Is there a reason that people can???t buy volkswagen with cash money but have to finance? At 6% interest , hopefully they didn???t lie to me about paying off early without penalty, I really don???t want to pay over 3000 dollars for finance charges. They emailed me a survey but no follow up, oh well ....we will find out in a couples weeks after BB and T bank contact me .

I went through my Credit Union's TrueCar site to find a new Subaru. Stohlman assigned me to Bernadette through luck of the draw. And what great luck this was! Bernadette was so easy to work with. She provided just the right amount of follow-up, encouragement, and support while I test drove several vehicles and weighed my options. She helped me find the right car for my requirements. It's been a little over a month since I completed my sale, and I'm very pleased with my new car. Thanks to Stohlman and to Bernadette for an awesome car buying experience.
Just purchased a 2018 Subaru WRX STI from Stohlmans. First started working with Alex Yakovlev my sales consultant almost a year ago and couldn't think of going anywhere else! Very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful (this is the first manual car I've ever owned but have wanted one for a long time). Definitely gave the tips to make driving and ownership that much more enticing. It was an absolute pleasure working with Alex and buying from Stohlman! Couldn't be happier with the choice of car, dealer or sales consultant!

I bought my car from offlease 5 days ago and I just wanted to say Damian was great! Very proffesional and patient with me! Michael Katz was great as well! Also everyone else was great from the guys cleaning the car, the lady at the gate, finance person etc. Overall great experiance and So far Im happy with my car choise! I would recomend offlease to everyone who is looking to buy used car. Just make sure when they run your credit to ask them to limit to only few. You don???t want a lot of hard inquiries! Violeta

I like working with Sheehy and more specifically with Ron who works there. I worked with him 3 years ago and he provided me with an outstanding the service. And now three years later, there is a no difference. Ron always puts customers first when trying sell a car and he understands their needs first. He is never pushy and doesn't waste time.
I do not even know where to start with this. I will first off say that I never ever write reviews...... I took about a week to write a review at first I wanted to write a bad review because I felt that I was getting nowhere but then I thought let me try to reach management and address my concerns if it is not addressed then I will the bad review. With that being said I would like to thank the service manager Jason and the general manager Jad. They both listen and resolved my concerns. Every dealership has issues if you think that every dealership is perfect you are going to be let down big time. What does matters is how the dealership addresses and resolves any issues you may have at that time. This dealership was great with following through on their promise to resolve my issues. One thing I can take away from this experience is before you leave a review allow the dealership/company to hear your concerns and address them before you leave a bad review just to stick it to the company. PS gave it 4 out 5 stars because of the money on gas and tolls I spent getting it resolved :-)
I stoped in to check out a passat i seen online through cars.com. I ended up getting an r-line they had on the show room floor. "Z" was very helpfully, everyone was friendly and the process was quick and simple. Love their desktop screens. The only reason i didnt give them 5stars was they do not give you a full tank of gas with the purchase. Z claimed they only do it for new vehicles even though this was a certified pre owned. I've purchased several cars in my lifetime and weather they were new or used the dealer always filled the tank up. I previously bought a cpo passat from the fairfax vw and they filled up the tank.
The salesman Neville was courteous and very willing to work with me on my terms. Both he and the sales director, Aziz, listened to my desires and went above and beyond to earn my business. I have purchased 4 cars in the last 4 years. This was the most fair deal of all. A+ Highly recommended!
My car buying experience at King’s Volkswagen couldn’t not have been any better.....Mostly because of Ignacio Rada....he made the whole process a lot smoother. He is a friendly, upbeat, and honest person who does anything in his power to get you what you want. He does his homework telling you about the latest features of the car you might want to buy. He was always available and willing to go out of his way to work with me. Even picking me up to make my purchase. He followed me throughout the whole process making sure I was taken care of, being there every step of the way.
He genuinely cares about his customers. I am sure the rest of the sales staff is just as professional.
Would definitely do business with them again if I need to.
Great place to buy a car.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
I checked with many other dealers advertising deals which were only the beginning of so many additional charges that they were just bait. Not real. At Sport they were 100% real. Nothing unexpected. They also were very attentive and made buying a new car quick, easy and the real joy that it should be.
