From the moment I filled out the online inquiry, I had

From the moment I filled out the online inquiry, I had Phillip reach out to me & listen to my wants, needs & goals for my truck. We were able to discuss options, color, specifications & the best thing for me, my time was not wasted. After the phone call, filled out a few forms online, I was at the dealership the next day by 8:45am, and drove out by 10:15am with my New Chevy 2500 Silverado HD. I can't explain how many times I've gone to a dealer & it takes at least 4 hours to get the deal done. Best team there, & Jimmy the finance manager is amazing too!

I brought my car to Connell Cheverolet in Costa Mesa

I brought my car to Connell Cheverolet in Costa Mesa under warranty with transmission problems. I have the GM8L90 that is in the class action lawsuit. 03-20-2023 dropped off. 53,856 miles. they said they repaired the transmission. 04-26-2023 picked up 04-27-2023 back to dealer check engine light 05-12-2023 back to dealer check engine light 54,458 06-06-2023 back to dealer check engine light 55,348 04-08-2024 back to dealer. transmission problems 62,060 (no longer in warranty) they put in a wiring harness charged $1200.00. beg fight cry refunded for misdiagnosos 04-12-2024 picked up 04-24-2024 same transmission problem back to dealer 53,856. they want $3,528.00 to diagnose. beg fight cry 06-25-2024 Picked up. no charge, faulty part. 11-15-2024 transmission problems. no response from dealership lol 12-05-2024 Connell says they won't help me. My father worked for GM, ironically in the complaint department for people just like me until he died from a heart attack at age 52. Never missed a day of work. A properly rebuilt transmission should last between 100,000-200,000 miles. This is the third time I've had the same problem in a year. They must lose money on these big warranty repairs, I was a bit stunned to be treated so poorly.

**DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE** I brought my 2016 Camaro

**DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE** I brought my 2016 Camaro in for a new battery yesterday, 7/24/24, because my car was completely dead. $389 for a battery...and they couldn't even check for the cause. Car dead following morning. they hung up on me because I was angry.

My car buying Experience at Connell Chevrolet was no

My car buying Experience at Connell Chevrolet was no less than exceptional. From the moment I stepped into the dealership, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the showroom impeccably maintained, setting the stage for a professional and straightforward process. Tim Connell, who guided me though my purchase, was nothing short of phenomenal. He demonstrated an unparalleled level of expertise and patience, taking the time to understand my needs and preferences without rushing me into a decision. His product knowledge was impressive, providing detailed insights into each vehicle's features, performance, and safety, which helped me make an informed choice. The dealership staff made the buying process incredibly convenient, handling paperwork efficiently and transparently. They explained each step of the process in clear, understandable terms, ensuring I was fully aware of all my options without feeling overwhelmed by jargon or pushy sales tactics (which unfortunately I experienced while visiting other Chevy dealership in Orange County). Tim Connell and Connell’s staff demonstrated a commitment to excellence, making me feel valued and respected as a customer. It was evident that customer satisfaction is their top priority, and they go above and beyond to deliver a seamless and enjoyable car buying experience. I cannot recommend Connell Chevrolet enough to anyone looking for a new vehicle. A huge thank you to Tim Connell, Stephanie Leon and the entire team for making my car buying experience not just convenient, but truly exceptional.

Whatever you do, don?t buy a Chevrolet

I bought my vehicle from this dealership. Overall I?ve been happy with their service until the last couple years. Something changed. We have been complaining about our transmission for at least 2-4 years. Each time, we are just told ? it?s fine, this computerized transmissions just need more time to get into gear?. After our last service and them not helping us pro-rate our tire warranty, I swore I would never go back here. We recently took my vehicle to another dealership for transmission complaints. Said nothing was wrong with it. Two weeks later. Blown transmission. My Suburban has 78k miles on it and I?ve meticulously maintained it. We had it towed here. The service advisor, Mike I think was unfriendly and rude. I?ve dealt with Joe in the past and he was great. Basically told us $7500 for new transmission. There are numerous complaints online about transmission issues but they don?t care because the vehicles are right outside of warranty and they don?t have to pay. GM does not stand by their vehicles and I will never ever ever buy another GM vehicle and you shouldn?t either.

The absolute worst dealership I’ve ever done business

The absolute worst dealership I’ve ever done business with. I’ve purchased over 42 cars for my rental car company and will never buy from Chevrolet ever again because of this dealership. We bought a 21 Corvette LT3 for our company less than a year ago and the vehicle has given us nothing but problems. This franchise is completely unaccountable. Especially the service manager John Calvert. I have already paid for diagnostics on this particular vehicle for the issue this car has been having and the dealership has yet to fix the issue. Yet I’ve bought the car back 3 times now. The second time they didn’t charge me for the issue. Now the car is still having the same issues and they refuse to work on the car because I am unwilling to pay another $222 diagnostic fee for an issue they did not fix. This is unacceptable and I will not be buying from Chevrolet again.
