I'd like to recognize Ken Richardson for his outstanding customer service skills. As a salesman, Mr. Richardson was very well informed about the car and was able to answer all my questions. The financial process was really tense, if not dark and shady. I walked in with my own approved credit from another bank, but they pushed for another application of their own finance department which I agreed to. To my surprise I was approved for a lower rate with but I did not know that till I refused to buy with th rate they quoted me and started walking out. I’m talking about them trying to get me on a 13.5% instead of 5.9% that I ended up buying the car with, and I only did because I really liked the car... one more thing don’t count one the free loaner most of the time, but they will arrange a shuttle service for you...
Made a trip from Ohio to purchase a used Murano that was listed in Cars.com. The vehicle had all the bells and whistles we were looking for at a fair price. Unfortunately, the vehicle did not have a panoramic sunroof but Zeigler listed it as including the sunroof. When we arrived and noticed the vehicle did not have a sunroof we decided against the purchase - it was a show-stopper for us. Zeigler quickly owned their mistake, sincerely apologized and made a commitment to lower the price and/or offer any vehicle on their lot at a discounted offer. The incorrect listing was an obvious error but we were very impressed with Zeigler's response to make the customer happy. We ended up not purchasing a vehicle but we were VERY satisfied with this dealership. P.S. - I noticed the listing was corrected the same day.
