BMW of Orland Park review
Buying a car can be stressful, but Kemal made it actually enjoyable. He was friendly, down-to-earth, and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Excellent customer service, we had a few good laughs and we couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. I will definitely be going back and having him help me with my future cars!

2022 BMW 430 review
I have the 430i G22 (coupe), sports package, shadowline trim,. It is my daily driver, looks amazing and handles phenomenal. I get comments everyday by random people saying the car looks amazing. I have the Brooklyn Gray with the red interior which I believe is the best color combo.

Keith is truly exceptional! He was consistently available, providing updates seven days a week, making the entire car-buying process seamless. The financing options were straightforward, and I found the experience remarkably professional. Having purchased more than six cars over the years, I can confidently say I'll never consider another dealership as long as this team is around!

I have a sunset orange metallic convertible with cognac interior and a black top. Very sporty. Get a lot of compliments. Zippy. Love the combination as I ordered it from the factory. A little tight on the inside but manageable.

Bridgewater KIAReviews
Bridgewater KIA review
This was my first car purchase, and I was a bit nervous going in, but Mr. Hunter Brito, the sales representative, made the whole experience surprisingly smooth. He took the time to walk me through all the features during the test drive and explained the purchase options in a way that was easy to understand—no rushing, no pressure. I purchased my car at a great price, and the negotiation went easy and smooth, which I really appreciated. I also like that the Kia Bridgewater dealership offers a solid warranty program, which gave me extra peace of mind. Thanks to Hunter, what I thought would be stressful turned out to be a clear and comfortable process.
2024 BMW 430 review
Recently purchased a 2024 4 series convertible. Love the way it looks and drives. ‘Ordered the car with the assumption that it had the cruise control and lane as dust that I was used to in my other vehicles. This car does not come standard with a front facing camera. Also does not come standard with the cruise that is what I call “radar” cruise. Just putting it out there for anyone shopping. I do love the car.

Fletcher Jones Motorcars review
Great service, very warm yet professional . Already thinking of purchasing another car for my girlfriend
2020 BMW 430 review
Bought 2020 430i xdrive Gran Coupe six months ago. First of all the car performs nicely but if it's performance you're looking for look elsewhere. This car is a large, luxurious, roomy and very capable driving machine. Trunk on the Gran Coupe is enormous. The power tailgate is a nice touch. Seats are firm and infinity adjustable. Wood and aluminum trim is lovely. Car is versatile meaning you can drive it as a cruiser or put it into Sport plus model and use the paddle shifters to the full effect. Car goes 0 to 60 in 5.6 secs and top speed is 155, adequate for most of your driving needs. Car feels very solid on the highway and safety features assure a safe ride. I highly recommend this car. If it's performance your looking for pony up for the M version which also has stiffer ride and uses more fuel. This is my 11th BMW and over the years I've come to trust and enjoy the marque.

Great group of people , in the sales office and service department. Whether leasing or buying , both my vehicle acquisitions were pleasant and timely . Ask for Armando in sales , he and Gsm Zac will see that you get a fair deal . Just a breath of fresh air in an industry filled with unpleasant shenanigans and unscrupulous characters, you won’t find any of that garbage at Naples Acura. Go check them out . Great cars great people . Thanks again, Pete & Andrea Polanco

Kunes Buick GMC of GreenfieldReviews
Kunes Buick GMC of Greenfield review
2026 ENViSTA PREFERRED … love my new car .. it has power… hear me roar… And the radio/speakers are my “lift me up” When UR ready for that new or used car purchase, Antonio DeLeon is UR man! He is not one of those high pressure sales people and he really cares about YOUR needs. He will bend over backwards to get you the best price! He had to wait a couple of weeks for me to work out the money end on my deal with no pressure from him. The whole “Team” is there to help make UR dream come true, from the Sales Mgr, Aveev, quoting UR trade-in and also approving the deals and the Business Finance Mgr, Justin, who has to wave his magic wand over the loan or cash deals. Antonio continues to amaze me by coming up with ideas to help me save money after the sale ( as I have run into a bit of bad luck recently). Best Dealership I have ever worked with! The “Team” is ALWAYS friendly when I need to return to the dealership for whatever reason. Go to Kunes Buick GMC, Greenfield. You won’t be sorry! Ask for Antonio… He’s UR man! PS: I dare U to fit 1 more car on that lot!

I wish I could give this dealership 10 stars! Our sales lady Melissa and also Mike made the buying process so easy and smooth. They got everything completed online for us. Charlie in finance was also the most amazing finance person we have ever worked with buying a car, he stayed in constant communication and answered any questions we had. Melissa even went out of her way to personally deliver our new car to us over 2 hours away. I will recommend this dealership to all my friends and family they gained a life long customer. Thank you to everyone there!

2017 BMW 430 review
I purchased my 2017 in 2020. It’s Upgraded wheel package really does wonders for its look/stance. Not a single problem after 3 years and no records of any previous problems. Looks, drives and feels brand new. Everyone loves it. It handle’s fantastic, very smooth ride and nothing but basic maintenance (I’m a little OCD on vehicle maintenance anyway, it pays off). I don’t drive it like a 16 yr old might. I take care of it. I don’t drive it hard. The worst of these that I’ve seen are from owners that rag them out. A good inspection, up on a lift, exposes a lot. You treat it well, it will do the same for you. Before buying I did my homework with Carfax info, maintenance history, previous vehicle location, called prior servicing dealership listed on Carfax and it’s surprising what they can tell you about a car they maintained, dealership gains nothing by misguiding me bc it wasn’t being sold by them. They just confirmed the facts from their service records which was even more than Carfax had actually. Also found a BMW mechanic that I paid $100 to check it out, front to back, before buying it and he had nothing but good to say about it. He did said “I’d grab this one”. I don’t know if I will ever be able to let it go. Did have a BMW recall, went to dealership and out in 1 hour, n/c and they also did a complimentary full check up. They didn’t find anything wrong and asked if I wanted to sell it. That was a big NO. I have neighbors keeping an eye on it, waiting to hear that I’m trading it in so they can buy it. Love it.

Coral Springs Buick GMCReviews
Coral Springs Buick GMC review
I have been visiting the Coral Springs Buick GMC since 2016, and what keeps me coming back is the excellence in customer service. For a while, I debated whether to purchase another vehicle. However, when I recently decided, the sales staff (Pierre Jean-Baptiste) and his supervisor (Kevon Logie) went above and beyond to ensure I received the vehicle I desired, helped me problem-solve when there was a delay with the bank payment, verified the rebate through ID.me, etc. For me, it was the level of patience, care, and understanding that made me leave with a purchase, of course, and reminded me of the experience and feelings of when I purchased my very first GMC. For context, it took me almost an entire week to buy the vehicle, not because of their failures, but because I wanted to make sure my son received my current GMC as his first GMC. Costco auto-buying and my bank suggested other dealer locations. Still, I was adamant about going anywhere else but this location, because I always leave feeling like a VIP because of the service. While I am giving out accolades, I definitely want to recognize the service department. I would not keep buying GMC if it were not for its impeccable service. I wish to acknowledge and thank Luis, who has had to put up with my demands, gripes, and frustrations since 2016, but has made sure my vehicle keeps running, even when I drove it from Florida to Virginia. I also want to thank Alex ~ I call him my after our mechanic with sooo much patience and understanding, which helps me all the time before closing with a flat, some diagnostic issue that comes up... I cannot thank Coral Springs Buick GMC enough for embracing me every time I show up as a VIP, and I will forever tell my friends to go there to get their vehicles.

Working with Chris & Alfredo was hands-down the best Truck buying experience I have ever had. I was looking for a new vehicle and absolutely dreading the traditional dealership games, high pressure, and endless paperwork. Chris & Alfredo stepped in and completely took the stress out of the equation truly went above and beyond from day one. Not only did they locate the exact vehicle with every single feature I wanted, but Chris & Alfredo also negotiated an incredible price and handled every ounce of paperwork seamlessly. They were transparent, highly responsive, and always had my best interests at heart. If you want a smooth, stress-free, and professional vehicle purchase, look no further than Chris & Alfredo I will be recommending him to all my family and friends!

BMW of West St. LouisReviews
BMW of West St. Louis review
I had Wendy Osterman as our Client Advisor, I have been buying Dodge vehicles since 1984. This is the first time I stepped away from the Dodge family and purchased my first BMW. We bought the X3 M50, what we have found out that this SUV is awesome and have enjoyed driving it everyone we get into it. Wendy was wonderful to work with, she went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. I had a great buying experience with her and would definitely do it again. If you are in the market for a car or SUV I recommend BMW and the best client advisor I have ever worked with. Please go see them, great dealership and great people. Thank you for the experience.
