I called Tonya and she was able to schedule me for my oil change. I dropped the car off in the early morning and they got me an uber back to work. I was notified during the service and when it was completed. All went very smoothly, and I was dropped off to pick up my vehicle.

Tony is a great Salesperson. I have been with Volvo for the last 19 years, and I have driven 9 Volvos. I am going to 20th years and this is my 10th Volvo. Tony, Arleen and Kervin are the grate. I have know Tony for 19 years and I had the best experience to get the car I wanted from Tony every time, especially with S80 which was one of the best ones I got from Tony. They accompanied me with every single step and make the deal very smoothly. I know I shall miss S90s, SADLY S90 is not coming to US anymore, I am hoping I will get the next ES90 from Tony. This car drives very smoothly. For such a small car, you don’t feel the road. It feels like you are in an airplane. I have received many compliments from my passengers.

My salesman was Mason. He is new to car sales and I had the privilege of being his first sale. He was very attentive. Didn't pressure me at all. Took time to help me find what I needed. Me being a single mom, his manager Julio understood my budget and circumstance. Everyone was great. I'll tell all my friends about them.

Great car for trips around the city. A blast to drive. Good range. Maneuvers really well in tight spaces. I’m 6’ 2” and there’s plenty of room in front and back seats. Easy to charge. Inexpensive to maintain. However, the bench seats are extremely uncomfortable. Back up beep is way too loud and annoying. Not worth the price unless there are substantial state and federal incentives.

We met a very helpful internet sales rep named Maria, whose communication skills set her apart from the other Lexus dealerships. She was lovely and knowledgeable in person. A few days ago, we went to a dealership late in the night, and Cristian Gomez greeted us with a warm welcome. He treated us very well and explained everything about the car in detail.
