I found our new RX350L using cars.com. Nikki contacted me and we worked out a deal. I drove 5.5 hours to the dealership. Upon arrival Nikki had everything ready to go. I was pleasantly surprised that the deal was exactly as we discussed and there were no miscellaneous up charges. If there would have been I would have left instantly. I didn’t pass an employee at the dealership without receiving a sincere greeting. There was also a very nice waiting area with refreshments. My purchase experience was simple and quick. Nikki even arranged for my rental car to be picked up. Even this dealership is 5.5 hrs away I will definitely give them an opportunity to make the deal on my next Lexus.
The service department is excellent! They are friendly and make me feel welcome and like I can trust them. Steve in the service department always gives me everything straight up , no run around, no pressure, no pressure sales, I totally trust Steve!!!! Would highly recommend Woody Sander Ford'!!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. Cannot talk highly enough about my experience here. I dealt with the owner Ric, and Morgan. Both were extremely courteous and I felt zero pressure. Ric worked with me on my trade in, and gave me a great deal on the car I purchased. I was dreading it because I've had a few bad experiences buying vehicles, and this place helped restore my faith. Definitely will be going back, and recommending to anyone in the market. Service department was great as well.
I went down to Haag Ford to purchase a new F-450 and I dealt with Justin Havlin. I live in Seymour Indiana and would happily drive the 1 1/2 hours to buy another vehicle from him because of how well I was treated. The finance department really helped me out as well. I am very happy overall with the dealership.
Easiest buying process ever. I’ve purchased about 30 cars over the years this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had bar none. No car dealer BS - no 4 square crap none of that back and forth trying to extract every nickel it was just really professional.

Customer service interactions were wonderful and pleasant, however I put Customer Service at 3 stars (really 2.5 stars) because there were several mix ups of when to bring in my car. I talked with an agent on the phone and it was left open that I could drop off my car the Tuesday or Wednesday before Thanksgiving. I took it to the dealership to drop it off Tuesday after I got off work. When I arrived there was no paper work on my car to be serviced on Wednesday. So the agent set up another appointment for me (which was discussed to be on November 30th at 8:00). Once I left the dealership I received and email stating that my service was scheduled for 11/23 at 8:00. So I assumed I heard it wrong. Then later that evening I received another email that my appointment was scheduled for 11/23 at 8:00, so I figured that was correct since I got 2 emails on the same day. So I showed up at the dealership on 11/23 at 8:00 only to be told that there was no paperwork for it to be worked on that day. At this point the service agent said for me to just take the loaner car and leave my car there so I did not have to return again and it would probably be Wednesday the 28th or Thursday the 29th that it would be completed. The work was finally completed and I picked up my car on Saturday Dec. 1.
I did notice however that my back tail lights on the passenger side were cracked which I do not recall from before. I do not know where or when this happened but I did notice it after I picked up my car later that afternoon.
But anyway, the customer service interactions were great but there were just some mix ups with the paperwork.
Jeremy Howard was my sale representative. I can honestly say he was the best salesperson I have ever worked with why purchasing a car/truck. No pressure, non haggling approach. He didn't play the typical game most dealerships play with wanting to know what payment I was looking for. I told him the price and teuck I wanted and he delivered!!! As long as he is in the business I will be a client if his and Whitewater motors going forward!!!!

Piles is fantastic to deal with. Betty Morris was an amazing saleswoman. Everything from trading in to purchasing was fast and easy. Our last 3 vehicles have been purchased at Piles. No reason to go anywhere else when the customer service is so outstanding.
I lease and was in on 11/29 to see my options on getting into another vehicle. My previous lease was a 2016 Ford Escape and I ended up getting a 2018 Ford Escape. I was just shopping and was approached by Ben Mumfrey salesman at King Ford. He was polite, knowledgeable and friendly. After I told him what I was looking for he took me to what the dealership had available and proceeded to write the best deal he could on the car. I decided to negotiate and he went back to his supervisor and made it happen. I got the truck I was looking for with none of the discomfort in the sales process. It was appreciated. I would recommend Ben to anyone seeking a no pressure salesperson who understood his product.
