I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. Excellent experience with Pat's Auto ! I purchased a like new condition 07 Mustang GT, traded in an older model Mustang GT for it. After an extensive search for a late model automatic Mustang GT for my wife and I to both enjoy I found this car while searching the web. I left a message inquiring about this car and the owner Phil contacted me the next morning to answer all my questions and invited me to take the car for a test drive that morning. As my Mustang was not registered, he drove 60 miles that day to my home to appraise my car. We worked out a very fair deal for both my trade and the new car. Phil was extremely accommodating as I live over an hour away from his dealership and met me after hours in order to deliver the car to me. I was actually shocked a small dealer would do this which was greatly appreciated. You will not find this level of service with a large/corporate dealer. His assistant Elaine was also great to work and helped with all the paper work and getting the car registered. For not being close to his dealership, the small fee they charge for all the running around with the registry and insurance company was priceless. My new car needed minor warranty work which was taken care of right away. Phil is extremely honest and stands by his cars. He has a great selection of cars, especially high quality sports cars and specialty cars. I would highly recommend his dealership and if you are looking for a particular car, this guy will find it. He's extremely particular with what he buys, so easy to work with and zero pressure. I can't thank him and his small staff for everything they did to make this one of the best car buying experiences I have had to date. I went to Country Nissan hoping to trade in my lease. I knew I was going to go over my mileage limit and I wanted to own a car instead. I was worried that this would be difficult, however...I still owed a year on my lease agreement. I went to Jason LeClair, and he immediately went above and beyond in helping me find the best options for my desired monthly payment. I never once felt pressured or wondered if I was getting the best possible deal. Instead of feeling like I was playing "cat and mouse" like I have at other dealerships, we didn't waste any time getting down to business, and I truly enjoyed his company. I have always wanted a Rogue, and it's exactly what I got! I am so grateful Jason made it happen for me, and I will never buy another car from anyone else if I can help it. I even took a stack of cards to hand out to friends and family :)
Everything but just your job. Brandon and people like him are why the dealership can still be a comfortable place to be with out pressure or feeling like you know nothing. My new preowned jetta is fantasuc in every way and how Brandon asked me the right questions and steered me away from spending more money by showing me how the car met my needs was perfect. Great buying experience. I worked with Scott Whitehead and he was excellent to deal with through the whole process. I was up front with how I wanted approach the purchase. I wanted to get pricing and value my trade, nothing more at first. I wasn't going to rush into buying a new car. Scott was very respectful and not a pushy at all. I got excellent pricing on the car and trade, I was very happy with the whole experience. I would highly recommend working with Scott, he was a very personable. I think we chatted about cars and common interest as much as the sale of the car. Just a really good experience. Melanie was awesome too, very knowledgeable and showed all the features of my new VW.

I bought a 2013 VW CC Sport from them. I am from Binghamton, NY & this car was located at their showroom in Hartford, CT. I saw this car’s listing online and immediately liked it but wanted to test drive the vehicle before putting down my money. I had arranged for my own finance so needed the purchase order for this vehicle. They agreed to give me the purchase order if I put a refundable deposit of $500 on my credit card. I agreed to that. So I put my paper work in order and drove down with a friend on Saturday to their showroom. The condition of the vehicle was good just like I had imagined from the pictures. I took a test drive. The gentleman who was with us on the deal was knowledgeable & helpful. I noticed that above the front passenger headliner there was some black smear. I pointed out this to the salesman & he took care of it immediately. Also the engine bay & the underside of the vehicle looked dirty as if it was not washed so they gave the car a complete rewash before I left. I was unclear on how I would be able to register a CT dealer plate vehicle in NY State. I was told that I would be getting NY plates which I did. Only place where the dealer needs to improve is communication. I had no clue what was going on with my registration & upon calling/emailing I just got the answer that “A third party company is taking care of it”. This is my first car in this country and it should not be assumed by dealer that everyone knows the process of buying a car over here. It is nice to maintain some transparency during paper work as I am paying for that service as well. Now I got the plates from DMW NY however I never got the title for my car. Upon asking the dealer, they say they mailed the title directly to my finance company and it’s normal. Here’s the thing, my friend got his car a week later mine, went through the same finance company as mine and he got his title from the dealer (different car dealer). He just made sure he added the finance company name as a lien holder on his car’s title & mailed a copy for their record.
My son dropped his Rav4 at Hoffmans (he lives in Boston) to trouble shoot computer alerts because I suggested Hoffmans from previous experience. The issue turned out to be a leaking windshield that was incorrectly installed by another business. Water caused electrical faults detected by the cars computer. Mike Fuhr did a fantastic job coordinating with the windshield company and the insurance company while keeping me up to date on the repairs. Car runs great and the inside was sanitized and is free of the previous musty smell. What could have turned out to be a real hassle was a pleasant experience thanks to Mike. Cars are becoming more or less similar due to competition and dealer service is becoming a much larger discriminator. I highly recommend Hoffman Toyota as a great place for service. THANKS
