    Sent my 20 year old daughter here to get service work on her Impala. I've always gotten my Chevy's done at a dealer. When she got her estimate they tried... to grossly overcharge her for very basic work. I called and the service advisor when into this double talk to avoid the issue. Called Service Manager and left a voicemail. No call back. Stay far away from this place. The rot goes all the way to the top.

    A great experience. Purchased a new Chevrolet Suburban Premier and it was loaded! Gene at Connell Chevrolet was awesome! Did not need a Sales Manager... to close the deal nor a Finance Manager to sign the deal. Gene did it all! We were a Ford family (purchased an Expedition, 2 Edge's and an Escape in the past seven (7) years), but we have now seen the best of GM and will never go back!

    I bought my first car, a certified preowned Buick 2018 Encore. I did lots of research for months prior to going to the dealership. Gene sold me the car... and did all the financing also. Gene is knowledgeable and professional. I drove away in my new car after 3 hours. I would recommend my friends and family to go to Connell Chevrolet and ask for Gene.

    My dad and I popped in to check out a used truck and ended up driving it home that day. The associates there are very friendly and helpful. Gilbert helped... us through the whole process and got us taken care of.

    My husband and I just purchased the most beautiful truck from Connell Chevrolet and we couldn’t be happier. Tim Connell and staff have set a whole new... bar when it comes to customer service and satisfaction. From stepping onto the car lot to the moment we signed on the dotted line our transaction was smooth and honestly a pleasure, which is not the typical when it’s come to car buying. Tim’s no-nonsense, no-pressure, and leading with knowledge approach had us feeling comfortable from beginning to end!     Purchased a 2017 GMC Yukon Denali in order to get 6.2 liter motor. Suspected an oii leak and Suburban GMC said it would be in excess of a week before... they could inspect, and I was on my own to arrange a rental car - this was after an hour plus of trying to reach the service department. Connell Chevrolet offered an appointment the next day, provided a loaner car, and the problem was resolved.
