Audi PlanoReviews
Audi Plano review
I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with Audi Plano! From start to finish, the entire process of trading in my vehicle and purchasing a new one was absolutely exceptional. The level of professionalism, customer service, attention to detail, and genuine care that goes into making the car-buying experience seamless is truly impressive. What can sometimes be a stressful and overwhelming process was instead exciting, effortless, and enjoyable. It’s clear that Audi Plano takes pride in creating an experience that goes beyond simply selling vehicles. Their commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction truly sets them apart. I couldn’t be happier with my new vehicle and the entire experience. If you’re looking for a dealership that values its customers, provides exceptional service, and makes the car-buying process a pleasure, I highly recommend Audi Plano! Five stars all around! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
2022 Audi Q5 review
Bought mine in 2025 with rather low miles on it (offerred by dealership as a CPO with 18 months left). It feels luxurious inside and is pretty quiet. I'd say it was really beautiful but the way the infotainment screed is situated on the dash it sorta looks like it was just stuck there. Still, it works really well and supports CarPlay which works seemlessly. I didn't buy this car to watch movies lol. Back seats are comfy but there is a raised floor channel which seems odd; you definitely would't put a fifth adult in the middle. Still, the rear seat pass-through is cool and accomodates my skis. With read seats flipped down the total cargo space is acceptable but by no means best in class. I'm no speed demon so the 2.0 turbo is plenty for me considering the weight of the car. It handles well but it's not an Ultimate Driving Machine experience. . Mostly I'm impressed with ride quality and interior cabin sound level. The stock stereo is so-so and I tried the upgraded B&O system and it wasn't remarkable either. I am impressed with highway fuel economy near 35mpg. I did not purchase addtl maintenace and strongly recommend you change fluids waaay more often than mfr's specifications.

Audi Mohegan LakeReviews
Audi Mohegan Lake review
Everyone was courteous and professional in demeanor. Waiting area is comfortable and coffee & snacks are yummy. Unfortunate that Mohegan Lake Audi doesn’t have a viewing gallery or some manner where customers may observe their vehicle being worked on. My only criticism is the high cost. Because my Q5 is a complex beast, we are reluctant to entrust it to anyone but a certified Audi dealer. And we tend to hold on to our vehicles for the long haul. Please help me truly believe that the extra cost is justified. You need to communicate to me that the Audi technicians hold special skills, which will keep my Audi Q5 purring for the next ten years. Thanks Stuart Elefant 347-952-5834

We were interested in a vehicle at CarMax about 275 miles from where we live. We paid to have the car delivered to the location near us. There was nothing specific that the CarMax dealer did other than be sure the car was moved as quickly as possible. We did not visit the location where the car was being offered and the car was not delivered to our home.

It is a shame that Mercedes-Benz dropped the E-Class. It was made in Germany and is such a nice car. The CLE is not as nice. My convertible is such a wonderful car.

My review is based soley on the General Manager. She told me she would do something, and followed through regardless of the mfg's 'gymnastics'. Her word is gold! That is old school customer service. Well done T.

Fast and efficient. Excellent communication throughout the diagnostic and repair process. Friendly and caring staff. This is enough and twenty five words should not be required to complete this survey.

Audi Colorado Springs review
I accidentally showed up a day early and they didn?t bat an eyelash. Took my car for its 40,000 mile checkup and while it took a little longer than it usually does, I am so grateful I didn?t have to drive over half an hour home and the back the next day. I was very comfortable doing work in their waiting area. They make it a pleasure.

Jerry Hunt SupercenterReviews
Jerry Hunt Supercenter review
my wife and I were looking for an MDX, had been looking several weeks, when we recently stopped by Jerry Hunt Auto...we were assigned to salesman, Axel Camargo, who was friendly, polite, helpful, and knowledgeable about the car we desired. He found nothing that day, suggested close alternatives, etc. but we chose to wait. Axel continued the hunt for what we wanted, which showed up on Cars.com and was at Jerry Hunt's. Alex was called by us, showed us that car, not pushy, though, and we made the purchase. He followed up with us a few days later, which was nice of him. Zack, who did the paperwork, was also very polite, and thorough...would recommend Jerry Hunt Auto...ps, and ask for Axel
