dated and not as roomy. The Chrysler has reliability issues but it does have the folding middle row. I just could not see spending more for that feature and a car with poor reliability. The Carnival is actually fun to drive with strong performance comfort and features. It is also packed with safety features. If you want a family vehicle or a versatile comfortable vehicle for hauling the Carnival fits the bill. The other option is an SUV but these are typically bulky, have less room, and do not get great gas mileage. Honestly SUVs are overrated and not worth the extra money.

Great service on new car purchase and delivery. Salesman was helpful, patient, and found a car with just the features I wanted. Finance manager answered all my questions and got me a great financing plan. Service department arranged to have 3M door protectors added with lightning speed. Only tiny snag was that the inside windshield came with lots of nasty streaks and film that the detail team missed. Overall a great purchase experience at a convenient location.

The Honda Odyssey has held up well over the first 3 years I've owned it. It's quiet and comfortable with a good sound system. It can take corners almost as well as my high end sports cars. And, in V6 mode (not economy) it accelerates well. The only complaint is its accident avoidance system that slams on the brakes unnecessarily. If a car is a little too close behind, you may be rear ended. I liked the car so much, I bought a 2025 Honda Odyssey, too.

This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

An excellent comfortable kid hauler. Or if you prefer to haul a furniture it will get the job done better than a pickup truck. We love our Odyssey. This is our third Odyssey having owned a 2007. 2013 and now a 2024.

Great car but serious security issues exist with the HondaLink app. Since I purchased the car over 2 months ago, I have been connected to someone else’s car. I can see their location, start their car, unlock and lock their car any time I please. I have confirmed this by doing a google search for their address and making personal contact with them since Honda said there was no way their system was functioning this way, so I had to spend time proving to them that indeed it does. Honda has been aware of this for 2 months and thus far has done nothing about it. I call them weekly or more often than that and yet still they do nothing about it.

We have had our Carnival for about 6 months. I love it!! It is my favorite car ever and I was a Ford Explorer fan before. It is so comfortable and rides like a dream. We can comfortably carry 8 adults with no problems. It has plenty of power and still gets 25-27 MPG around town. The seating configuration is amazing the way they lay down or come out. Being able to see the back while driving is a definite plus, carrying grand babies. And it even becomes its own WiFi spot! The warranty is unbeatable and the service is so good. Highly recommend!!!

15k miles so far and the Carnival has performed great. We purchased the LX model with cloth seats and without the seat package. We prefer cloth over leather. The engine is very powerful and smooth. Tons of space in all three rows. My neice who is "too cool for minivans" dropped her jaw when she saw all the space when the third row folded into the floor. She has one child now but I think I converted her to a minivan(MPV) fan! We have a 2004 Odyssey as well with 185k miles. Minivans for life! That's how we roll.

After driving my Pacifica Pinnacle for more than a year I must confess it is the best vehicle I have ever owned. The power and feel of this on the road is amazing and both interior and exterior has gotten so much compliments. Not to mention the fantastic gas savings running around town in EV.
