J&S Autohaus IIIReviews
J&S Autohaus III review
The car wasn’t exactly what I was looking for, so I decided to pass, but Melvin at JS Autohaus still made the experience worthwhile. He answered all my questions, tracked down the details I wanted, and kept me updated without trying to rush my decision. That kind of straightforward service matters when you’re searching for the right car. If you’re browsing used exotic cars for sale in New Jersey or checking out exotic cars NJ, I’d recommend giving JS Autohaus a look. Melvin was great to work with!
2020 Audi A5 review
Absolutely loved my experience with the Audi A5! The car looks amazing, drives smoothly, and feels incredibly comfortable and refined. Everything from the interior to the performance exceeded my expectations. It was a great choice, and I’d definitely recommend the A5 to anyone looking for something stylish and fun to drive.

Alexandria VW review
We just purchased a 2025 Kia K4 here. The car had an issue and it failed MD inspection. We called the salesman to tell him what happened and he was absolutely useless! However, the Sales Managers (Daniel and Aziz) that worked on our deal stepped in and helped to resolve the issue. I sent them the report that was provided from the Auto Shop that did the inspection. I brought the car back to have their service team look into the matter. Daniel made sure that we had a loaner while they had our car looked for the issue. Their service team look at it and they said nothing was wrong. The service team even went as far as to question the integrity of the place I took the car to get the inspection. Then Aziz sent the car over to the Kia service team and they said nothing was wrong with the car. I thought that was the end of it. I thought I was stuck with the car with an issue because the salesman had said the car is sold as is. However, the car failed inspection again. I took the car to a Kia Dealership in MD and they found the same issue as the place that did the inspection. I called Aziz back and sent him the findings from the Kia Dealership had provided. He told me he'd call me back in 20 mins. He called me back and told me to they would pay for the repair! These two gentlemen handled the situation with professionalism and went above and beyond to assist me and my family and ensure a positive outcome for! They are the reason for the 4 star rating. The salesman is the reason they didn't didn't get 5 stars! Aziz and Daniel, thank you for your professionalism throughout this entire process!

Whenever I reached out with a question or a request for information regarding the vehicles I expressed interest in the staff at this dealership were responsive, never kept me waiting, and they understood when I had to move on. They expressed a willingness to assist me in the future, and I appreciate that level of professionalism.

This is a perfect car for California, especially now in needing to get out to feel free. Nothing is better than driving the coast with the top down. This Quattro is in excellent condition driven by my wife who took great care of the care.

2017 Audi A5 review
the car's condition is very good; I bought it as a new car, and only drive less than 30000 miles, so the car still has its full warranty. This car is very easy and comfortable to drive and operate, even for new drivers. Also, it is good for people who want to drive fast since it has sport mood.

Ed Napleton Honda St. PetersReviews
Ed Napleton Honda St. Peters review
I recently was in the Markey for a 2026 Honda Odyssey for my daughter who lives in STL. I liv win Greensboro, NC and had to do my research online and work with a salesperson in a different time zone. I was initially attracted to Ed Napleton hand by the availability and sales price of the vehicles they had for sale. But it was the care and consideration of their sales associate Allyson that sealed the deal. As we ran into obstacles along the sales journey she cleared then and made the sale one of the easier car purchases I have made. I am pretty familiar with buying cars from outside my area but this purchase was the easiest so far. In fact what was supposed to be the day my daughter and her family were to treat dive a vehicle was the day they picked up the vehicle to take home. What was really impressive was we were able to do all the work that normally takes place in the "box" through Docusign and a phone call. From initial inquiry to final sale(4 days) this was a very pleasant experience and we got a great vehicle at a great price.

Lithia Volkswagen of Des MoinesReviews
Lithia Volkswagen of Des Moines review
I recently needed some service done. After VW Lithia confirmed that my water pump, thermostat, and housing needed to be replaced, they took care of it and even offered to keep my car so they could do the service as soon as they had time, which was appreciated. I have the Certified Pre-Owned warranty on the car and everything was taking care of in a professional and expedited manner without cost to me. A special thanks to Emrah Tabakovic who was extremely helpful, kept me up to date as much as possible and provided care free transportation for me, all the way to Pella. The next day Emrah also provided transportation back to Lithia when my car services was completed. As icing on the cake I received a simple but attentive "complementary car wash". I also really appreciated that the sales person I bought the car through came over to me to make sure all was well and I was being taken care of, Sejad Dubinovic was that sales person and I appreciate his personal approach very much. Cars can, and will be, expensive and, sometimes, a pain to deal with. Lithia Volkswagen has been very helpful, knowledgeable and willing to help me whenever I needed them and I recommend Sejad and Emran for their openness, honesty and customer service.

Truly felt he genuinely cared that I got exactly what I wanted. Very quick to respond to all my questions. This Quattro drives better than any car I've owned. I had the Audi A3 (2015) convertible, this Audi A5 convertible was an upgrade and I'm completely in love with it. The all-wheel drive is amazing, the handling is tight and precision, the back seats are much more roomier than the A3, my kids love it. All-around incredible vehicle.

MIRACLE BUICK GMC OF KUTZTOWN review
Showed up at the dealership from 2 hours away without calling first. Luckily the car was still there. Ricky Dietrich was incredibly helpful and walked us thru the whole process. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Everyone at the dealership was great but he stood out seeming like he genuinely cared about what we needed rather than just getting a sale. I highly recommend them to anyone and have already sent in 2 customers in the past 6 months who were also treated great.

This is a great car, fun to drive, great in the snow and even better in the sun with the top down! Would love to keep it, but as the world has changed with Covid we find it more responsible to part with it at this time. When conditions improve, we would buy it again (it was our 2nd Audi convertible, looking forward to our third!).

Audi Chandler review
Stephanie went above and beyond to help me out and is their new GM. I have been buying cars their for the last 10 years and have had nothing but exceptional service. Stephanie is professional and a sweetheart but most of all looked for my needs on issues I was having and facing. Their whole staff is amazing and helpful like Phil (service manager) Aldo (customer care and service dept) and Ray Holguin their Financial services consultant! If you want to go buy or lease a car please go see David Miller and there's only one word to describe him? Awesome!!!!!! TY everyone at Audi Chandler and the Penske Team. :)

Super knowledgeable and easy smooth process. We went in on a weekend and we drove out with a new vehicle. We love our new Chevrolet equinox.
2013 Audi A5 review
This is our first Audi and we fell in love with the brand. Audis just drive better than other cars. This is a great handling car, and very comfortable for how low it sits. The only down side is how much parts and labor cost on these cars. $500 to replace a headlight bulb. Interior quality is far above most cars and the styling is so beautiful. Bottom line is that it costs to be cool. We have had very few issues with our Audi and will probably own another someday.

Stevens Creek MazdaReviews
Stevens Creek Mazda review
From start to finish, this was hands down the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. Sepesi, my salesperson, and Bomdad, the sales manager, truly went above and beyond in every sense of the phrase. Their professionalism, transparency, and genuine care made what could have been a stressful, risky process feel seamless and effortless. Coordinating the purchase and shipping of a vehicle across the country is no small task, yet they handled every detail with precision and constant communication, ensuring I was comfortable and informed at every step. Jesus, the finance manager, was equally outstanding—efficient, respectful of my time, and laser-focused on getting the deal done quickly and correctly. No pressure, no wasted time, just professionalism and follow-through. The entire team took customer service to another level. I was never left guessing, never felt rushed, and always felt that my satisfaction was their top priority. Their willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference and completely changed my perception of buying a car out of state. If you’re considering Stevens Creek Mazda, do it with confidence. Sepesi, Bomdad, and the entire team have earned my highest recommendation. Absolutely exceptional experience! Kudos to the team and going above and beyond for a customer they never got to meet face to face. This is what true customer satisfaction is all about. We cant thank you enough!

I love the car. It is sporty, response, quiet, comfortable to drive. It has been a great car. I have used it to travel from SoCal to Nevada and Utah. I am able to use my hands free and the sound is so clear.

Volkswagen Of Fort MyersReviews
Volkswagen Of Fort Myers review
I have never had such an amazing experience in my life. We went to the dealer just to look at 2 different styles of VW's, we had to purchase a car within the next few weeks so we had just started looking. NO we were not excited about having to purchase a new vehicle, the plan was to check them out and narrow it down to which we would be interested in. Well let me say this, Hunter is amazing. He came out and we talked, told him our intentions and the things we were looking for price, mileage, and different features. Long story short he met all our requirements and came in 6,000 less then our max and it was not one of the cars we initially set out to see. There were plenty of cars that would have topped us out and of course I am sure put more money into his pocket but that was not his strategy. We sat down with the finance dept who's name is Chris and again I was blown away by the communication and the honesty. Hunter not only showed us the vehicle but he pointed out all the features and also gave us some history about VW and the manufacturing of their vehicles. Needless to say thanks to both of them we left with a vehicle. We could not be happier with our purchase and am so thankful to Hunter and Chris for making the experience painless and fun. There is no doubt if we ever need another vehicle, I absolutely will return there and nowhere else.

2021 a5 PREM Plus; B&O 7th audi I've owned & they just keep getting better. Not a fan of the tap every time screen I want to do something feature which is fairly new. This one could be a keeper! The stereo is very high quality & handling rocks, quick & nimble. Sport suspension is a personal choice, always order it. Stiffer but smooth. Car is quite. Sport seats heated, heated mirrors, heated steering wheel. Need I say more?

David McDavid Honda IrvingReviews
David McDavid Honda Irving review
After having another Honda dealership offer a big discount and then try to severely lowball us on the trade in, I reached out to McDavid Honda Irving and explained the situation. Nate our sales guy was great throughout the whole process, he made it fast, easy and respectful. He was able to match the discounts and provide a fair trade in value for our old Honda. After buying 3 Hondas at the previous dealership we now have a new go to dealership. It was well worth the extra drive time.
2017 Audi A5 review
This is a great convertible. It is fast, handles amazing, unbelievable sound system. I love how easy it is to put the top up and down even while driving. It could use more cup holders, but I am coming from a mini van...lol. It's such an enjoyable car, and handles better in the rain than our Ford Explore.
