After arriving at the dealership, Reagan approached me, and I immediately picked up on her positive vibes! As a returning customer from all the way back in 2018, I came prepared, hoping to purchase a new 2026 Jeep Wrangler. We went to the specific vehicle I had scouted out on the website, and Reagan took me out on a test drive minutes later. She was so sweet and helpful with the entire car buying/trade in process. Reagan and Nate appraised my old 2019 Jeep Cherokee and offered what I believed to be a fair amount of trade in value. They were even able to get me a better deal as a returning customer. We can’t forget about Ramon in the financing department, as he was very thorough explaining the additional options for warranties and what not. I felt educated and confident about my new purchase! Before I left the lot in my new Jeep, we noticed a small scratch on the hardtop, and Reagan immediately took action to come up with a solution to have that fixed. Years later, I still can’t recommend Earnhardt Chrysler Jeep Dodge enough! Thank you Reagan (and Nate…and everyone else who made my dream car come true!!!) for being so awesome and taking the time to create a great deal on my new ride.

We just purchased a 2025 Kia K4 here. The car had an issue and it failed MD inspection. We called the salesman to tell him what happened and he was absolutely useless! However, the Sales Managers (Daniel and Aziz) that worked on our deal stepped in and helped to resolve the issue. I sent them the report that was provided from the Auto Shop that did the inspection. I brought the car back to have their service team look into the matter. Daniel made sure that we had a loaner while they had our car looked for the issue. Their service team look at it and they said nothing was wrong. The service team even went as far as to question the integrity of the place I took the car to get the inspection. Then Aziz sent the car over to the Kia service team and they said nothing was wrong with the car. I thought that was the end of it. I thought I was stuck with the car with an issue because the salesman had said the car is sold as is. However, the car failed inspection again. I took the car to a Kia Dealership in MD and they found the same issue as the place that did the inspection. I called Aziz back and sent him the findings from the Kia Dealership had provided. He told me he'd call me back in 20 mins. He called me back and told me to they would pay for the repair! These two gentlemen handled the situation with professionalism and went above and beyond to assist me and my family and ensure a positive outcome for! They are the reason for the 4 star rating. The salesman is the reason they didn't didn't get 5 stars! Aziz and Daniel, thank you for your professionalism throughout this entire process!

Nevertheless, he was super friendly, extremely patient and worked to make sure that I left a satisfied customer. In addition,the finance man (Paul) was outstanding as well. He explained the best options available for monthly payments and length of contract. I was made to feel comfortable during the entire purchasing process. Buying from Bommarito was a unique experience. This was a pleasant car purchasing experience for my husband and I. We felt our business was truly appreciated. 2023 Ford Bronco review
I love my 2023 Wildtrack. No issues. A little wind noise, but I think its to be expected in an SUV that I can take all the bits and pieces off(hard top, doors,etc). It is a toy for me and not my daily(I have a TRD Pro Seqioua for that) and I have a lot of fun driving her. I waited 3 years for her and will keep her forever.

The experience with the car salesman, Julio, was amazing. Julio took care of me and dedicated his time to helping me get the truck I wanted. I appreciate everything Julio did for me, and I recommend that other people speak with him about buying from the dealer. I also do not find it fair that car salesmen are judged entirely for other departments' mistakes, especially those that car salesmen have no control over. I would not judge a waiter for bad food; therefore, a scorecard should not judge a car salesman for finance mistakes. As a learned lesson, include your salesmen in your deal and go over the paperwork after you are done with these other areas they take you on the dealer. Their report card from the survey directly impacts the salesmen, and even if you get a bad experience in finance, they will blame it on the salesmen. Thanks for your help, Julio!

2023 Ford Bronco review
I have a Sasquatch Outer Banks and love it. The ride is smooth and the seats are comfortable. Very minimal road noise between the two windows on each side which is only heard when the music isn’t on. A lot of features with the premium package, some of which I haven’t explored yet. Despite non-owners’ complaints about a bronco riding rough, it can’t be further from the truth. The Outer Banks trim is really and comfortable. Gas mileage is acceptable with the Sasquatch. A lot of easy to use and within hands reach features. I am extremely happy with my purchase with no complaints. Two nice features with purchasing a Bronco is the Ford Pass mobile app and the Moab learn to use your vehicle classes.

As it turns out, it was the shoes I was wearing! Who knew? I was a bit embarrassed 😂, but grateful to have the problem solved. (Update - Nearly two years after my purchase I am still happy with it and the people of Germain Honda. I have found all of the people in the service department to be honest, professional, pleasant and competent. The waiting area is very comfortable and has free coffee and popcorn. My elderly (and eccentric) wife recently had surgery and Service Manager Holly was very attentive to her and made sure that she was comfortable. People with those qualities are priceless.) I was led to Germain Honda of Dublin to buy a used car from Cars.com because they provide free CarFax reports on their cars. Salesman Mattason Hernandez helped us settle on a lease returned 2021 Passport. During our test drive we noticed a crack in the windshield and he made sure it was replaced immediately. After the sale, I became concerned because I didn't receive confirmation and documentation for the extended warranty policy that I purchased from the finance department at the time of sale. Mr Hernandez responded to my email 26 minutes after I sent it to him and promised to help. A few hours later he forwarded the documentation to me. His quick response in both cases was greatly appreciated! After reviewing the details of the extended warranty I was grateful that Gabe Johnson suggested it. Situations like this are the reason why doing business with a quality company is important. We focus on the vehicle and price but have to remember how important the caliber of people we are working with is. We love our new car and are confident in our choice of dealership.
