Pacific BMWReviews
Pacific BMW review
I had an amazing car-buying experience at Pacific BMW thanks to Bob and James. From the moment I walked into the dealership, both of them went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. Bob was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and patient as we looked at different options. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I found the perfect vehicle without ever making me feel pressured or rushed. James was equally phenomenal, handling the logistics and communication flawlessly. His professionalism, transparency, and friendly attitude turned what is usually a stressful process into an absolute breeze. Even after the sale, his communication has been excellent. If you are looking for a seamless, honest, and top-tier experience at Pacific BMW, I highly recommend asking for Bob and James. They are absolute professionals who truly care about their customers!

2017 BMW 540 review
This car does EVERYTHING well. The most complete vehicle I have every driven with amazing power. The best way I can describe it...It is just GOOD. It is a mean sports car when you want it to be but is super luxurious when you are tired of racing around.. Definitely one of the best vehicles you can buy.

BMW of Peabody review
Can’t say enough positive things about my very recent buying experience at BMW Peabody. My sales advisor, Laris Gacanovic was professional, prepared, knowledgeable and worked appropriately to earn my business. Additionally Frank Lopez teamed with Laris to insure a good end result was achieved fitting my financial objectives and it was a win-win. Wrapping up the financial side of my positive transaction included Dan Kimball who was the most technically car astute business/finance person I’ve ever experienced. The vehicle prep/readiness and delivery all happened in under 24 hours and the handoff was completed knowledgeably by Chris Batten. End to end my best car buying experience ever and over my 50 plus car buying years I’ve purchased a lot of vehicles. Thanks Laris and the entire BMW Peabody Team!
2023 BMW 540 review
I purchased this car used. It had 35,000 miles when I got it. So far, it’s been a delight. It has reasonable power for what it is (a family sedan). Handling is crisp. There are three drive modes, Econo, Comfort and Sport. The Sport Mode is adjustable to fit your preferred driving style. I haven’t owned a BMW since I had a 2003 E46 330. The 540 is considerably larger, but it doesn’t drive like it. Granted, it has less feel in the steering, and the ride is smoother. But it’s still unmistakably a BMW. It’s definitely geared towards the driver. This car is relaxing to drive. A real pleasure.

Tom Bush BMW MINI JacksonvilleReviews
Tom Bush BMW MINI Jacksonville review
Our outstanding service experience at Tom Bush BMW Jacksonville reinforces why we keep our loyalty to BMW. We had exceptional service throughout the entire process, from the moment I met the service clerk at drop off to my initial conversation with the service coordinator, Chad, to Michelle with the loaner car to the video from the service technician, Kat, to all of the follow up texts and conversations with Chad, and finally to the folks who detailed my car. The service department went the extra mile in cleaning the sticky substance that was interfering with the Park button on the center panel, which saved me from having to spend several thousands on a new one. Every single person I interacted with treated me with such kindness. I felt as though each member of the service department had graduated from a hospitality program because they knew how to make the customer happy. I look forward to my next service appointment!

Buying a vehicle can be stressful but DJ makes the whole experience so much easier. He will walk you through everything from start to finish and answer all your questions. He went through all the warranty options and doesn't push the most expensive one. He listens to what you want and will help you find the best option. He genuinely cares about the commitment you're about to make and is honest so if you need a vehicle go see DJ! We have not purchased yet (currently browsing). We do not currently need a third vehicle for a few more months and waiting to see if they get in another Defender.
2019 BMW 540 review
I actually traded a 750i on this car. The 5 is a little smaller, less powerful, and has fewer features. It's also a lot less expensive, it drives better, and in my case it is quieter and has as good of a ride as the 7 did. It comfortably seats 4, 5 can fit, plenty of space in the trunk and it gets excellent mileage for the size of car that it is with a very powerful and smooth engine. I have no complaints. I've had no issues with the car.

2001 BMW 540 review
I have owned many cars in my life and this, dare I say tops the list. From handling to acceleration to comfort. Shifts click in to place and driving is an overall relaxing experience. I kept up with the preventative maintenance and simple repairs and my 540i treated me very well. This car is worth it and leaves you looking back after any trip to the grocery store. It is a fantastic piece of naturally aspirated V8 German engineering.

I only test-drove a vehicle here and I was amazed by the process. Adam was super chill, with no pressure on why I didn’t want the vehicle. I’ll more than likely be back here!

BMW of Austin review
Corey Rutherford is the person to use if purchasing a vehicle. He exemplifies much passion for his job and dedication to his clients. For approximately six months, we had been searching for a particular vehicle with specific features and had spoken with many car salesmen throughout the process. Of the many dealerships we encountered, Corey stayed in touch with us; although, we are out of state, until he found the right car. He is amazing and goes above and beyond to meet all expectations while being courteous and respectful throughout the process. He is FABULOUS!!

Germain BMW South review
I scheduled a standard first year service on my BMW 540i. The ease of making an appointment at the time and day I wanted was satisfying. The dealer offered a loaner car even though the service would be completed in 2 hours. My service agent Daniel Resendes was exceptional! He was very courteous and wanted to do whatever it took to please me. From offering me a beverage while the loaner car was being delivered to me, until he delivered my own car back to me. I was updated by text each time an inspection was performed. When the car was completed Daniel called me to let me know it was ready. Daniel said they would wash my car also. I have to tell you this dealership hand washed the car and my interior was also spotless. It was the best service I ever experienced. I have been an owner of Porches, Mercedes, and Lexus but this service was by far the best.

BMW/MINI of South Miami review
Wasn’t sure if I was going to get another hybrid domestic or move on to highline. The team at BMW of South Miami took the time to show me what I’m h family was getting for the extra money and found a way to make it fit in the budget. Thank you to Jovan for making my kids love the car, they convinced my wife to pick BMW which made me happy!

2022 BMW 540 review
I purchased the 540i xDrive with shadowline package in March 2022. The exterior is absolutely beautiful, The vehicle handles very well. Excellent acceleration. I love the option to be able to switch driving element from economy, comfort or sport. Driver assist works great; even on curves. There’s not much back seat room to move your feet, or if you have big feet, but overall a very comfortable vehicle. I can’t think of any other luxury sedan I’d select over it.

Prestige Motors Pasco review
We just purchased a vehicle last night and we were amazed with the high level of customer service. We worked with Ari and he did a great job. He was very professional and friendly and the entire process was low stress and fast.
2021 BMW 540 review
This is my first new BMW in 10 years. Although a few touches remain the same, the car is mostly a new design. The interior is sumptuous in the cognac color; the light package allows for a change in ambiance and feeling. There are three driving modes that add to the feel of the wheel and car. The new 48 volt electrical system overcomes the stop mode so that I can pull away from a stop with smooth ease. The engine is a power house with a smooth and potent turbo. I added the larger brakes with the red calipers for stopping and looks with the 19" wheels. Very happy with the purchase.
