Serra of JacksonReviews
Serra of Jackson review
Great place to buy a vehicle, I found the deal on a vehicle I wanted online, sent a inquiry to make sure it was still available, Mark Talkington replied that it was, after a couple of emails verifying the deal I was looking for I went to the dealership, got there the vehicle was already pulled to the front waiting for me went on a test drive including the highway which allowed me to see how it handled while Mark went over some of the features of the vehicle, when we got back Mark asked if I thought the vehicle was right for me, we went in and started the paperwork, the whole process from pulling on the lot to driving away in my new vehicle was about 2 hours, Mark Talkington and Johnathan Cox made the whole process as smooth and easy as possible never any pressure to buy anything extra (yes they did offer extras and add ons, that is part of their job) overall a great buying experience and was well worth the drive to Jackson, when I need another vehicle Serra will be at the top of my list of places to look!

2019 Audi Q7 review
I can’t tell you how much I love this car. Drives like a dream compared to my Cadillac Escalade. Handles well with plenty of acceleration. Nice clean designed exterior and well appointed interior. Only flaw are the drink holders and the lack of remote start since it is German.

Audi Morton Grove review
We had been searching causally for a few months for a plug in hybrid suv. We had toured a bunch of different brands and nothing felt right. We made an appt to see one at this dealership and we’re blown away. The team gave us our most in depth tour (over 2 hours ), helped us navigate finances and find the perfect vehicle. We loved working with Wesley and Jazmin. We’re based in the city, but found the dealership so easy to get to. As young professionals, this was our first big car purchase and know it won’t be out last with this team.

2021 Audi Q7 review
I really like it. I have the Prestige package. Some disappointments however. When turning from a slow speed or stop there is often a lag or bucking. So I need to be careful especially when pulling into traffic. It is annoying for 85k vehicle. Also had it with my 2018. Figured it would be fixed by now. Common Audi issue I have read. Limited interior storage space. Voice navigation command is iffy so I use Waze. MPG is less than my 18 model. Same 3.0. It gets better in Dynamic mode. Otherwise I love driving it. Style is nice and gets a lot of comments. Interior comfort is fine with a nice sense of control. I think I would buy another one but not if they don't fix the lag. I feel it could be a safety negative. Electronics are abundant. Takes some time to get used to them all. Probably I don't even use them all. I pull out manual off and on and still discovering things after a year. Overall though I really enjoy driving it.

2015 Audi Q7 review
We know repairs can be more expensive but we really like our Audi. I think that’s the key. We don’t leave the house worrying about a failure. A new set of tires was $900🙂. The big shock was a battery replacement, my goodness $750.🙄. It’s solid, pretty and enjoyable ride. The entertainment group is a bit silly but once you get used to it it’s still a pain😊. We enjoy our Audi but costs are higher.

Audi SarasotaReviews
Audi Sarasota review
I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Tom at Audi Sarasota! Over the weekend, I was visiting my dad in Tampa when I came across a Mustang GT online that matched the specs of one I had been searching for back home in Texas. I reached out to Audi Sarasota and had the pleasure of speaking with Tom, who invited my dad and me to come down and take a look at the Mustang. From beginning to end, the entire experience was seamless, transparent, and genuinely enjoyable. There were no surprise dealer add ons or last minute games. The advertised price was the price you paid, plus the normal dealer documentation fee and taxes. That alone was refreshing! Even better, the Mustang was exactly as described online and on Cars.com. The car was mint, clearly well cared for, and there were no unpleasant surprises when we arrived. When it came time for financing, Jake was also amazing to work with. He was extremely transparent throughout the process, helped us secure financing, and handled the additional details needed to register the vehicle out of state in Texas. Everything was explained clearly, and I never felt pressured. Tom went above and beyond even after the sale. Since I needed the Mustang shipped from Florida to Texas, he helped coordinate the transportation and continually checked in to make sure the pickup was scheduled correctly. Once the vehicle was loaded, Tom even sent me pictures of the Mustang and the transport truck and kept me updated throughout the process. That level of communication and follow through made buying a vehicle from another state incredibly easy. What really stood out was how personable everyone was. Tom, Jake and James at Audi Sarasota even gave my dad and I some restaurant recommendations while we were in the area! It felt much more like dealing with people who genuinely wanted us to have a great experience than simply completing another car sale. This was easily one of the most pleasurable vehicle purchases I've had. If you're looking for a vehicle at Audi Sarasota, ask for Tom. Between his communication, transparency, attention to detail, and willingness to help before, during, and after the sale, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you Tom, Jake, James, and the entire Audi Sarasota team! Highly recommended.

Group 1 Kia TomballReviews
Group 1 Kia Tomball review
Xavian was/ is as nice as can be. We knew the make, model, packages, even the VIN, of the car we wanted. He worked diligently and efficiently to get us into our new car. After we drove off the lot, singing his praises, we noticed some chipped paint and adhesive left on the suede of the car. We went back to the dealership, showed him, he took pictures, and escalated it to get fixed. He called the next day for us to drop in whenever we could and he would personally take it to service and wait for it to be repaired. The adhesive is gone and the chipped paint is as good as new. We appreciate him immensely!

The Audi Exchange Highland Park review
Probably one of the best car buying experiences I have had in a long time and my previous experiences at other Audi dealerships was good. Inquired about a car online, set an appointment, test drove it, got a very fair trade-in value and had the best experience at their location you could ask for. It literally is the only place I will buy a car moving forward.

Purchasing a car from out of state can usually be a stressful process, but Andrew B. and the team made it completely seamless! Andrew provided incredible 5-star service - he was exceptionally responsive, quick to answer every question, and ensured everything went smoothly from start to finish. On top of that, their vehicle pricing was remarkably competitive, easily beating out other options I looked at. A fantastic dealership experience all around. Highly recommend working with Andrew!

2021 Audi Q7 review
Excellent vehicle overall. It’s quiet, very good ride and handling with technology galore. The seats are very comfortable and especially with the heated massage option and ventilated for warm weather driving. The climate control system is top notch as is the standard B&O sound system which sounds every bit as good as the top line B&O in our A8L. The interior is spacious but storage is limited so gives you a good reason to de clutter! The third seat is not important to us and goes unused but I sure wouldn’t want to try to sit back there! There is plenty of power with the hybrid 6 and the laser matrix design headlights are nothing short of spectacular! The night vision system is especially useful for remote locations for deer, animals, etc. and in urban driving for pedestrians, cyclists, dogs et al. Some niggles include a weird shift pattern, way too many nanny warnings, a confusing setup for different drivers to store their individual preferences and not be able to do things like leave the vehicle running to get out to do something as simple as run back in the house for something you forgot. All in all, a luxurious SUV with great overall performance yet very economical to operate as gas mileage is good and routine maintenance is minimal. We love our Audi’s and the Q7 is a great addition to our garage.

Dealt with Christopher Paredes for the purchase of our 2025 Audi A4. He was the most helpful representative I ever had the fortune of knowing during the purchasing and follow-on instruction processes. I want to thank him again for all his support.

Audi PensacolaReviews
Audi Pensacola review
Walked into Pensacola Audi having never looked at an Audi before. I always had my heart set on a Mustang GT or Camaro SS. I looked at an S5 and was blown away. Went to the Ford dealer and wasn?t ever assisted by a sales rep. Was on the lot for 30 minutes. Finally went inside just to sit in a GT. It was so basic. Sales rep was condescending and dismissive after I asked a question. Walked out the door. Went to the Chevy dealer, the Camaro was basic. Drove back to the Audi dealer and asked to drive the S5. Fell in love with all the luxury upgrades. Dylan T, was excellent at teaching me about all the features on the car. Very patient, good natured and helpful. Best sales rep I?ve encountered in my lifetime. The dealership was impeccably clean and all employees were friendly and helpful. The purchase went smoothly, the delivery was top notch. I am beyond impressed and would recommend this brand and dealership to anyone who has never ventured away from an American Brand. You?ll be totally blown away.

Fishers ImportsReviews
Fishers Imports review
recently purchased my dream car from this dealership, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! From the moment I walked in, the sales team was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and not at all pushy. They took the time to answer all my questions, explained every detail about the vehicle, and even let me take it for an extended test drive. The selection on the lot was impressive, and they worked with me to find the perfect fit within my budget. The financing process was smooth and transparent — no hidden fees or surprises. Their service department also seems top-notch; I felt confident knowing my new car was thoroughly inspected and detailed before delivery. If you’re in the market for a new or pre-owned vehicle, do yourself a favor and visit this dealership. Professional, honest, and customer-focused — exactly what car buying should be! I’ll definitely be back for my next vehicle. Thank you to the whole team! 🚗💨

Working with Daniel and Cassie at Genesis of Minneapolis was an absolute pleasure. This was my first time purchasing a car from a non local dealer and the Minneapolis team made it a breeze. Five stars out of five. I will definitely recommend anyone asking to give this Genesis dealer their business.

Even though I bought the car as is I started hearing something from the back wheels so I gave them a call. Thet told me no problem just bring it over and they wll take a look. Their mechanic checked it out and thank God it wasnt nothng serious. They got it fixed up in like 30 minutes and I was back on the road. I really appreciate when people take care of you like that, especially after the sale. Much respect to Manny for helping me out!

Had no issues with vehicles performance. In fact I averaged 24 MPG on 62,000 miles driven in the Dallas Fort Worth area. You don't get that with any SUV, but this Q7 did!
