Sales man was very good explain everything about the sportage we had a test ride loved the car sales man Tim was great
2025 Chrysler Pacifica review
Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

Romeo Chevrolet Buick GMC review
I just bought a car for the second time at Romeo Chevrolet in Kingston. The first time was over 13 years ago. The experience was wonderful, and I had 13 wonderful years with my car. This time was even better, Ethan stayed with me, and personalized the experience, I felt like he totally understood my individual needs and concerns in finding a car. We were able to find a car that fit, and Malik was also patient and understanding, and got me a deal that I could afford. I am happy with the new car. I would recommend Romeo to anyone looking for a car!!!

Very clever stow away seats make it like an enclosed truck. Comfortable. Handles and accelerates better than I expected. We'll see about reliability. I would have liked to get more of the extra cost options.

Ingersoll Auto of Danbury review
I recently purchased a new Chevy Silverado EV Trail Boss from Ingersoll Auto of Danbury, and the experience was excellent. Spencer Hoch was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He made the car-buying experience smooth, straightforward, and completely pressure-free. Spencer took the time to answer all of my questions about the EV and ensured I felt comfortable with my decision every step of the way. I am absolutely thrilled with my new truck and highly recommend asking for Spencer if you want a hassle-free dealership experience!

2020 Chrysler Pacifica review
Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

Very good experience buying a used truck from them. Everything went as planned, took a bit longer to leave the dealership when picking up my truck. I was there for a hour and 45 minutes. Truck was not ready for me to pick it up even though I had a appointment, but overall I would buy from them again

2019 Chrysler Pacifica review
Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

Thruway Nissan review
I recently purchased my second vehicle from Thruway Nissan, and once again, it was an excellent experience from start to finish. My salesperson, Dionis, was professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt confident in my decision. Indira, the finance manager, was equally amazing. She explained everything clearly, made the paperwork process easy to understand, and ensured I was comfortable with every step. Her professionalism and efficiency made a big difference. I also want to mention Erik, who I worked with two years ago when I purchased my first vehicle here. It?s great to see him now as a sales manager. His continued presence speaks to the quality and consistency of the team at Thruway Nissan. This dealership truly values their customers and provides a positive, welcoming environment. That?s exactly why I came back for my second vehicle. I highly recommend Thruway Nissan to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience.

Healey Chrysler Dodge Jeep & RAMReviews
Healey Chrysler Dodge Jeep & RAM review
I haven't bought a car from a dealership in some 30years. I was pleasantly surprise to see how nice and easy Vincent Ross made it for us. There was no pressure to buy. I called my bank and Healey beat their rate. I strongly recommend buying from this dealership instead of individuals , besides the no hassle buying the comfort of getting bumper to bumper, a shop with service garage and a great salesman.
2018 Chrysler Pacifica review
For starters, let me just say that I primarily like the van. It's good looking and the Uconnect system is better than previous iterations. However, what gripes me on a major level is the lack of a shifter. The know thing is ridiculous! There is no way to select a lower gear (other than first) when needing engine braking. Just smoke the heck out of the brakes, I guess... No way to downshift when needing more engine torque. You have to just mash the laggy throttle and wait until the computer decides to allow you to do so. Which leads me to my second major gripe. Who is driving? Me, or some integrated circuit? Well If I go too fast, I get the ticket, not the computer ganglia under the dash. So yeah, IM DRIVING. Let me drive and stop second guessing my every input. Lagging throttle. Delayed gear changes and upshifts into pointless high gears at low speeds. Inability to select a gear range manually. My third gripe is: The stalling! Darn thing just dies every time I stop at a red light or stop sign. Sure I can turn it off, but it turns itself right back on again. (Again, I am the driver. Stop overriding my decisions. ) Who made the deal with some starter manufacturer for that cockamamie crap? Its got to be bad on the starter to have to keep restarting at every stop. Maddening! My last point is in general for ALL automakers... Humans have legs! We need space for them when sitting in back seats! Little humans pointlessly kick things with their spazzy little legs. Maybe add about 12 to 18 more inches (per row of passenger seating) in your design phase for limbs that 99٪ of vehicular occupants posess. Believe me, there is room on the roads for minivans that could be 2 to 3 feet longer. Parents will thank you. Rear seat passengers will thank you. Oh and there's this... " ding, ding, ding, ding,... bing bong, bing bong, ... buzzzzzz.." STOP IT! Every darn thing makes a dinger or bingbonger go off! 2018 Pacifica... Needs: Room for actual humans in back. A real gearshift and MANUAL SHIFTING ability. How about a real manual transmission. With a clutch pedal and 5 speed manual? And the REAR VENT WINDOWS THAT OPEN!!! Kids fart. A lot! We all want the rear vent windows back! Does NOT need: Any more computer garbage trying to override the actual driver. More speeds in some trashy automatic slushbox excuse for a transmission.

Healey Chrysler Dodge Jeep & RAM review
I went to Healey CDJR "just to look" at a 2021 Jeep 4xE. Not only was the vehicle impressive, but the salesman, Paul, was very knowledgable and considerate. They offered me a very fair deal on my trade and were able to beat my own bank's interest rate by almost half a percentage point. All in all, a very positive experience and I look forward to purchasing more vehicles from them in the future.
2026 Chrysler Pacifica review
Big delay in the apple Carplay starting up. Plus the adaptive cruise control is not smooth at all. We have a 2019 Toyota Camry and its ACC is much smoother than the one in the 2026 Pacifica. The ride itself is comfortable. We had 5 adults and everyone had plenty of room.

I bought my van new. It has 150k mikes and I have only had very minor issues with it. It has been a reliable source of transportation for me as I drive long distances several times a year. I particularly love the way the seats go into the floor. I have hauled so much stuff. I love my van.

I like how it handles. Only problem is sometime the transmission slip. They say nothing is wrong it is common in the Pacifica. It is comfy and loads of room. We keep back seats down put a dog bed for our dog to be comfortable . When we need seats remove the bed and pop them up. No need to pull them out and find a place to store it.

A Better Way Wholesale review
Fast and dirty. 20+ salesmen all busy. 800 used cars from auction, none of them have been detailed yet. If you need a car today on a sub $15k budget I would go here and detail it yourself. Good place to buy a first car. Don’t buy a luxury item or anything collectible. The the inventory doesn’t turn super fast so every single car will likely need a rotor resurfacing. They had family guy on the tv which I thought was odd for a dealership. Not really dealership vibes, which is good!

We got the new 2021 Pinnacle edition. Most dealers/sales persons did NOT know the second row of seats were not stow n go. Most of them also really did not know how to install/work with CarPlay. We had to figure out most of the stuff ourselves because they couldn’t. You tube really helped!

Highline Car Connection review
Todd helped us buy our new car. After seeing other cars and dealerships coming to Highline was refreshing. He was so pleasant and very prompt during the testing of vehicles. Cars were pulled up right away back to back with zero down time. I love this. Considering they had a busy day with many customers in the office we still received great care. We closed on a 2022 Honda Accord and are in love. The manager closed the deal and experienced was everything as he too was great

Genesis of Ridgefield review
2 years of experience with Alex and the Genesis dealership, it is getting better and better. The valet service is great, the diagnostic available by video is thorough and the owner keeps control over the final decision of what must be done and what could wait. Overall, the communication has improved and shows how much Genesis and its dealerships want to make it a premium brand.

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

Been coming to this dealership for several years and its always ten out of ten! John N and Tyler are amazing!! Soo helpful and efficient and always make sure I get the best deal! Highly recommend!
2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

Nissan City of Port ChesterReviews
Nissan City of Port Chester review
I cannot say enough positive things about my experience at Nissan City in Port Chester, NY. In all my years of purchasing and leasing vehicles, I have never had an experience at a dealership quite like this one. From the moment I started working with Cris, I felt that I was in good hands. He was incredibly patient, respectful, honest, and professional. He took the time to walk me through all of my options, answer my questions, and make sure I fully understood everything. Most importantly, I never felt pressured to make a decision. I also want to recognize Yancarlos, the General Sales Manager, and his team. They went above and beyond to put all of my concerns at ease and, throughout the process, made me feel that my needs came first—not simply making a sale. That level of customer care is rare and made a tremendous difference in my experience. The entire process was handled with professionalism, transparency, and genuine respect. What could have been a stressful experience was actually a very positive one. If you are looking to buy or lease your next vehicle, this is where you want to go. And definitely ask for Cris! He is exceptional, and Nissan City is fortunate to have him on their team. Thank you, Cris, Yancarlos, and the entire Nissan City team, for an outstanding experience.
