2018 Volkswagen Beetle review
This Beetle was my car that I traded in recently for a new Tiguan. The car was excellent, and always reliable. We wanted to own one of the last Beetles made, and glad that we purchased it from Mt. Prospect VW (AutoBarn) four years ago. Whoever purchases this bug, is getting a great car, and we will miss it!

2017 Volkswagen Golf Alltrack review
I drove a Golf TSI for years and absolutely loved it. Never wanted drive a different car as long as Iived. Then I had a kid(which is is tight with a golf) and someone pulled out in front of me and it got totalled. I took the money and upgraded to the Alltrack because its basically the same car with more room and AWD. Absolutely love it! Gas mileage is significantly lower than my Golf, but it still has some zip. The DSG transmission is like butter. Ill drive this car into the ground.

AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Southwest review
I had an excellent experience working with Tina Chen at AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Southwest! She was knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and incredibly easy to work with throughout the entire process. I especially appreciated her straightforward approach—she was never pushy or overly sales-focused, which made the experience comfortable and stress-free. Tina communicated clearly, respected my time, and made sure everything moved along smoothly. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a professional and enjoyable car-buying experience!

I was interested in a new GMC Acadia, specific features and model. Zac Taylor worked very hard to bring a vehicle from the Colorado Springs store. He had everything outfitted as needed, worked out details remotely, then delivered it to me in the mountains. I drove away a great new vehicle at an outstanding price point. Thank you Zac for all of your hard work during this car purchase!

Great 28.3 mileage w 500 mile cruising range on regular gas. Seat comfort, engine performance (no turbo lag), quality, great quiet ride, ventilated massage seats, and tons of upscale standard equipment quickly made us forget our 2022 Audi Q5 Premium Plus Sportback with a 15K savings and even more features. Best buy on a mid sized luxury SUV. Would highly recommend!

Purchased New VW ID4and love it. Nick the salesman at Ann Arbor Volkswagen was just amazing. Highly recommended purchasing a vehicle there. Ryan the sales manager went out of his way to make sure I was happy. You don’t find people that care in car dealerships anymore, but they definitely do here at Ann Arbor.

2022 Volkswagen Taos review
I bought the 22 model in Apr of 22 and had it about a year and the ac compressor went out. It took them a couple of months to get one and when they did they found that it had metal shavings all in the lines so they had to replace everything in the circuit. They gave us a loaner car for two weeks and so far it’s been working fine. Have had a couple of software updates so far but no other issues. Have just turned 10,000 miles. The transmission is jerky so I basically drive it around in sport mode to keep it from dropping into the highway gear. Overall we like it

2022 Volkswagen Atlas Cross Sport review
I got the SE V6, which handles very well. This is not a fast car from 0-to 60 in x seconds, because it is a heavy vehicle, but once it reaches cruise speed it is very responsive with good acceleration to pass comfortably in the freeway and will not slow you down in hill country. One minor detail was the phone wireless charging, not charging properly, I just removed the rubber cover, and it works perfectly, so I guess it is too thick. The wireless infotainment requires few seconds to get properly connected, so just be patient, because once it is connected it works just fine. After backing up, the camera stays on for few seconds, after switching to drive mode, but this dissapears once it it reaches 20mph , and at the same time the doors autolock. It is a nice safety feature. Mine has the ceiling moonroof, which is very nice. It is a reliable vehicle with proper handling for it's size with plenty of cargo and passenger space.

I have had not one but two incredible experiences with the sales team at Emich, namely Dieter, the sales person I have worked with both times. Dieter is fair, honest, upfront and responsive. He doesn't just care about the sale, he cares about getting you in the right car and the right loan situation. I am so appreciative to have a team I can forever trust with my car needs. Thank you Dieter, Mateo, Ashley and Fred for all of your help! Your integrity and service levels are very much appreciated!

Great car! Overpaid a bit; but, bought top of the line with only 23k miles. Loved it and didn't want to dicker over price. Rudes well. Acceleration is good. Roomy, spacious passenger cabin and cargo bay. Amazing technology. I recommend this vehicle highly. Take a serious look at this one. You wont be disappointed.

Stevinson Hyundai of Frederick review
I found my very clean and pretty Acura RDX at Stevinson Hyundai on a website. My sales host, Arian called me and the process was very smooth and wonderful. They did only have 1 finance guy onsite so, I had to wait a while, but overall, wonderful experience. Arian was knowledgeable, kind and very attentive. He felt so bad that I had to wait so long to sign my purchasing agreement but did everything to make me more comfortable. I'll be back for sure.
2023 Volkswagen ID.4 review
I have many good things to say about the ID.4. I've only owned it for about 500 miles so far, and I'm happy with the performance, comfort, features, and feel of the car. I cannot attest to its reliability given that I haven't owned it for long enough.

2023 Volkswagen Taos review
Our 2022 Taos is almost 2 years old with about 21K mileage. Very satisfied with our car. For the price point (25K) it provides good handling, a comfortable ride and great interior space for a subcompact SUV. The gas mileage is amazing at over 40 MPG on the highway and about 30 MPG tooling around town. Couldn't be happier!

2023 Volkswagen ID.4 review
Despite the scary looking recalls my 2023 AWD Pro-s model has been 99.9% reliable. In comparison to my previous 2021 ID.4 pro-s which had several annoying system failures that necessitated immediate trips to the dealership. However the 2021 pro-s has the folding mirror option which I had expected to get in the 2023 pro-s but was very dissatisfied to learn it had been remover and put in the ‘+’ package. The mirror option should be offered as a standalone upgrade to all non ‘+’ 2023 and 2024 models as no $50k plus car should be without it.

AutoNation Honda 104Reviews
AutoNation Honda 104 review
I've bought a lot of new cars over the years - this was the best experience I've ever had. I ended up buying a Honda CRV Hybrid from them and love it. They supported my buying process (which included looking at other cars/dealerships) and they advocated intelligently for their product. I found the suggestions and feedback they provided on other models to be fair and accurate. The next time I go to buy a car, this dealership is the first place I'll go.
2018 Volkswagen Tiguan review
Our family of 5 has traveled across US, Canada, & many many daily city miles, in our Tiguan (almost 200k) with solid performance. General maintenance, & a loose nut on window regulator. Acceleration slowed but spray clean of mass air flow (MAF) sensor solved issue. Seats are comfy enough but maybe less engineered for 1,000-mile trips. 2018 infotech was quirky, but good enough. Folding 3rd row, full sun & added hitch for bikes etc. make this smallish SUV super convenient for city as well as long trips.

I have a 2019 Atlas. This car is amazing and mind you I can't kill it. My car has 188,000 miles on it. The drive is smooth and very reliable. It has the room to fit all 5 of my kiddos perfectly and enough room in the trunk to even fit a wonderfold wagon with all the seats up. I highly recommend if you want a good SUV with a lot of room in it

Nice riding vehicle EXCEPT it has a hesitation issue when you step on the gas from a standstill. Happens most when the "stop/start" is active, less when you turn it off but it still hesitates. Dealer has no answer other than it is normal and we can't find anything. Others have voiced same concern, recall?

AutoNation Chrysler Jeep WestReviews
AutoNation Chrysler Jeep West review
Great out-of-state buying experience with AutoNation Chrysler Jeep West. Nate Stahl, the Sales Manager, spent a tremendous amount of time working directly with me through all the details of the purchase, trade-in, shipping, and paperwork. I’m a very detail-oriented buyer, and Nate was patient and responsive throughout the process and ultimately got everything across the finish line. Vincent Chavez also assisted with the sale and delivery process. The Jeep arrived as promised, and the dealership even FedExed all of the original documents I needed to title and register it in New Jersey overnight. I received everything promptly and was able to complete the process without an issue. Buying a vehicle sight-unseen from across the country takes some trust, and Nate and the team delivered. I’m very happy with the Jeep and would absolutely recommend them.

2026 Volkswagen Jetta GLI review
I have owned many Volkswagens and I am a big fan of this new GLI. They returned to the non-haptic buttons on the steering wheel. The car uses a tried-and-true engine that has a few known maintenance issues that should be dealt with along the way. Keep the turbo happy by doing oil changes more frequently than the owner's manual suggests. (5K is not too soon.) Keep the LSD and DCT Transmission happy by changing out the fluids every 40-50k miles. Do this and the "unreliable" VW suddenly becomes a much more reliable car. Performance is solid, under 6 seconds to 60 mph is possible, easy passes on the highway. It handles very nicely. The LSD and FWD should equate to solid winter weather handling and driving. I added winter tires to make sure that Fargo winters didn't wipe me out. Tech is a little behind, but I actually like that it offers what I need and the tech has been proven out. Wireless smartphone connectivity. XM radio. Adjustable suspension, throttle, steering, and transmission settings make it very easy to adjust to your wants. I would warn against leaving the general setting in Eco mode or Comfort mode - it is harder on the transmission and engine than normal or even sport modes. Back-up camera is just 'meh.' Interior has plenty of room, is nicely styled with all the needs addressed. Heated and ventilated seats. Heated steering wheel. Large sunroof. Good stereo. Power driver seat with memory. Spacious back seats. (It has no vents or USB plug-ins but there are two USB plugs hidden away in the storage between the seats, so a good cable should solve that oversight.) I am looking forward to keeping this car for years and it puts a smile on my face whenever I want a little grunt. It gets good gas mileage - although I have taken the advice to disable the start stop system (hard on the turbo). There are some great videos out there about caring for the Engine, DCT transmission, and the Turbo out there (for the VWs and in general.) Sum it up, it is not a Honda or Toyota that might tolerate fewer maintenance visits - but if you stay on top of the maintenance, VWs have a habit of paying you back with a better car.

AutoNation Subaru Arapahoe review
My daughter and I enjoyed our experience with Subaru Arapahoe. Olivia A. was extremely good in the sales role - we felt no stress whatsoever, and she shepherded us through the always time consuming purchase process with confidence and patience, Additionally she has followed up to make certain that all is well. There was a hiccup with the car's computer connecting to the satellite, and the group handled things satisfactorily, getting our new car to my daughter at UDenver in a timely fashion and without her having to interrupt her studies. In all, I can absolutely recommend this team - Olivia in Sales, Chris E. in financing, Matthew in Service all were transparent and helpful. And my daughter is very happy with her new Outback. Well done all around.
