Brian was amazing and made the car buying experience so easy! He got me exactly what I wanted!


I set-up an appointment online.

I set-up an appointment online. Was there on time. Took a few minutes before anyone acknowledged my arrival; a few more minutes before my assigned service associate came. He was friendly. Dropped off my vehicle Thursday morning. My service associate was responsive to my texts, but wasn’t able to tell me anything really about my vehicle until the service technician got the info to him on FRIDAY. Didn’t receive any sort of status update Saturday. Closed on Sunday. Didn’t hear much Monday (originally I had been told I’d most likely be getting my vehicle back on Monday). Tuesday afternoon my vehicle was ready. I have a warranty on the vehicle, with rental coverage. If I didn’t have the warranty, I would most likely shop around for a better price. Again, everyone I personally dealt with was friendly and helpful. I just wish the service tech had been a bit more available.
