Circle Buick GMCReviews
Circle Buick GMC review
I would like to thank Kathy and her team at Circle Buick GMC for making my vehicle purchase a great experience. At first, the process was becoming a little discouraging, but Kathy remained patient, positive, and professional throughout the entire experience. She took the time to answer all of my questions, kept me informed every step of the way, and made sure I felt comfortable with the process. Thanks to Kathy and James dedication and excellent customer service, I was able to drive away in the vehicle I wanted, a brand new 2026 GMC Terrain! Her knowledge, honesty, and positive energy truly made a difference. I was originally referred to Kathy at Circle Buick GMC, and after my experience, I will absolutely be recommending her to anyone looking for a vehicle. Thank you again, Kathy and the entire team, for helping make this happen!

Joyce Buick GMCReviews
Joyce Buick GMC review
I had an outstanding experience at Joyce Buick GMC. From the very beginning, the team took the time to truly listen to my needs and wants and worked with me to find a vehicle that fit both what I was looking for and what I could comfortably afford. What I appreciated most was that I never felt pressured or pushed into a truck I didn?t want. They respected what I was looking for, worked with me on my budget, and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. The GMC Sierra 1500 Denali I chose is absolutely perfect, and I couldn?t be happier with my decision. A special thank you goes to Robert, who went above and beyond to help me get the exact truck I wanted. His patience, professionalism, and willingness to do everything he could to make it happen really stood out. He made me feel like my needs mattered, not like I was just another sale. I also had the pleasure of speaking with General Manager Jim and Sales Manager Igor, and both were an absolute delight to talk to. Their friendliness, professionalism, and genuine interest in making sure I had a great experience only reinforced how impressed I was with the entire dealership. I will gladly recommend Joyce Buick GMC to everyone I know ? friends, family, and even strangers! If you?re looking for a vehicle and want to work with someone who truly cares about getting you into the right one, go to Joyce Buick GMC and ask for Robert. You won?t be disappointed!

The salesman John Pacheco was AMAZING and provided excellent customer service. He was knowledgeable and made the experience smooth. I felt at home and I recently lost my mom to cancer and shared that with him he was empathetic and just listened to me speak about her. In the business that he is in human kindness is important and he showed just that.

Hatchett Buick GMCReviews
Hatchett Buick GMC review
Salesman was great, during the buying process. Helped me to lock in a lower intrust rate and explained things very well. However, after the buying process was over he became incredibly pushy, he was aware that I had an appointment to get too but he refused to get out of my new vehicle until I called and set up onstar. He explained to me that I had to set up onstar within 2 days of having the vehicle or else it would shut down, I explained to him I would get it set up AFTER my appt; but needed to get going. He ended up hitting the on call button in the vehicle and wouldn’t get out until it was done. Onstar ended up not answering so I was able to eventually leave the lot. Overall it was a great experience, but I just felt like towards the end he was pushy and not willing to listen. I had to go back to the dealership a few days later to obtain a 60 day tag as my current tag was set to expire & I still did/do not have title paperwork to tag the new vehicle. At first he was not going to give me one and stated “I’ll tell you what you have to do young lady.” Thankfully I had another individual there who was able to talk the salesman/department into giving a 60 day tag since my tag was going to expire. Overall good experience, but just wish salesman would listen to their customers instead of writing them off.

Kunes Buick GMC of Stoughton review
I have bought several vehicles from Kunes Stoughton. Each experience keeps getting better and better. Everyone in the store is friendly, never pushy or all about the sale. They treat you like they’ve known you forever! Just traded in my vehicle for a new one and it was the best experience yet. Thank you to everyone at Kunes!

2024 Buick Encore GX review
My wife and I are very pleased with our 2024 Encore GX purchased used w/ only 2500 mi on the clock. The Encore GX is one of the current Buick lineup of 3 small SUVs for about $25k; I suspect these hidden gems are unknown to many Americans. Unfortunately Buick's focus on China has resulted in the Buick brand being all but forgotten in the US. The NHTSA has given a ***** Overall Safety Rating to the 2024 GX. I have one negative with the Encore -- I'm 6'-1" and the Encore is small for me. Some call the cabin "surprisingly roomy" for a sub-compact suv. Truth be said IT'S JUST SMALL. Likes * 1.2L Turbo engine surprisingly strong in city driving * Entry-level luxury at a moderate price * Fun to drive (some call it boring) * Lots and lots and ... of safety features * Excellent mileage (30+ mpg) for an ICE SUV * Sits up high (as a SUV should!) due to 18" wheels * Quiet cabin due to Buick's QuietTuning technology * Heated seats, steering wheel, outside mirrors * Physical buttons/knobs for radio, climate controls -great * Power hatch/liftgate w/ kick plate - very handy * Traction & Stability control Dislikes * 1.2L Turbo engine is somewhat challenged on the highway * Design same-same as every other small SUV on the road * Digital Speedo and NO Tach; I prefer the real thing * Seats are narrow, hard and uncomfortable on long trips * Road noise is worse than expected for a Buick * Small cargo area w/o rear seat backs down * Insufficient legroom in back seats * Insufficient rear headroom for tall persons * AM/FM/Satellite radio difficult to program * VERY sensitive brakes and accelerator

Van Chevrolet review
As always, my experience at Van GMC was absolutely outstanding. From the time I stepped on the property everyone was helpful and pleasant. Mike Nations took the time to help us find the vehicle we were looking for and then helped us set up the MyGMC app and all the other apps and electronics. The sale process was quick and easy. All of this is why I wouldn't go anywhere other than Van GMC. Matt Ceretta sure has a great staff and operation. Thanks, we will be back!!!!

2024 Buick Encore GX review
It is a great entry-level Buick. Longer than its old self. Handles great. I would like a little better of an interior. I would recommend this car over the old one.

Lambert Buick GMCReviews
Lambert Buick GMC review
Pleasant experience. I was with her, but my 18 year old daughter was actually doing the buying. The salesman "Will" treated her like any older customer, asking what she was looking for and listening to her. He did take the time to explain to her things about financing that most 18 year old people would not know. I was glad to see them talking to her and not to me (Dad). They were able to get her financing for here very nice, pre-owned car. The interest rated of course was a bit high, but I told her to build her credit for another year or so and refinance for a better rate. Unlike some other dealers, I was able to negotiate a bit on price, but it was the best price within 200 miles on that vehicle. I drove almost 2 hours to get there, but felt it was well worth it. I'd recommend them to my friends.
