BMW of Orland Park review
Buying a car can be stressful, but Kemal made it actually enjoyable. He was friendly, down-to-earth, and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Excellent customer service, we had a few good laughs and we couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. I will definitely be going back and having him help me with my future cars!

I have the 430i G22 (coupe), sports package, shadowline trim,. It is my daily driver, looks amazing and handles phenomenal. I get comments everyday by random people saying the car looks amazing. I have the Brooklyn Gray with the red interior which I believe is the best color combo.

Michaels Autos review
I had an AMAZING experience with this dealership\! From the moment I walked in, Rich and the entire staff went above and beyond to help me get into a vehicle. They truly worked with me, listened to my situation, and did everything they could to make it happen\. Rich was absolutely incredible—patient, professional, helpful, and genuinely cared about getting me into the right vehicle\. I never felt pressured or like I was just another sale\. The entire staff made me feel welcomed, comfortable, and supported throughout the whole process\. Buying a vehicle can be stressful, but they made the experience smooth, exciting, and honestly better than I could have expected\. I walked out extremely happy and grateful for everything they did for me\. If you’re looking for a dealership that will actually WORK WITH YOU and treat you with respect, definitely come here and ASK FOR RICH\! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I highly recommend them and would absolutely do business with them again\!

AutowiseReviews
Autowise review
Tracy in sales was extremely helpful and worked hard to get us the highest amount possible for our trade‑in. She stays busy, and it’s clear why — Autowise doesn’t overload the dealership with salespeople competing for commissions or monthly quotas like most places, which keeps the pressure low and the prices fair. We purchased an excellent vehicle for thousands less than the current average new‑car price of around $54,000, and the car we bought is in truly great condition. I appreciated that they put the vehicle’s full history and service records right on the table so you know exactly where it’s been and how it’s been maintained. There were no surprise add‑ons or high‑pressure upsells at the end of the deal, and if you need financing, they’ll help you find the best option. Based on our experience — and the fact that this is the second vehicle we’ve purchased from Autowise — it’s very likely our next one will come from them as well.

If you’re not looking to be served champagne and want a simplified buying experience this is the place to go! The no haggle pricing takes some of the anxiety out of the car buying experience, and if you cross check the vehicle on cars.com it will directly tell you if you’re getting a good deal or great deal or fair deal. We purchased a Porsche Cayenne from them and Dan and Brian were awesome! Thank you!!

Pacific BMWReviews
Pacific BMW review
I had an amazing car-buying experience at Pacific BMW thanks to Bob and James. From the moment I walked into the dealership, both of them went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. Bob was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and patient as we looked at different options. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I found the perfect vehicle without ever making me feel pressured or rushed. James was equally phenomenal, handling the logistics and communication flawlessly. His professionalism, transparency, and friendly attitude turned what is usually a stressful process into an absolute breeze. Even after the sale, his communication has been excellent. If you are looking for a seamless, honest, and top-tier experience at Pacific BMW, I highly recommend asking for Bob and James. They are absolute professionals who truly care about their customers!

Affinity Auto SalesReviews
Affinity Auto Sales review
Quality Inventory here! Went to several used car lots and Affinity had the best vehicles by far. Sales manager and our salesman Milton were great in finding us a great interest rate to help keep our payments down. Only disappointment is purchase price was $500 more than we discussed to close deal and Doc fees were more than usual. Recommended but be sure to confirm pricing at signing.
2024 BMW 430 review
Recently purchased a 2024 4 series convertible. Love the way it looks and drives. ‘Ordered the car with the assumption that it had the cruise control and lane as dust that I was used to in my other vehicles. This car does not come standard with a front facing camera. Also does not come standard with the cruise that is what I call “radar” cruise. Just putting it out there for anyone shopping. I do love the car.

Good communication. Several responses. Tried to negotiate on the price. Thought they were a little high. But they remained firm on the price. My online research suggested they were high. So I did not buy the car.
2017 BMW 430 review
Absolutely stunning convertible with a sleek design. Runs very smoothly. Of course not as roomy as the X5 I had but, this car is so much fun!!! BMW, don't get rid of the hard top convertibles!

CarMax Orlando review
Exceptional service from start to finish! I was greeted warmly as soon as I walked in. Having completed my pre-application online, I was paired with Jadeil V., who was fantastic. He walked me through every detail, explained the process clearly, and was backed by a great team. The entire experience was smooth, efficient, and completely stress-free. I left with my new vehicle in no time. I highly recommend them to anyone!
2020 BMW 430 review
Bought 2020 430i xdrive Gran Coupe six months ago. First of all the car performs nicely but if it's performance you're looking for look elsewhere. This car is a large, luxurious, roomy and very capable driving machine. Trunk on the Gran Coupe is enormous. The power tailgate is a nice touch. Seats are firm and infinity adjustable. Wood and aluminum trim is lovely. Car is versatile meaning you can drive it as a cruiser or put it into Sport plus model and use the paddle shifters to the full effect. Car goes 0 to 60 in 5.6 secs and top speed is 155, adequate for most of your driving needs. Car feels very solid on the highway and safety features assure a safe ride. I highly recommend this car. If it's performance your looking for pony up for the M version which also has stiffer ride and uses more fuel. This is my 11th BMW and over the years I've come to trust and enjoy the marque.

Hawthorne Motors ExpressReviews
Hawthorne Motors Express review
I had an amazing experience at Hawthorne Motors Express! I bought my Lexus from them, and they had the lowest-mileage one I could find anywhere at a great price. They really worked with me despite my bad credit and made the whole process much easier than I expected. Sara was beyond helpful with all of the paperwork and made everything simple and stress-free. They even connected me with an insurance agent who was able to get me insured when several other companies had turned me down. Mike took me on the test drive and was extremely knowledgeable. He answered every question I had and never made me feel pressured. The entire team was friendly, honest, and genuinely wanted to help me get into the right car. Overall, this was a true 5-star experience. I would give them more stars if I could! I highly recommend Hawthorne Motors Express to anyone looking for a quality vehicle, great prices, and outstanding customer service. I'll definitely be recommending them to my friends and family! Make sure to ask for Sara she is awesome
2017 BMW 430 review
I purchased my 2017 in 2020. It’s Upgraded wheel package really does wonders for its look/stance. Not a single problem after 3 years and no records of any previous problems. Looks, drives and feels brand new. Everyone loves it. It handle’s fantastic, very smooth ride and nothing but basic maintenance (I’m a little OCD on vehicle maintenance anyway, it pays off). I don’t drive it like a 16 yr old might. I take care of it. I don’t drive it hard. The worst of these that I’ve seen are from owners that rag them out. A good inspection, up on a lift, exposes a lot. You treat it well, it will do the same for you. Before buying I did my homework with Carfax info, maintenance history, previous vehicle location, called prior servicing dealership listed on Carfax and it’s surprising what they can tell you about a car they maintained, dealership gains nothing by misguiding me bc it wasn’t being sold by them. They just confirmed the facts from their service records which was even more than Carfax had actually. Also found a BMW mechanic that I paid $100 to check it out, front to back, before buying it and he had nothing but good to say about it. He did said “I’d grab this one”. I don’t know if I will ever be able to let it go. Did have a BMW recall, went to dealership and out in 1 hour, n/c and they also did a complimentary full check up. They didn’t find anything wrong and asked if I wanted to sell it. That was a big NO. I have neighbors keeping an eye on it, waiting to hear that I’m trading it in so they can buy it. Love it.

Volvo Cars of NaplesReviews
Volvo Cars of Naples review
I recently wrote a review giving this dealer a bad rating .I was mistaken assuming my trade in was lowballed. Apparently my trade in did go to auction and I did receive a fair price . I assumed it was sold at the dealership for $9000 more than my price they offered me . I was worried someone was going to purchase the trade in and have engine issues. Naples Volvo did send it to auction. With that misunderstanding resolved I can say my salesman Patsie and the sales managers were extremely professional and easy to work with. I bought a great used Volvo and couldn’t be happier. You won’t regret purchasing a vehicle from Naples Volvo.

Christian was very helpful and answered all of my questions about the vehicle and even helped answer questions regarding my insurance.
2019 BMW 430 review
This is my third BMW and I was originally looking to get an M2 convertible, but saw and fell in love with this 4 Series Coupe. Black on back, manual, it is fast and fun to drive. It has the M package, so while not a true “M”, it handles like one with lower insurance and better gas mileage. In fact, I had a guy in front of me today slow down to give me a thumbs up for the car. The only thing I would change is the wireless charger in the center console. For some reason BMW made it so that any large device would not fit in it. I have an iPhone 8 Plus and it’s just too big to fit. Not sure what BMW was thinking for this $500 addition. I would rather have the storage space at this point.
