As an experienced car buyer, I recognized every sales tactic that Daniel employed to get me to the bottom line. He didn't push too hard and figured out quickly how far to push. Making a deal and sticking to it, even though we ultimately went with outside financing, was very important to us.
Great service! I had an appt scheduled for oil change & tire rotation but in mean time I had another appt come up & didnt want to cancel. I spoke with service tech about having another appt & ask if it was possible to be finished in a short time so I could make the other appt....not only did they complete both jobs but had me out the door in 30 minutes!!! Great customer service!!! Definitely recommend Classic Chevrolet for all your auto needs!!!
John made the normally aggravating auto buying experience enjoyable. He was not pushy but allow us to go at our pace. He took the time to explain all of the features of the vehicle and answered all of our questions. Would recommend John to everyone.

I want to thank Jay for the awesome work. This process was very short and well worth the time. Thanks for everything and Happy Holidays. I would recommend this car dealership and Jay to all my friends.
So the first salesman I delt with was atrocious, betsy. She had an appointment with another family which I understood but just left me and my hectic family sitting and feeling very ignored. Then she sold me a car that isnt even the one I test drove because she wasn't listening to me. She was to busy helping the other family. When the car they pulled up wasnt what I was expecting I just broke down and cried. Dusting the manager called the next morning and made it right. Cameron the salesman I delt with the following night was wonderful. Listened and was helpful. It was a frustrating moment to have them bring the liar back up to try and figure out what happened because I really just wanted her out of my face for all of her lies. Thank you Dustin and Cameron. The only thing that would have made it better the next night is if I wasnt so beat from being at work and I wanted the fight I should have given to Ms. Batzbe. If I could recommend the dealership it would have to be with the explicit instruction to only work with Cameron or Dustin.
Highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Todd Campbell/Trent White team at Freeman! I was treated with respect and I told them what I was looking for and they helped me find it. This duo is focused on putting me in the right vehicle to meet my needs and taking the time to do so. I purchased a 2016 Rav4 and I love it!!
Received excellent service, clear definition of work and estimate of cost for the services agreed upon. Called for pick up much sooner than expected. Will continue using maintenance service at this dealership.
