Great group of people , in the sales office and service department. Whether leasing or buying , both my vehicle acquisitions were pleasant and timely . Ask for Armando in sales , he and Gsm Zac will see that you get a fair deal . Just a breath of fresh air in an industry filled with unpleasant shenanigans and unscrupulous characters, you won’t find any of that garbage at Naples Acura. Go check them out . Great cars great people . Thanks again, Pete & Andrea Polanco

The salesman John Pacheco was AMAZING and provided excellent customer service. He was knowledgeable and made the experience smooth. I felt at home and I recently lost my mom to cancer and shared that with him he was empathetic and just listened to me speak about her. In the business that he is in human kindness is important and he showed just that.

Julia was amazing I thought we going to spend all day buying a new car but it was just 2 hours. She was so helpful.
2017 BMW 430 review
I purchased my 2017 in 2020. It’s Upgraded wheel package really does wonders for its look/stance. Not a single problem after 3 years and no records of any previous problems. Looks, drives and feels brand new. Everyone loves it. It handle’s fantastic, very smooth ride and nothing but basic maintenance (I’m a little OCD on vehicle maintenance anyway, it pays off). I don’t drive it like a 16 yr old might. I take care of it. I don’t drive it hard. The worst of these that I’ve seen are from owners that rag them out. A good inspection, up on a lift, exposes a lot. You treat it well, it will do the same for you. Before buying I did my homework with Carfax info, maintenance history, previous vehicle location, called prior servicing dealership listed on Carfax and it’s surprising what they can tell you about a car they maintained, dealership gains nothing by misguiding me bc it wasn’t being sold by them. They just confirmed the facts from their service records which was even more than Carfax had actually. Also found a BMW mechanic that I paid $100 to check it out, front to back, before buying it and he had nothing but good to say about it. He did said “I’d grab this one”. I don’t know if I will ever be able to let it go. Did have a BMW recall, went to dealership and out in 1 hour, n/c and they also did a complimentary full check up. They didn’t find anything wrong and asked if I wanted to sell it. That was a big NO. I have neighbors keeping an eye on it, waiting to hear that I’m trading it in so they can buy it. Love it.

Kunes Ford of Antioch review
I can’t say enough good things about Kunes. This is the 4th vehicle I have bought there, and there is an excellent reason for that. They have always worked with me to provide a fair price on new cars or on my trade-ins. But as you know it always boils down to the people that you deal with. Everyone there that I came into contact with were helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Kyle, my salesperson, and Jesse the general manager. I even had a good time with the finance manager Rob, trading motorcycle stories. Just a great place to buy a car!

Coming from a 535i to a 430, I was concerned about the comfort and leg room. The 430 has the room that I need, it's stylish & quicker than you expect a 4 cylinder to be. The tech is also amazing!

2020 BMW 430 review
Bought 2020 430i xdrive Gran Coupe six months ago. First of all the car performs nicely but if it's performance you're looking for look elsewhere. This car is a large, luxurious, roomy and very capable driving machine. Trunk on the Gran Coupe is enormous. The power tailgate is a nice touch. Seats are firm and infinity adjustable. Wood and aluminum trim is lovely. Car is versatile meaning you can drive it as a cruiser or put it into Sport plus model and use the paddle shifters to the full effect. Car goes 0 to 60 in 5.6 secs and top speed is 155, adequate for most of your driving needs. Car feels very solid on the highway and safety features assure a safe ride. I highly recommend this car. If it's performance your looking for pony up for the M version which also has stiffer ride and uses more fuel. This is my 11th BMW and over the years I've come to trust and enjoy the marque.

Lokey Volkswagen review
I've had yet another fine experience getting my car repaired at Lokey VW. It was a complex repair with a frightening YouTube teardown. My service writer, Dan Wagner, who has been looking after my car for years, assured me that it would go as planned without a hitch. And he was right. In fact, it was done sooner than expected. The car was cleaner than when I got dropped it off and ready to go. Thanks Dan and team.

Sunrise Ford review
Working with Chris & Alfredo was hands-down the best Truck buying experience I have ever had. I was looking for a new vehicle and absolutely dreading the traditional dealership games, high pressure, and endless paperwork. Chris & Alfredo stepped in and completely took the stress out of the equation truly went above and beyond from day one. Not only did they locate the exact vehicle with every single feature I wanted, but Chris & Alfredo also negotiated an incredible price and handled every ounce of paperwork seamlessly. Airport Kia review
I would like to thank Airport Kia of Naples Fl. For honoring the warantee on my Kia Sorento;and installing a new engine in my car at no extra cost. As a single mother of three, I don't know what I would have done, but they stepped up big time . I recommend Airport Kia of Naples Over any Dealership. If anyone needs a New or Used car or service on theirs, See Kia First... Believe me; Kia won my Vote.. My next car will come from Kia !!! Sincerely Chelsea Godwin....

Glenn and Kevin were delightful to work with. Most of my interaction was with Glenn. He was engaged and timely with every meaningful update throughout the build process of my car. The dealership honored everything about our agreement from the very beginning. Everyone I met was professional, friendly, and courteous.
2022 BMW 430 review
I have 2009 BMW M6 V10 which I daily drove for about 1 year then bought 2022 BMW 430i Msport with convenience package. Race artic blue exterior and congnac interior color combination is beautiful. My car has 797M wheels which are hard to come by. I truly enjoyed 1 year ownership i drove about 30,000 miles and enjoyed every mile in this excellent daily sports car! I averaged 28 mpg and the car has special technology that you can cruise without gas pedal when you are on flat or downhill road. Literally the car keeps going super cool. This car is technology masterpiece and a car with future technologies. If you are looking for luxury daily good on gas sports car look no further! I've looked at every cars on planet under $60k and 2021+ BMW 430i Msport is the best #1 choice.

Elder Mitsubishi - Killeen review
I have had my new Outlander for almost a month now, I love it so much!! So happy G was there to help me the whole step of the way! It was my first time buying a new car and he answered every question. Danny was also great! He made sure I understood everything I was signing! Loved both their personalities ? Definitely telling family and friends about Elder Mitsubishi in Killeen!

Long distance car shopping can be a hassle but this was easy due to the super people at the dealership. Many emails and instant messaging later, I got my car! A pleasure to do business with. I recommend them to anyone in the area, or outside the area if they have the exact car you want.

Frankman Motor Company, Inc.Reviews
Frankman Motor Company, Inc. review
I recently bought a Ram pickup at Frankman and two days later had an issue arise . You always wonder how you be treated in such a situation. Well , it was a great experience, they took care of the problem and did it in the friendliest of manner. I will definitely be back and would recommend Frankman for buying a vehicle. My sales person Matt was awesome, but everyone I talked to was great ! Great customer service does still exist!

Good people to work with, never felt pressured, they answered all my questions, and I drove away in the truck I wanted. Thanks to Arein and Ryan at the Westfield location, I would buy from them again.
